It's not a complete miner. But it does work. You will need the serial to USB adapter and some other stuff. I just hung it off another miner that I had running it it started hashing.

Depends on how fast you want to run them:

You can have it as low as 420 watts each  @ 800 GH/s OR 1000 watts each @ 1300Gh/s (1.3T)
