741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: August 27, 2017, 01:14:04 AM
I think the same: ETH value jumped too fast. Maybe it's a big pump and the dump will follow, or maybe it's legit, but even then the market has a good chance to adjust.

It's a good altcoin. If I'm not mistaken it is one of the Altxoins that are competing with Bitcoin. It's market value increases , and its market capital is close to Bitcoin's market cap.And most ICOs are funded by Etherium which means it is profitable. It is still growing in all aspects. Continuous pumps and also, its community becomes larger from time to time that also affects its demand and market value.
742  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we stop Bitcoin from crashing? on: August 26, 2017, 06:43:33 AM
What is the way to stop Bitcoin from being a bear market?
We can't. It is normal because Bitcoin is volatile. But there's no need to worry during the backdrops because it'll eventually increase again. We should encourage more people to invest in Bitcoin to make its demand hugher, so do its market value. If more people will be encouraged, there's a chance that it will be highly stable, but doesn't mean that there'll be no crashing to happen, it is just that it will be somewhat minimal.
743  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: August 26, 2017, 03:01:23 AM
After the events of last week.

I was making this suggestion to some folks yesterday, but they claimed that bitcoin is too small.  Does it matter?
It is not yet. Digital currency is different from regular currency or fiat since you are talking about the 'strongest' currency. Bitcoin still, doesn't have a physical value unlike fiat. Also, its market value is volatile which means it changes from time to time. So, I think it is not yet the strongest currency, it is just the no.1 CRYPTOcurrency and it's difderent in fiat. Maybe if it will be recognized and legalized to most of the countries, it will have a chance. But it will take more years dfor that to happen.
744  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price by December? on: August 26, 2017, 02:07:39 AM
How much do you think of bitcoin price by December?

For me, I think the bitcoin price is going to be worth anywhere between $8k - $10k

Share with us how much do you think the bitcoin price is going to be worth by December and why?

Everyone in Bitcoin cummunity is expecting for the inflation that will take place in the month of December. And I think, we will hit 6000$ mark before this year end. We assume for the pumps because there'll be a hardfork in the month of November and probably, it will affect in the month of December. These speculations are because of the hardfork that happened recently which made Bitcoin's market value continuously increase that reached the 4k$ mark in just 20 days
745  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people dont even know what this is yet. on: August 26, 2017, 12:52:09 AM
I called around some stores to see if they accept BTC, no one has even heard of it except like 0.1% of people.  Wait till people actually find out this exists...
That's why we need to encourage more people into Bitcoin. If more people will be awared om the advantages of Bitcoin and how profitable it is, its demand will increase. And in the line with that, it will be recognized by the locals, retailers, companies and the likes that will lead for Bitcoin to be accepted as a currency once proven that it is potent enough.
746  Economy / Economics / Re: If you have a lot of bitcoin, should you spend it or save it? on: August 25, 2017, 03:45:59 PM
Let's say I have 2.1 BTC And I don't spend it. Will it go up a few cents if I save it? Cause in my wallet I have up to about 50 cents worth of bitcoin. I started up with 13 cents 7 months ago. Now all of sudden I have bitcoins worth 50 cents. What do you call this? I only made that one 13 cent deposit. Nothing else!
Well it will still depend to you. But in my opinion, it is better to spend it or invest it to a thing that will be profitable. Seek for things that will give you profit as an investor. Make a research to somewhat lessen the risk involved on investing. Indeed its value increases just by only holding it in a period of time  but in investmemt , it would be much faster for profit.
747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: August 25, 2017, 02:51:03 PM
So Bitcoin is better than Gold? Roll Eyes
In my opinion, Gold is still better than Bitcoin. Given the fact that bitcoin is more profitable, has higher market value, has higher market capital, and othe advantages but still, Gold has a more stable market value than Gold. It is important, which is why countries are still using it for some transactions for a long period of time. It also has a physical value and Bitcoin doesn't. Gold, in my opinion is better foe long time investments.
748  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: August 25, 2017, 01:53:29 PM
If you were in desperate need for money / Bitcoins, what would you do? How to get it, earn it, whatw are your solutions and experiences? I wonder what people are ready to do when money is the problem.
Campaigns such as Bounties and Signatures will be a good option since it doesn't need a capital just to join. You may find these threads in Altcoin disscussion thread. There are lots of campaigns. All you have to do is to pick one, finish the task, and wait for the tokens to be distributed. Tokens will be cobverted into Bitcoin that will surely give you profit.
749  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: August 21, 2017, 06:42:19 AM
why so many people store their bitcoin in their wallet for a long time, whether the benefits will they get?

Come share your thoughts

For the simple reason that they want their profit to be bigger in the future. Since Bitcoin's market value is increasing as years are passing by, they will hold it in the prrsent where its price is not that high, and will sell it in the future where its value increased way far from its price since the user bought it or started holding it.
750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: worth to invest Ethereum on: August 21, 2017, 01:54:47 AM
hi is it worth to invest ?

any site or how to start ?
Yes it iw worth of investing but not this time. There are lots of issues on Etherium at this moment, hacks and bugs are happening due to unexplainable reasons. ETH has a big market value and large community, but as I've said, now is not rhe right time. You should first observe and study about different coins if you want to earn money from investing.
751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: August 20, 2017, 05:34:19 AM
What are the reasons, why people use Cash or Credit Cards / ATM / Banks?

* Work offline 100%
* No fees.
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micropayments
* 0 confermations time
* 0 exchange risks
* anyone is able to understanding of the value of payment
People are using fiat because it is legal to most of the countries unlike in Bitcoin wherein there are only few countries where Bitcoin is legal such as in Japan and North Korea. Also, Fiat has a physical value , and Bitcoin doesn't. Regular currency has more stable market value compared to the market value of Bitcoin that changes from time to time.
752  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC is a roller coaster on: August 20, 2017, 04:15:38 AM
Just received reminder bitcoin dropped a lot, the price of the last week is very unstable, leading to other competing currencies continued to fall, there is no bottom line of that kind of fall, I would like to ask you tycoons on how to look at the future market?

Indeed, it is like a roller coaster because Bitcoin is volatile. From time to time, its value has a tendency to fall and rise. It is because of being decentralized where it is not controlled by the govenmernt and because it is an open source system, so it can't be avoided. But in the past weeks, it bacame highly stable after the fork. And another hardfork is issued to the month of November. Maybe this will aid the problem about stability.
753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should focus more on saving bitcoins than selling your bitcoins on: August 20, 2017, 02:51:54 AM
Bitcoin has become the world most valuable asset and the value keeps going higher!

Why not we should focus on saving more bitcoins than selling our last remaining bitcoins?

I read and hear from a lot of guys owning bitcoin saying, should I sell my bitcoins?

The issues is, if you sell all your bitcoins when are you going to buy at lower price?

There's no guarantee when exactly bitcoin price will surely come down.

Share your thoughts about what you think guys. Smiley
There are lots of people who chose to save and hold it than to sell it. They are awared that the price of bitcoin has a tendency of dipping anytime, but they are awared that it will increase again eventually. Saving or selling also depends on the mindset of an individual. If one's goal is to earn with less risk, he/she will save and hold it for a period of time. But if one's goal is to earn faster even if it is mor risky, he/she will invest or sell it.
754  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best way to make money with bitcoin in 2017? on: August 20, 2017, 12:40:26 AM
What is the best way to make money with bitcoin in 2017?
The best way I think is Bitcoin buying and investing during dumps. After the fork, Bitcoin went skyrocket. Its price incread and reached 4k$. Imagine how big is the profit of of those who bought Bitcoin before the fork last August 1, because after the fork, the price of Bitcoin continuously increased. And will be the same if you still want to make money before this year end. It is still not too late to invest because there'll be another hardfork that will happen.
755  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: August 19, 2017, 11:49:17 AM
Hi, I was wondering if I should quit my job and focus more on bitcoins? Because I think it might get me even richer without a job?  Grin
You don't need to quit your Job. And also, you don't need to pick only one especially if you are capable of doing both at the same time. A decent job will give you a constant profit unlike in Bitcoin where dumps takes place sometimes. It will be better if you'll make Bitcoin as a sideline since the profit is not stable. Bitcoin is indeed having a profit that is sometimes bigger than a regular job's salary. But since Bitcoin is not yet legal to most of the countries  it will be risky if you'll quit your job.
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin are you currently supporting, and Why? on: August 19, 2017, 09:59:43 AM
Hi All,

It would be interesting to know which Altcoin(s) are you currently supporting and why are you supporting them.

This will greatly generate insights to new adopters and help them get in cryptos.

In addition to BTC, I am holding ETH because of the technology as many new altcoins are developed using ETH blockchain. So for me this is a valuable digital asset for the future of cryptos.

Please share your thoughts on this thread.

All the best!
I am supporting ETH. I think it is the most in demand alt coin. Also it has a potential of competing with Bitcoin. The market cap of ETH at this moment is 50% of Bitcoin's market cap and continuously rising. Also, Etherium has a strong block chain technology. ETH has also bigger community compared to other alt coins which will make it potent to grow .
757  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: August 19, 2017, 07:55:31 AM
What is the obstacles, challenges and problems that Bitcoin can face it in 5 years? How we can help Bitcoin to take more authoritative place in the world of currency system?
Maybe , the problems that Bitcoin might face for the next 5 years to come are decrease on its demand and if other crypto will rise with a bigger market value. It would be a problem to Bitcoin if its demand will be low, because all crypto currency including Bitcoin, depends on its market demand in terms of its market value. And the next one is if another crypto will rise after hard forks that will be more in demand than Bitcoin. We should encourage more people to Bitcoin to make it more in demand.
758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people invest in bitcoin? on: August 19, 2017, 07:03:07 AM
The question is simple; Why should people invest on bitcoin?

State your reasons, and advantages of investing on bitcoins today.

I know there are a lot of newcomers that are coming into the bitcoin community everyday.

I want us discuss it here, so that we may help them understand what is bitcoin and how important its to invest on bitcoin.

Share your ideas, and thoughts below.
I think more people should invest to Bitcoin because, it is now more profitable. Bitcoin's market value increased way far from its price before, that made it more profitable. The demand also increase through the years that made Bitcoin, at this moment, expensive. There are lots of investors and miners that already earned and still earning from Bitcoin. They should invest to Bitcoin rather than other cryptos because, it has a bigger community, biggest market price and considered as the no. 1 cryptocurrency for a long period of time.
759  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Finally Bitcoin is legal in my country 8) on: August 18, 2017, 11:57:22 PM
A latest news about 15 minutes ago I found at the social media with a video at TV direct mobile recorded ( CNBC news )
Thier was clearly mentioned that Bitcoin will be legalized , currently the Bitcoin unregulated and this will take about 6
Months to regulate with the new rules against the Bitcoin to control and stop the missuse in illegal activities .
So why not we should have positive thinking about the Bitcoin that have have good future and support by the many countries .
Share your thoughts about the status of the Bitcoin in your country .
Cheers .
Congratulations! There are still countries where Bitcoin is not legal as a currency. It will be impossible if they don't know nothing about Bitcoin. Maybe, they are still observing how will Bitcoin affect the countries wherein, it is legal. Maybe they are still studying how Bitcoin will positively affect a country, as a whole. The time will come that Bitcoin will be legal to most countries, as what people are demanding.
