The thing is that the campaign managers do not have to answer if they don't want to. On top of that they might just pick the best out of many people who want to join the campaign that they are managing.
There's really no reason of taking anyone at the middle of the week into the campaign so they do not start burst posting, however there are some people who do accept people into campaigns in the middle of the week.
Also you are "warning" people, but you have not listed anyone who has done any that type of things. If you are unhappy, you can always fill a thread against them or make a complaint to the advertiser, simple as that.

As far as i know, the 12 word phrase basically is just some kind of information that can be used to generate private keys.
It is much easier to import a phrase than private keys one by one to the wallet. I don't know much about keepkey but if done safely, hardware wallet is the best security that you can get.
The 12 word phrase is really secure as you can read from Here. I personally only use private keys if i need to sign a multi signature transaction or such. The seed phrase is the  best and easiest bet in my opinion. I recommend generating the seed on a airgapped PC if using the keepkey, just because then there is pretty much no risk of your seed getting into the wrong hands (unless you accidently generate the key on compromised computer that isn't airgapped and connected to internet).

I think that cryptocurrencies would be alot better because downtime is highly unlikely especially, especially after certain amount of confirmations. If a downtime happened for example from the bank or card provider, you would not get the goods you were supposed to. Although if we assume you had "cold hard cash" as in notes or coins, the notes might be fake or if you live at the worst place possible, you might get robbed. Cryptocurrencies are truly democratic/fair to everyone. Plus doing transactions with crypto feels more awesome as well

I did not know that coinbase gave you any private keys. Although they might, i think that this can take a while because their support is pretty bad and they tend to ignore tickets as well. Myetherwallet although is probably the best bet because it easy to use as well as really customizable.

You can do it on Shapeshift for example. It is a trusted and old exchanging service which allows you to easily exchange cryptos without entering pretty much no details at all. I recommend using that instead of the regular exchanges. However they charge something like 0.001BTC or so on for BTC fee, but that's pretty much standard on every exchange. I recommend avoiding changelly at all costs. You can also try Novaexchange. When you say BCC do you mean Bitcoin Cash or Bitconnect?
