741  Economy / Economics / Re: Which country would be the first to eliminate fiat and convert to crypto fully? on: September 06, 2017, 02:32:23 AM
Which country will first do it is hard to tell. But Countries might shift whole to cryptos. But that won't be any famous cryptocurrency that we know. Rather it would be their own. Governments might be legalizing Bitcoin. But still they never want Bitcoin dominance in the market. They can't let an outer currency drive their national market.
742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the relationship between China's ban on ico and market prices on: September 06, 2017, 02:16:16 AM
why china goverment banned ICO there , i think the reason is because there is so much Scam ICO , so the goverment of china attempted to protect their people Bitcoin from that scam ICO and fraud , we must think positive about what happened there ,  Grin

and why bitcoin price down , i think because panic sell some trader which hear china banned ICO ..
People who want to invest will invest regardless of the ban. There are plenty of ways to escape government regulations when it comes to internet. And the market has already recovered from the drop. This shows market is getting mature now.
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the relationship between China's ban on ico and market prices on: September 05, 2017, 11:32:59 AM
With such a small user base, such negative news can indeed bring a crash in cryptocurrency market. There are so many noob investors who can easily get panic. China is indeed the biggest market for cryptocurrencies and such news definitely would have negative impact on the market. Also, lately market was being pumped. Thus, correction also intensified the crash. Market will recover soon. Such crashes in between pumps are definitely needed.
744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Government Must be Winning! on: September 05, 2017, 11:27:58 AM
Do you think that now China won't be participating in ICO or nobody in USA is doing so?

The answer is no. Government definitely can make rules. But just like darkweb, such markets can also thrive without the acknowledgement of government. It isn't easy to ban anything on internet. There are thousands of ways to escape. Indeed if found it would be against law. But how many are caught using darkweb everyday?
745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Usability of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. on: September 05, 2017, 11:22:37 AM
If we need to convert Bitcoin back to fiat for making everyday transactions. Then that will defeat the overall purpose of Bitcoin as a currency. Your service won't be different from any exchange. Many exchanges provide such services by taking Bitcoin from the users and paying in fiat to service provider, atleast in my country. That project can be profitable to you but it is not new.
746  Economy / Speculation / Re: why the dump ? on: September 04, 2017, 03:22:20 PM
Altcoins tend to follow Bitcoin movement many a times. Since Bitcoin as well as Ethereum are experiencing a dip, drop in altcoin market was expected. The high price of Bitcoin gave investors an opportunity to sell and buy back at low. That is why the price drop. Since Bitcoin and Ethereum are the main medium for buying altcoins. Their drop will certainly have an impact on whole market.

748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin has enemy (except altcoin) what is it? on: September 03, 2017, 05:09:45 PM
You can tell me anything what's bitcoin worst enemy is...

Mine is, government!
Government and Central banks.

Many countries might have legalized Bitcoin. But I can assure you that no country will want a Bitcoin dominated monetary system. Bitcoin is still very new and has user base of some millions. That is why no stringent step have been taken by any country. Banks are already developing their cryptos and some banks are suggesting common public to stay away from cryptos. All over, banks are very well aware of Bitcoin's threat to their system. But Bitcoin still isn't big a phenomenon right now. In future we might see their open hatred.

So many newbies posting their first post with logo submission. Huge number of alts!
No need for alts though, I didn't place a cap on submissions lol.
Manager, don't forget you are giving three prizes and that is why so many alts.

BTW I have tried something too. I'll submit it soon.
True with this many entries though it'll be surprising if someone won twice even with alts.
All what I can say is choose wisely dude!
As I won't be able to complete my design. I won't be submitting now. Good luck!

man, be sure I am no alt Smiley you will see when I post my submission. It will be one long document with one version. Different to all others. I am actually working on my submission for couple of days now. I understand your concerns with multiple submissions, but I believe it won't be case in the end.
Dude, I wasn't specifically targeting you. You can easily check the number of alts here. I don't know whether you are or not. But I checked your profile and after exactly 8 mins of making account on bitcointalk, your first post was directly in this thread which is in Bounties(altcoin) which can hardly be seen by a newbie. I have been a newbie myself dude.

Anyways, don't want to spam this thread with unrelated posts. All the very best to all the participants.

755  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: lost and struggle of trading. on: September 02, 2017, 01:06:15 PM
Altcoin trading is a tough task because it is decentralised and hence is very uncertain, volatile and unpredictable. Since, it is not regulated, scams are way too common in trade. Pumps and dumps which is illegal in stock or forex trading is very much popular here and traps many investors. Also, the market is full of shit and dead coins. One need to be very cautious in choosing a coin. Market runs highly on speculation. Speculation is also prevelant in stock or share market, but the company behind particular stock is the major driver of the price. Altcoin are mainly decentralised, therefore, there isn't any solid mechanism that drives the price leaving some top coins.
756  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-09-01] Bitcoin's nearly five-fold climb in 2017 looks very similar to tech on: September 02, 2017, 09:48:05 AM
Why people are comparing stocks and shares with Bitcoin when they are completely different?

What happened in one commodity might not be the case with others. Cryptocurrencies are completely different monetary system which is completely decentralised unlike stocks. The user base is still very low(might be less than 100 million) where Bitcoin is targeting the population of Billions. It still has huge potential market and supply is limited. Recently there is increase in demand and popularity. I see this growth as natural and genuine. There would definitely be some small dips with growth but there won't be any huge crash.
757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Joke of the day! on: September 02, 2017, 09:40:30 AM
I just don't understand why such writers choose the topic they don't know about and was that Forbes article with so many errors?

These people do nothing but propagate their shit thoughts among people who are already unaware of Bitcoin. So many people are already skeptical about Bitcoin and its uses. These people just add to that by spreading FUD.
758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investment technique for Bitcoin? on: September 02, 2017, 09:30:46 AM
Simply buy some Bitcoins with whatever amount you got and hold for atleast some months. As you would be investing less, don't try to do short term trade or take risk with your investment. No need to buy or sell in short intervals for maximizing the profit. That strategy is best suited for someone who has enough investment and can bear small loss. When you already have less, aim for long term investment and keep on investing more whenever you get more to invest.

Bitcoin has the potential to give good returns ( almost 2x-3x) in period of half years. So, whatever you will invest, you can grow your money effectively. Just have some patience with your investments.

760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is there a good dump/pump prediction group on Facebook or Telegram? on: September 02, 2017, 06:17:21 AM
Don't fall for pump and dump group. They are only profitable to admins. Admins usually buy coins before announcing the pump. After that most of the people who buy late encounter loss only and admins enjoy the profit. Try to understand market yourself and trade. Going by other's suggestions won't help you in learning anything. You can't trade by depending upon anybody. Else just limit yourself to investments.
