7522  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Special thread concerning bitmains coupons refunds discounts. on: December 03, 2019, 01:41:05 PM
I am almost at 2 weeks - I requested refund on Nov 21 and they said it takes 3-4 weeks to refund... funny they only give us 2 hours to pay them but take 4 weeks to pay us.
7523  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain to release S17E 64TH on: November 30, 2019, 04:02:19 PM
Yes, I am done as well.
Not sure if it is OK to say here that I might sell coupons.

pm me if you do - i may be interested.

free miner works too lol.
7525  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Special thread concerning bitmains coupons refunds discounts. on: November 29, 2019, 01:14:00 AM
Sure, good luck, but strategically, i think that it is better to get credit instead (if you got power).
I think that you can first apply coupon, then credit, which would be awesomely low price in your case, I assume.
Refund might happen later.
Personally, i was told: no refund, just credit (since I posted btc order initially) since refunds are only possible for USD orders.

i paid via btc and am receiving a refund in BTC - at least that is what they said... but it takes 3-4 weeks to process. its hasnt been 2 yet so I have a while to wait still...

when you try to apply them in the cart, it will stop you.
7527  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [Batch 1 IN STOCK!] TTBIT SCRYPT MINER 2 Official Order Thread on: November 26, 2019, 10:05:34 PM

Yeah it is easy if you are located in China or other cheap manufacturing cost country and you copy design from the competitor. Which is what ttbit has done with their stick. The R&D costs are close to none.

I have zero respect for manufacturers like ttbit.

agreed 1000%

Hello Moparminingllc,

Thanks for your consultation!

Sorry sir, since the refund process for received payment is completed and will be delivered to different departments, so the time is little bit long, thanks for your understanding.

Usually it can be completed within 3-4 weeks since we need to seek for approval from our management team and then deliver the file to our finance team, please wait patiently, thanks.

Please let us know if you have additional questions or concerns.

Best regards,
Carol

The (beta) changes are now live with the data.

You can see the new (replacement) Accounts->Payments page as described above

For some (few) also the Accounts->Rewards page has "Adjustments" at the bottom (and the Adjustments total at the top)

As mentioned above, if you find any issues with the numbers on either page, come visit Discord to discuss.

And ... for the next 19 blocks (but limited by the halving) every block finder will get a Bonus 0.1 BTC (not from the block)
This will be an "Adjustment" as explained before, so means, of course, you are owed an extra 0.1BTC that I'll pay directly

sweeet! great work! now I hope I finally find one and get on the acclaim board!

it seems pretty crappy that the refunds are taking so long.

damn - still under warranty? I had one that would constantly reboot and quit working - they replaced mine quickly and without issue - that might be an option for you if still under warranty.
7533  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: ⛏️ Poolin ⛏️ Bitcoin Mining | FASTEST Growing Pool | FPPS ⛏️ on: November 22, 2019, 05:52:35 PM
Yes i already saw that at the site, but that doesn't answer the question. Bixin is something special, so i would like to know, the normal payout rate when NOT using Bixin, AND what is the pool fee. Normally you would quickly see that information displayed in the pool page, but unfortunately it appears to be buried inside a "help" site that requires (separate) login credentials to access.

This is the kind of thing that should be visible no matter if you are visiting, but much more if you are actually logged to the pool web site.

How can people even compare pools if they don't know their fee and payout structure?

sorry - I guess I did just skip over the question - thankfully @digital$ did answer

default payout without Bixin is 0.005BTC  pool fee is 4% for FPPS or PPS

if you go to your "manage sub-account" and then on the line of your sub-account, click the "setting" you will see an option for "Minimum Payment Setting" where you have the options of .005, .01, .05 and .1 with default being .005. I did not think of this because it does not apply when withdrawing to Bixin.

As for their payment structure, it is clearly stated under the FAQ "fee and payment method"
I did notice that it pops up a log in though - and I just close it without completing it.

They're in the 7c to 7.5c per kwh range, at least for small #s of miners. You can run your #s to see if it's worth it to host there for 6 months to get the 25% discount the gear.

I pay 5.6 cents but yes the 25% discount would add up.

This would be a lot easier if they just had separate listings for gear made in Malaysia. I guess they just don't care about the small guy ordering a couple miners here and there. Need to be ordering 100s to get good support.

This x 1000000%

My decision was to either place the order myself shipped to another host I use in Canada and pay 5% tax, or try to use my credit + coupons through my USA host and pay the 2.6% on the gear from Malaysia. I didn't even think the 2nd option was possible until I gave up waiting on Bitmain to answer any of my support tickets and asked my host to ask his contact.

well glad that at least worked out for you!
7535  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Special thread concerning bitmains coupons refunds discounts. on: November 22, 2019, 04:58:23 PM
ahh yea i wont host anywhere. Most likely, their cost is higher than my own.
7536  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Special thread concerning bitmains coupons refunds discounts. on: November 22, 2019, 03:54:16 PM

One month to process a refund?!?!!

I won't be surprised at all when BTC price mysteriously spikes right before everyone gets their refunds processed...

I'm trying to use my credit and most of my coupons to place an order through my host so it will be guaranteed to be shipped from Malaysia. My host says he has talked with his contact at Bitmain and the order will get placed today. Fingers crossed.

your host - can anyone order thru them? Smiley that tariff savings is like 2 coupons lol

I am beginning to think that their support staff is only 1 person because every email I get is from Carol, either that or they just sign all emails as "Carol"

curious to see how long it takes for refund.  They still have not reset my coupon that was used in the order that expired when I tried to use the amount they owed as a credit. The order expired without them processing the credit and thus, I made no payment and the coupon then "expired".

edit: the coupon just appeared within the past 10 minutes. I had checked, made the above post and then rechecked, and now it is there.

can you try a straight up swap with one of your other controllers?
7539  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: GekkoScience NewPac / Terminus R606 (BM1387) Official Support Thread on: November 22, 2019, 01:50:51 AM
have you tried a different pool?  I assume you have all 3 on the same pool so it is most likely not that, but I want to ask anyways.  have you tried to copy the code over from one that is working into the cg code for the miner that is giving you issues to see if that works? have you tried to change the voltage setting on the miner?
7540  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: GekkoScience NewPac / Terminus R606 (BM1387) Official Support Thread on: November 22, 2019, 01:34:43 AM
After running my 3 R606's for some time now, I am having trouble getting 1 restarted today. It stopped hashing this afternoon, but seemed to remain online with the pool. When I got home I restarted and it went back to work. After about 30 minutes of hashing it stopped and I am unable to get it restarted. I unplug/plugin, restart server, change settings, changed power supply and it just says, no chips found - ZOMBIE.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

any messages? is it showing the chips still? does it show a speed?
