agree.  which generated this thought:  Why not start a 'gift' fund for gold/silver/commodity pundits and personalities?  Also the 'sound money' guys which is just another way of saying the anti-fiat guys.  This gets Uno outside of the inner crypto realm and stakes a claim in gold/silver blog-o-spheres of influence.  

@m ... the Asian tigers have already captured crypto (btc) trading, so the safe cities to bank $$megamillions to $$billions are well lit! Speak Chinese? London seems to be steering it all covertly or idiotically into the hands of the Asians, and keeping her colonies out of play, including the Yanks.   As you pointed out BIS is crying foul in the markets, meanwhile their board is chakers full with the banking big boys.  My 'Wow" moment of the day ... last year BTC was trading +$1000 but there was no way to get BTC to (reputable/fiat) market ... this year the price is down but look at the entry/exit options now ...  a 5year development leap in industrial capacity, creating a decentralized yet global set of standards all in less than a year.  Talk about scalable. Nevermind the creation of colored coins (assets complete with dividends), pure stakes (energy efficient), and the ASICs tech going at Moore's Law speed, and then anon features a plenty.  And get the new word St. Andreas is preaching ... all these cryptos can be programed ... programmable money.  No contracts, no arbitrators, no commercial courts, no need.  Money governed by logic and consensus.

I can envision that and it sounds like a good meme to repeat often too!  BUT i don't see the need to advertise, and manage branding until we are very established at $1M+ ... once we unquestionably hold that range (say 90days) then we can create a 'team' to plot and manage a image with a production budget ... but between prominerone graphics, Jong Kim, the Woolong legend, and the youtube personalities we are rather 'special'!?  My opinion is that the best branding at this level is for smart investors doing their homework ... they check the market positioning, price chart data, algo fudamentals, and thread on Un and that's all they need (no fluff / they see thru that) ... but what guys (and hopefully a few gals) in the cryptoshere dig is this "powerful innovation in fundamentals" ... Un's got that in spades ... ZERO GRAVITY MATERIAL.

Fk is right it would be nice to hold the trend...BUT...touching 5 is still above the bar...BUT...sheeper cheaper i like that too ...BUT...who ever the dumper is (i guess) picked up TONs in the 250s-400s and now they are taking a good return for 4-6month investment...SO...if you let it drop to much you could get a repeat of speculator taking on TONs only to dump on the next rise...BUT...this ain't LTC,BTC...yeap SO the likelihood of a long bear is slim...AND...the thing Gus said about this dumper

Why a Digishield protected X11 algo is very "SMART" ... it can survive low periods.

But yes we need to beef up the network.  I'd say discovery of x11 multipools is high priority ... and make sure we are on their list.

Last i checked 13.5 Million BTC going to 20.9 Million and a supply changing at a rate of 3600/day ... how is that constant?

Bitcoin whales/pundits allow for this public misinformation at great peril ... they seem to live in a bubble where they are the only possible solution to everything and Etherem-Foogazi will be their side project based on the voodoo of central-fiat bankers game of letting nobody know the money supply, they seem to have ignored the last 18 months in crypto.

There are literally 500 viable alternative cryptos ... one of them might just create a fixed supply coin, preferably on the SHA256 network.

You are doing exactly what I was trying to get at ... growing a community of business enterprises that collectively use UNO as an alternative to fiat/paypal/international wires/letters-of-credit ... exactly because it is a growing a community of multifaceted nature interested in sound money.

'permissionless innovation'    let the opinions of other be no constraint on what you can do ... the promise of block chain tools is just that ... want to create value no permission needed ... Just Do it ... History (in terms of social-political hierarchies) may indeed be over.

Here's a couple strong opinions for you.  

1.  We don't really need code.devs ... uno is as fine tuned as bitcoin (seal it up and let copies float online) ... or as we like to call it a work of art in terms of its simplicity.  It was designed to be rare and fair yet mature in inflation in about a year ... done we've arrived to that point in time, now is it (the code) adjusting to an ever increasing Hash rate ... yes.  That said Blazr lurks in the back ground plotting a protection plan just in case being in the top 10 most secure (by Hashes) network is not good enough.  [probably the 5th most powerful network on Earth but that's debate-able]  And we have one very vocal dev who is plotting something but you will have to decipher his tweets just like the rest of us.  Here's a shocker for newbies and lurkers ... the most important DEV is >>> YOU <<< the investor.

2.  UNO should not EVER NEVER try to be 'money' ... BTC is the money, ripple, and litecoin are the nickles and dimes.  And the other coins better find a function and damn fast.   Uno is a store of value (so what many claim that) ... well we show you by fact ... read the chart is all we ask.  Stable Growth.  That and we think up of other layers upon layers of how to protect the value and increase the value.    *but if you want to buy a cup coffee with UNO you can cuz it is 3x faster than BTC ... but we are more focused on using UNO to buy 1 Ton of Coffee for importers/exporters*

3.  Now if merchants want to accept a digital coin that consistently increases in value over TIME, and functions 3x faster than BTC, and provides 'fair' liquidity.   GOOD ... and why not?   Hey Jong Kim Un and Friends have got a coin for'm ... the-coin-formerly-know-as-Un-but-no-long-called-that-because-it-make-Jong-Kim-feel-less-Supreme-like-if-anyone-or-anything-is-called-Un-too ... we'll have to work on the branding some.

Big Thought / Long View

TT is like a trading pit.  It's tough to get 'in' ... you'll have to under go some initiation and  scrutinization ... but all this is traditional because it works.  But the core value is your word your bond (and your toughest critic and enforcer needs to be yourself ... self regulated professionalism).  We can build mechanisms to safe guard things, but the goal is for them NEVER to come in to play, so trade with in the range you are able to back up.

Here's the big picture ... what we are doing that is what trading pits are.  By word alone we can do big deals.  We need to look at that history (of the guys in the pits on the floor) to know our future.  If we get the chemistry right, and the right elements are already coming into the mix, then we can look for other 'sound' coin communities doing just this.   Then we are onto something big.

The exchanges are for the retail consumers and subject to pump/dump manipulation, in the background TT provides protection against the hostile manipulators by removing the volume of trade (thus risk) away from insanity of the pump markets. 

TT also facilitates the cash-flow ability for UNO to really be an instrument of value and even commercial use. 

TT holds in their hand the 'real' unobtainable ... physicals and other 'real' store of value assets.
