Probably not, eh... @ sbfree - What are your ambient temps? 78-80 degress, cali is getting warm....all 3 are running, 2 fully, 1 with only 9 blades and Without the provide PSU as it shuts down, max temp of all units is 58C as usual on blade 1 The PSU shut down after 8hrs or so....I removed in put in a 1200W temp PSU....checked the bad PSU would power up, but now that its cooled it powers up. Interesting. Max temp is 58c ? 2 of 3 S2's always shut off after less than 3 hours. The temperature is always between 53 - 59, but one is stable. What is the probability of 2 bad PSU's being sent to me. I will sit and watch them until they shut off today.

One of the S2' keeps shutting off after less than 3 hours then refuses to power on, unless I open the case and reseat the cards. It is currently running but might shut off again.
*Not temperature related since the room is cool. The other S2 stays at around 53

Just finished surgery on batch 2 S2's after receiving them today. All is well and they are all hashing at around 1 TH/s. As others have mentioned before, you will need to open the unit to reseat some of the cards.
Are these upgradable considering the relatively modular design ? The PSU can be upgraded and the "wafers" can be removed. Your thoughts ?

I have a UPS tracking number for my batch 2 S2.
Same here. Although...it has not been received by UPS yet. So it has not left the building at this point. Exact same situation here - which is a little dissapointing since IMO this is no longer shipping 'BEFORE april 10' - It will probably be the 12th when Bitmain hands over the package to UPS, which is 2 (if not 3) days behind the promise. Bitmain has been excellent in every previous order - hopefully there will be a coupon or other remediation for the delay (even if only a slight delay, its a loss of ~$35/day) Haha you got jokes, I RMA an S1 and it was sitting there for over 3 weeks before they finally decided to send back a replacement after difficulty went up twice, not to mention the return shipping i had to pay….no compensation or discount applied in sight. If its just 3 days though be grateful since there are other customers that bought from other companies that are still delayed. Nonetheless that does not justify not meeting deadlines promised to customers

When did he provide you with this reply ? And after how long from your initial inquiry ? My order is still not updated after sending full payment. I am sure he has provided good service to a lot of you folks before but it has been about 1 week now and no response. I am starting to feel I was scammed. Is Bitman on track to deliver S2's before the 1st ? Additionally I paid for my order , but it has not been updated and Bitman has provided no response so far…not really feeling the "exceptional customer service" that have been mentioned by others in the past.
Additionally I hope the S2's are not defective since it was really expensive to ship back S1 to get replaced. The process has not been pleasant so far, hopefully Bitman provides some kind of response soon
How much longer should I wait for confirmation/response from Bitman before getting really concerned.

I had defective unit with my order, I had it shipped back as instructed before you ship the replacement. The S1 is in China waiting on you while you ignore my emails.
The difficulty is increasing significantly and I paid 1 BTC for the S1, this is a complete disappointment and waste. Why is your service so bad now ? 2 weeks have passed
