3 weekly hammer in a row for PMs seems a bit more likely after that spike.
What conclusion should be drawn from back to back reversal candles?

Here is a better reply I got directly responding to my support inquiry about this thread.
Thank you for your inquiry. Our PR manager has already responded to the thread in question. It appears that there was a glitch in our system, but the actual price did not go up that high. All the invalid trades will be cancelled. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your kind understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.

And that's where we disagree, so back to square one. no. we're not at square one. since we began this debate last August: Silver= -44% Gold= -19% Miners= -57% its actually worse than that. have u looked at the gold/silver futures right now? lets try this again: Gold down. Bitcoin UP. You can see the future dude. For real... the chips are all falling exactly as you said they would...

I agree with the rough 8 USD/BTC target price, but I don't think a month is enough time for it to get there stably... I think it'll be more August-October time frame.

once we get going, its a matter of days to get to 8 I believe the we have just started the run up. In a few days it will be clearly spelled out for everyone to see, "Moving Up" 5.20 will look cheep on Sunday Sloooooooooow down there. yyyyyeaahhh... Looking a lot like that euphoria phase of that investor emotion cycle That's it folks, $5.19 is the top. This is the end of the bull run. are you blind? I can see the bid walls pilling up around $5... what I cant see is why they wouldn't just go to market and spike the price...

Support phone number goes to a google voicemail box.
Edit: I hope its not costing anyone anything for me to be creating lots of "payment slips" I never intend on paying...
We were on the phone when you called. Email support is MUCH faster, only use phone is its an emergency please as we have limited lines. Email support was VERY quick. And although I had much confusion in my experience, I had $$ sitting in my MtGox account before I got home from the store. Another thing I was annoyed by was the addition of the moneygram fee. It would be nice on the quote page to have an asterisk* saying that an additional Moneygram fee may apply if the deposit location you choose utilizes moneygram. Or something like that with better wording

Yeah I can see where confusion would set it for a new user. No user that I know of does a lot of reading before poking buttons, so what I would suggest is that you use the above suggestion to call the button "get quote" or something like that, and perhaps a popup help tip that tells the user they will be redirected to the ZipZap site to complete the transaction.
It's a shame that there isn't a way to make it completely integrated so no one ever leaves the Bitinstant site. That would be totally the best solution, but I'm assuming the only reason you haven't done that is because ZipZap won't let you.
Yeah I didnt want to start clicking buttons labled "send funds" before I knew what I was doing... but I sort of had to. Also I had no idea I would be re directed to ZipZap.

Thanks for the reply. This is my first time using your service. I think it would be great to change the button from saying "send funds" to "get quote". That send funds button scares me. So to confirm, I can only deposit at one of the "Payment Center" locations that show up on the zip zap page? Edit: Also videos are better than PDF's. But PDF's showing screenshots of the whole process is better than nothing.

Sorry If I just made a silly mistake and dont understand but, I feel like this process could be much more straight forward...
I want to make a deposit at CVS. I chose CVS to Mtgox filled in my information and hit "Send funds" (Very strange language to be at this step) Then after hitting another ambiguous button "GO" I am brought to a new web page. ZipZap... I thought zipzap was another different payment method... I wanted to do a cash deposit... Furthermore the ZipZap page I was directed to doesn't list CVS as an available 'Payment Center' I have not filled out anything on the ZipZap page as of now.
At this point Im not sure If I have created an order with you guys or what the status of my "Order" is.
So help? Will choosing Walmart deposit also direct me to ZipZap? Does ZipZap charge a fee on top of the fees listed on your site? At what point have I created an 'order' with you, at which point I would be required to go deposit money?

Any chance on an official statement from Gox? This seems pretty important...
They won't acknowledge anything. And you thought PayPal was bad ... There is no transparency in Gox. Manipulation and front running is rampant. The boogie man is coming for you too. I bet politely asking their support will garner us an answer.

I really for the life of me can't understand how such price jumps or drops are possible. I mean WTF, who would be so stupid to just dump their assets and crash the price like that? I don't get it.. What was the value of the volume the was dumped?
