A friendly word of advice for Intellicoin from a supporter - announcements of announcements tend to do more harm than good and unless there is a genuine reason for it in my opinion they should be avoided. I understand the temptation when there is exciting news coming down the line but the crypto community are understandably jumpy with all the recent scams and disappointments and any unforseen delay in making the announcement can cause mistrust to develop and result in otherwise long term supporters fleeing the coin. Not only that but I'm now trapped inside on a Saturday staring at my computer screen waiting for an announcement that is already overdue so would you get on and make it already!  The smartest comment i've ever read from a Noob. Conan might be a noob here, but on Twitter he's a legend. |

I replenished my bid for mgwBTCD bids between 75 and 85 NXT Ooops. I didnt notice the . in 82.5 was missing and accidentally put a bid for 825 NXT per BTCD. That's next month's price sorry, cleared out all the sells, didnt mean to do that. Could not resist to sell 50 btcd for that price. When coins get pumped on rumours about affiliation with the dev team of BTCD, that should tell you something about how the market values BTCD and it's dev team.

I mean we won't have to leave our wallets open for staking.
The system will check PoS through the blockchain.

But then you aren't staking, so don't deserve extra coin. If people aren't staking, then there's no BTCD network supporting the coin. the sensitive reaction of some in here is just as pathetic to me as silverkinguks behaviour. and no, i have no thinking to do now.... Last time i checked XC was still the best project in crypto even with a foundation member i wouldn't want to hang out with.

Some of us are here since May, and we have the right to give our opinion on decisions made by either the dev team or the foundation. I have kept silent until now, but I have had enough of this. I appreciate your efforts for XC, but the way you present yourself the last couple of pages is unworthy of an XC foundation member. |

The fact that people worry about privacy oriented banking cards being "criminal" is sad really. When I desire to take financial matters back into my own hands, without having to give up my entire identity, is that criminal? I literally have done nothing criminal in my life ever, in my 30+ years of driving I haven't even gotten a citation. My desire to be (financially) private stems from the human right to privacy, it's my Life, Liberty and my pursuit of Happiness if you will, it has nothing to do with trading illicit substances or other nefarious activities. Criminals will use any infrastructure to carry out their business, they shop groceries, they drive cars, go to cinemas etc etc, just like you and me. When we do those things, does that make us criminals too? Of course not.
I am looking forward to the BTCD anon cards, besides like James said, it's even impractical for criminals to use them.

The collab is most likely related to tech or business connections (I'm hoping). I don't think the discrepancy in branding is going to be much of an issue. It's not that I am not confident in the dev team, I trust they know what they are doing. But what worries me is that crypto markets are mainly driven by emotion and not rationale. So that collaboration with other coins increases the chance for (unsubstantiated) FUD. I somewhat suffer from "FUD PTSD" having been through all the drama of a few months ago, that is why I am so vigilant about it. |
