741  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency, KYC and Terrorism on: July 05, 2019, 07:08:41 PM
Some have speculated that terrorists have discovered a way to use the platform crypto currency to gather identities from different people from all over the world. use their identities for terrorist activities. From threads that i have seen, there are people thinking that some ICOs are used to fund terrorist acts by luring investors into investing into their companies, getting KYC in exchange of money, gather a large sum of it and then run away with big bags of bucks.
IMO, these scenarios have big possibilities since there is the anonymity factor feature of crypto currency, we really do not have the knowledge as to whom and where the money will go for when it was transacted in cyberspace.

what are your thoughts on this?
I am always hearing about  Cryptocurrency,   terrorism and money laundering
If terrorist then what terrorist some facts please .It is much more hard to hide transactions in blockchain than traditional banking
Any currency can be used for criminal activity whatever dollar euro or crypto
There are some dark web transactions with crypto use but if there is demand on products offered by dark web then always will be currency used

again and again we hear the BS about crypto and terrorism
or cryptocurrencies and money laundering , or stealing identities and blackmail demanding bitcoins as ransom etc.
all this is paling in comparison to the amount of the exactly same activities but done with fiat money
it is 1:1.000.000 times ratio since this is how much more fiat money and derivatives in the world than bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency , combined
but the media is focusing on bitcoin being used for shady purposes , intentionally
just compare:
dark web , drug dealing vs direct Afganistan US sponsored drug supply around the world on their military jets
"money laundering" using bitcoin vs trillion of dollars debt that is never going to be paid
funding terrorism through crypto vs arming and sending airdrops to the Syrian terrorists etc. etc.
this needs to be changed and cryptocurrencies could be a small step towards a better world , hopefully
742  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice.com – The World's Best Fully Featured Casino. Play or Invest! on: July 05, 2019, 06:30:51 PM
It is an amazing site for gambling, no doubt to that. But we would like to suggest you to do some bounty or airdrop .

you mistook a gambling platform for an ICO or a bounty campaign
they have no need to create their own token just yet ( at least I hope so and Mintdice won't make me eat my words shortly after, haha )
but they could do with a promotion or two , something besides their free faucet , which is definitely not enough nowadays to attract the initial mass of gamblers
investment is doing a ok for a brand new site , guess its the early days to judge
300 bitcoins is a marginal bankroll , right? so it is around 30 coins in reality max
but it is a decent amount for an upstart and I guess adding more information about it would not hurt either *leaves to read the investment thread
743  Economy / Services / Re: Every day profit bet365 120 eur to 300 eur on: July 05, 2019, 04:26:42 PM
this is probably the funniest tipster thread I've ever encountered in a while. it's a win win situation for the OP since
he/she doesn't have to bet anything but if you win using his/her tips you have to split the profit with him/her but if
you lose the bet using his/her tips it will only be you who is losing and the OP doesn't lose anything.

well nothing funny in wasting other people's time , it is clear that none would ever trust such a tipster without a history or reputation
and the 50% 50 % is the good old trick where you get several people on board and give to one half home side wins, to the other side guest half wins
I knew people who managed to fool hundreds of gullible bettors this way and for quite some time Smiley
744  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽⚽🏆🏆Match365 App = Free Bet Offer + 5 BTC Bonus 🏆🏆⚽⚽ on: July 05, 2019, 02:57:08 PM

the original 365 application that I have been using for a couple of years now on my Android phone has no way to place bets from it
maybe they pushed an update while I wasn't looking , but it seems highly unlikely
update: WARNING
probably OP has little to do with the 365 app and uploaded his own "creation" that is going to be deleted by Google after a day or two
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.match365.bts = fresh app with 1+ install ( the native one has > 700.000 )

here is the original native 365 app : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scores365
do not download and install it , or realize the risk of your data getting hijacked and other terrible things happen

Thanks for your patience and feedback. Match365 is different from 365score&Bet365. Match365 is a new App for both BTC gambling and soccer livescore purpose.  Please give our team a little time to improve Match365's user experience and get larger downloads.  We are preparing a campaign which will start after version 2.0.  If a user invites another user, he/she can share the BTC bonus.  Smiley Smiley Smiley
Here are some details.
Match365 Tutorial
https://www.match365.com/h5/post/5d0b4960d28fff2c8d3a3d74?in_app=1
Extra Reload Bonus For First Deposit
https://www.match365.com/h5/post/5d105cd3d28fff29f2332e0a?in_app=1

no offense but you started to promote your new app the wrong way
first thing you called it the way it is similar to the one of the market leading apps in this area , so people searching for 365 could install it by mistake
this has always been a red flag for me , when I see sites like GoogIe or , for example Priimedise
no matter how amazing the site is ( it probably isn't)  - not going to even visit it
then you offer huge deposit bonuses , this is red flag number two - an unknown game provider and promises to match up to 5 btc in bonuses
this implies you have at least a 10 btc bank to operate with , please sign a message from the address containing at least 10 btc
and so on and so forth , also at least pay for the initial promotion of your app , 1+ downloads and a rating of 2 = not good for business
I want to be wrong and your app is the next dapp hit , lets check this one out in a fortnight's time, shall we
745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Uganda says cryptocurrency is risky on: July 05, 2019, 02:25:32 PM
Of course Central Bank of Uganda said that cryptocurrency is risky because crypto is their rivalry in terms of people investment. People would choose Crypto over bank even crypto is not legal because crypto has a higher interest rate than a bank. One thing more crypto is non regulated, with out many documents needed before you can invest.

Central bank is advertising bitcoin and doing a decent job
they are definitely against anything that could ever challenge the Central banks network around the globe
especially something that is decentralized and has a deflationary mechanism in it , like bitcoin
it is much easier to print worthless paper and make sure common people's income is never growing despite the progress and all that jazz
I hope Uganda makes the right choice and despite the CB warnings it adopts a more relaxed stance towards cryptocurrencies
746  Economy / Gambling / Re: Saikoro | #1 Bitcoin Dice Roulette 🎲 on: July 05, 2019, 11:45:34 AM
From what I can see, it does use provably fair. Go to the main page, look in the lower panel and click the first link which says Fairness, you will see you are given a Client Seed and a hashed Server seed. You are given the option of changing the client seed, so its definitely provably fair.

I haven't gone thru the manual calculation and testing if the actual seed works but I would assume so. My guess is the site is hard to navigate for some people, especially on mobile so maybe you had trouble locating this but its definately there.
Disappointing to see some people jump to conclusions without even checking everything properly. yoloer basically presumed this is a scam since he did not bother scanning the entire page thoroughly giving the wrong impressions to people.

Not every site is a scam and people need to be careful before expressing themselves since this could affect the site in a small or big way. It is good to see that a faucet is available now on the site and the op is listening to our feedback.

Judging without checking is not a good review specially for a new online casino in the gambling industry personaly when checking their website I'm shocked for seeing their good design if the team maintaining this platform plus good marketing strategy this will bring more player for short period of time.

actually design is kinda lacking IMHO  Cheesy , but its a decent start
as for the fairness I see it under Fairness tab at the bottom of the page
oh and one of the design drawbacks - the links are pop up , cannot link it directly , but here it is:

I didn't  check if the implementation is correct and legit , but it does seem so at the first glance
and yes , no crypto gambling site should bother launching without being provably fair , this is not 2010 and gamblers are pretty literate in this matter

747  Economy / Gambling / Re: BLOCKCHAIN. The Future of Online Casinos? ✅ on: July 04, 2019, 11:18:44 AM
Blockchain is the present of casinos not future.

I think there are tons of people coming in from other casinos that runs with fiat currency and the more they learn about blockchain gambling the more they are staying and calling up friends to invite them over.

So, right now blockchain is literally the present and future of gambling since there is no better method, there are just people who have no idea how bitcoin (or any other crypto currency) is used so they are just playing on fiat casinos but as soon as they figure out how they can gamble on crypto casinos with provably fair and blockchain helps they are coming here and not leaving.

So, eventually more and more people will come here, there are plenty coming from fiat to crypto but none going crypto to fiat hence why we will only get bigger.

I do not understand so much hype around blockchain gambling, really
all it has got as the positives - pretty confident your roll hasn't been tampered with , but so almost any legit provably fair casino guarantees
other than that I can only name drawbacks and minuses : slow bet resolution , high bet cost ( as opposed to "free" in a standalone  account based crypto casino )
you have to pay a tx fee EVERY time you bet and withdraw , so the house edge in reality is atrocious , you could pay 1-2% tx fee on top of the casino's house edge
lack of support if anything goes wrong , you say bye to the coins , whereas at a regular casino it could be corrected
talking about sending coins to the wrong address or sending litecoins to a bitcoin wallet etc.
748  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice.com – The World's Best Fully Featured Casino. Play or Invest! on: July 03, 2019, 12:27:24 PM
I am new.How can I make account in your platform.Do you have any videos?

Once you access the site, you'll see that you have a random generated username on the top right corner of the page. There is a logout button next to the generated username (like an arrow), click it and it will bring you to the registration/sign in pop-up form. Indeed it is a bit confusing because of the automatic random generated username, probably it is better to remove it so people will see the register button once people access the site so it will be easier for new users to create their account.

totally agree , it is very confusing not only for a new player , I was somewhat lost when trying to find  the register button myself
then I realized it did the job for me and auto registered , then you have to logout or go into the settings and tweak it there
as much as it kind of draws a new player straight in , at the same time it adds unnecessary confusion to the process
just have a simple one-click register with a preset username that can be changed and have the e-mail confirmation and other options to be set up later
749  Economy / Gambling / Re: To convert or not to convert ❓ This is the Esportsbook’s question… on: July 03, 2019, 11:02:29 AM
think you should stick to the crypto without converting
you have a high enough withdrawal fee as it is , imagine  if there is a convert option at 1-3% ....
generally , players betting in cryptocurrencies prefer to keep it in crypto , so to them volatility is not a big issue
certainly , there are many that are withdrawing and converting , you should have the statistics and decide if it is really worth the hassle
750  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▄■▀■▄ 🌟BITVEST🌟 💰WIN BY 🔶 PLAY 📈 INVEST ☕ SOCIAL➡🔺PLINKO🎲DICE🎰SLOT🔲KENO on: July 02, 2019, 02:05:31 PM
yay , Keno is out *waves flags
very colourful and  as any other Bitvest game - customizable and fun to play
the quests for Keno are paying double now , so it is a good time to check it out and  maybe win some serious amounts of tokens
10.008x is the highest multiplier possible , if I'm not mistaken
waiting for the purple custom board to be introduced , since its my favorite thing to do:customize the win table and experiment with different payouts and chances
overall : a fantastic addition , will be playing it for sure ( even if I'm not one the biggest fans of keno )
751  Economy / Gambling / Re: TPLAY token is used in crypto-casino on: July 02, 2019, 12:33:31 PM
You don’t have to take my word for it. Even the #1 Dapp index site StateOfTheDapps.com has Fairplay listed as “A scam casino with numerous fraud reports”

https://m.imgur.com/gallery/vk4wI2q

well your IMGUR picture posting skills need honing  Cheesy

other than that , you seem to be right : stateofthedaps does list fairplay.io as  a scam casino

https://www.stateofthedapps.com/dapps/fairplay
also: https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/fairplay.io

I suggest you open  a scam accusation topic here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0  and post proofs

I checked the app on the google play store but I cant find anything related to gambling on the details of the application. It is just like livescore/flashscore application IMO.
I haven't click the download link which is on your own site(domain), as I'm a bit worry to click unknown link especially if it is related to downloading something. Is it the same as the one on the playstore?
My question is, so how to gamble on your platform?

the original 365 application that I have been using for a couple of years now on my Android phone has no way to place bets from it

Actually when i read this i always afraid if your campaign will be abused my people who using multiple accounts to get paid more than they get.

the campaign , as you put it , has been running for years now
there are ways to detect alt accounts , besides if a player has and is actively using more than two - its a sign of an acute schizophrenia
IMHO 10.000 satoshi is not worth the hassle , but yeah some players sneak an alt or two , eventually getting caught and banned
posting for the sake of earning money is not fun , but if you have something to say and you get paid for it , why the hell not Smiley

754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc has no value on: July 02, 2019, 09:12:49 AM
bitcoin has as much value as others are ready to pay for it , very simple
the supply/demand model is working for every single asset on this planet
if there are people ready to pay something for it , then it has that value , you can see the current value at the exchanges
it always makes me smile when I hear that bitcoin has no value or that its a HYIP or a bubble or similar nonsense

755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Uganda says cryptocurrency is risky on: July 02, 2019, 09:07:11 AM
I'd say living in Uganda is way riskier than bitcoin could ever be  Cheesy
when a country cannot or doesn't want to regulate the crypto properly they start to say general trite things like bitcoin is risky , cryptocurrencies are a grey area etc.
instead of sitting down and setting the rules up , they either ban it or turn their blind eye , like it doesn't exist
Uganda has bigger problem than cryptocurrencies regulation , I admit , but it would not hurt to at least show their stance towards either adopting it or banning it instead of pointless statements
756  Economy / Economics / Re: The Central Bank of Facebook on: July 02, 2019, 08:17:27 AM
So you are saying it is a trap for the people of the world? More buyers will certainly boost dollars or euros worth is that it? IF it is then it will be a damn failure for sure, people wants decentralized money that is why we are here, we chose to support the one that is called Bitcoin. I think that could be a double edge sword for Facebook, and maybe it will totally drag the app down if this fails.
It is already a NO-NO for Facebook coin with most people, who would see decentralization and chose centralization over it, but I know we still have gullible people that would do so, it is not everyone that understand all these terms and the implications of each of them, we have some people that what they are just after is to make payment irrespective of whatever method it is coming from, and would not care of it is decentralized or centralized, but I guess we have few of people who has that mentality, so there is a chance of Facebook still have people that will lease push it’s coin to fall between the top 100 in the coinmarketcap, maybe it could manage to climb the top 99th position or if it tries it’s possible best, may replace some few stable coins in the market.

I know for sure that I will never touch this coin with a six feet pole
I am also sure that there will be plenty of people using it Sad so my hope that the conglomerate fails to get approval from the EU and US financial institutions
and without those two , the idea is bound to fail , but something is telling me that Facebook will beg steal and borrow but push their coin through
757  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🎲MyDogeDice.com🔥🎲 | Free Dogecoin💰 | Dice Game🎲 on: July 01, 2019, 06:33:46 PM
you closed the investment but the site has no sign of provably fair implementation
its , basically  a bare UI with minimal effort , as much as I'm  a fan of minimalistic design
this is not a site I would recommend to play at at all , there is a scam accusation unresolved , by the way :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5157280.0

OP you should read what provably fair is first , implement it on your site , close the scam accusation or try to resolve it
make sure the site is at least somewhat presentable and maybe , just maybe, some people will come to play , not to get 10 doge for free
which they , obviously , won't be able to withdraw
758  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 Bitz.gg - Big list with the best bitcoin gambling / faucet sites 2019 on: July 01, 2019, 06:22:08 PM
not a bad update , the site got better since the last time I checked
but bitvest has disappeared completely now , haha
although his sister site 777 coin , which is mostly a ghost town now , is on the list

safedice is not recommended to play at as well as luckygames
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=868275.0  safedice (check the trust )
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1696880.0 luckygames ( questions about provably fair)

you may be interested in adding windice.io to the list
it has an amazing 3 tier affiliate with 10% 3% and 2% from the casinos profit shared

759  Economy / Services / Re: Every day profit bet365 120 eur to 300 eur on: July 01, 2019, 03:50:05 PM
assuming you are telling the truth , nobody here is actually interested in such service since the majority here don't use bet365
if you can offer this service quoting the plays from bitcoin bookies then this would be fine , but the majority of the games in bet365 aren't available in bitcoin bookies

you would need to track your performance with a 3rd party tracker , blogabet for example is good for both tracking and offering paid service
and that's why anyone who isn't using one of these site is a scammer 99.99% of the times for me

at the moment I only see one play from you in the virtual game of bet365 so not even sure how this works , isn't this supposed to be pure chance with -EV ?

well I am sure it is yet another "paid tipster with 100% return pro tips"
every single thread here ends up in OP's failure to post a valid and proven, trackable  bet history with at least 20% profit made off his bank
all they want is for people to join a telegram channel where they will repost bets and ask for money from time to time Smiley
I think I have around 10 or so channels like that on  a mute since every single one of them is so unprofessional in betting , they should pursue a plumbing career instead
760  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bounty Management for free on: June 30, 2019, 04:46:21 PM
Please don't devalue your work. I think it's not good idea to manange bounty for free. Maybe you don't have amazing portfolio, but you're not newbie here, you have created great website, so I think it's clear that you know how things are done. Free bounty management probably will attract only low quality scam projects.

Frankly say, I think that Bounty managers should work for tokens of promoted project only.
It is honest approach, when you are sharing the risks with bounty hunters. So you will not manage bounty of knowingly scam project, because you will get nothing at the end.

OP is ready to work for free aka enlarge his portfolio , this way he doesn't even get the tokens of the project so he will use his best judgement to avoid scam projects
and with his experience I believe he is capable to do that , at least the very obvious ones
I don't understand why are there so many people who are against working for free?
when you do web design or freelance it is a very common practice to do at least several tasks for free for a positive review or a vote of confidence etc. ( depends on the site)
I actually admire his willingness to do it for free and hope there are bounty campaigns that take advantage of this offer
