Called High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography.
You take multiple pictures at different exposures from very under-exposed, to very over-exposed, then compile them together, either manually, or automatically with software (photoshop will do it, but isn't the best).
The result is that the dark areas are brightened and the light areas are darkened to give an even exposure across the whole image.
For example, imagine taking a photo of the light at the end of a tunnel . Ordinarily you'd just end up with bleached out arch shape in the middle of a black box. With HDR you'll see the details on the tunnel walls and the trees/sky/clouds outside.

Mixed mine up a bit. Changed the format of the uptime Split the hash rate and blocks found and added colour (red if hash rate too low) Added temp (displays highest temp) with colour (green -> yellow -> red) Added colour to MtGOX text too.  |

Noticed that you're using 'stats' just to get the elapsed time... It's a HUGE transfer and elapsed time is already available in the 'summary' data.

Yeah, it was doing the usual trick of the website loosing count, then catching up later. 0 H/s going to 1TH/s then back to normal etc.

I figure, why go through the hassle of trying to sell them, and when BTC hits $500, they will actually be profitable.

Miners connected to eu server reported down for an hour by the eclipse website... cgminer says they're still submitting shares quite happily.

This is still one of the main stories on the BBC site... no mention of the rise in price, China, or anything else, just the story on a relatively small wallet service which not too many people much care about and hasn't really affected anything.
