761  Other / Off-topic / Re: Interesting way to resist sexual lust on: May 31, 2020, 05:28:27 PM
instinct and common sense are always opposites...
instinct of a man when he saw a sexy woman would be active and it was very difficult to control, I pinched my husband several times when he instinctively saw a girl in sexy clothes, he then realized and laughed while apologizing.  Cheesy

Women know exactly how to attract men's eyes.
With a look or with a dress they know how to send a sexual lust. Men should have a clear mind and resist to those instincts.
762  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are there websites/apps where we get paid to write stories? on: May 31, 2020, 05:22:25 PM
I love to write short stories (mostly horror and sci-fi) and I was wondering if there are good platforms to sell them or publish. I have googled and found links to magazines and blogs which are way complicated for a normie author like me.

Medium is the most used platform for that.
You can publish your stories there and not to be afraid that they are going to be censored as this is going to be your own blog. You just have to apply for their partners' program and be accepted.

Mauro Icardi (Inter Milan) to PSG permanent deal is OFFICIAL.

https://www.inter.it/it/news/2020/05/31/calciomercato-inter-mauro-icardi-psg.html

A good striker that the top teams in europe never wanted because of his agent (wife). What a shame, i always wanted to see him in Man Utd or Juventus. I hope he becomes the next PSG legend like Cavani or Ibra.

I don’t think Barca will resign Neymar <...>
You underestimate the power Messi has in the club and the desire Neymar has to go back to Barcelona. The argentinian wants Ney back in the team at all cost, maybe they'll finally go all-in on Neymar next season.

No need for PSG to sign Icardi.
Those money are just a waste. They have an amazing duo right now and I wonder if Icardi is going to replace whom in the squad. The only solution is to sell a player from the attacking line which I don't think that it is going to be the best decision for PSG.

Dortmund just scored a second goal against Padernborn and the score is now 0-2.
it seems that they still are in the title game - Bayern needs some points to mathematically win the title but I think that Dortmund is going to fight for it till the end.
765  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which company's phone and laptop do you use? on: May 31, 2020, 05:16:09 PM

Dell Inspiron laptop and Xiaomi phone since I lost my iPhone a few weeks back. Love the Dell, hate the Xiaomi. The hardware is good but the MIUI Android (Chinese ROM) is horrible.

If you are an iPhone user you cannot get used to Android phones especially the Xiaomi ones.
Xiaomi phones are one of the most value for money purchases in the market right now and the MIUI is pretty simple to use for any Android user.
766  Other / Off-topic / Re: The space age is upon us. on: May 31, 2020, 06:23:26 AM
I know the term has been used since the late '40s, but I feel it's only just begun.  Today the US launched two astronauts into space on a completely commercial rocket, for far cheaper than any space mission the US has executed it's self.  The age of commercial space flights is a distinct possibility now.  Maybe within my lifetime, and most probably within my children's lifetime average humans will be able to afford a flight to the moon or even Mars.

It's really an inspiring thing to witness, and would be even more amazing to have some participation.  I can't help but think we're on the brink of learning so much about our solar system.  The possibility of sending humans to the moons of Jupiter and Saturn seems more likely today than it did yesterday.  I hope I live long enough to see it.

This mission is going to launch a new era of rocket launches.
I expect now more companies to try to send missions to the space after SpaceX - this means that we are going to discover new options and new things on the earth. My bet is that Virgin is going to be the next company after SpaceX.
767  Other / Off-topic / Re: where are you spending your time now? on: May 31, 2020, 06:17:24 AM
I recently joined a new company and I have to study a lot of my work.
When I have free time I usually try to read and then in order to relax I am playing some video games in order to clear my mind.
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: May 31, 2020, 06:16:11 AM
Liverpool won the league at 1990 last time, that is 30 years not 20 years. That is a looooong wait. They have come close few times as well but still managed to fail. Last year was closest I suppose, couple balls off the bars going in and you got yourself a championship. With champions league as well that would have been perfect for them to win it together.

This year however its no longer about if they could win the league or not, since we all know that league is coming back now, the only question remaining is if they could beat the record or not, plus what is going to happen with champions league, will that come back? I mean some leagues are not postponed, they are cancelled, but I don't know if that affects champions league. If it continues that would be even sweeter.

I think that they Champions League is going to be cancelled.
In order for the CL matches to happen all leagues should have started and teams should be prepared. This needs a lot of time to happen and we are already on June.
769  Other / Off-topic / Re: SpaceX launched humans in space ! Congratulations to SpaceX ! on: May 31, 2020, 06:13:17 AM
SpaceX and Elon Musk made a great achievement today.
They are now the first private company that sends a mission to the space. I hope that they are going to be more companies to do so as there is huge profit on behind for them so they have the motive to do so.

Any football fan and most especially Chelsea fans seeing this, what do you think about this kid, will he have an impact if this rumors becomes a reality.
I'm not a Chelsea fan, but I've watched Chukwueze play, both in Spain for Villarreal and for the Nigerian national team and I'm a fan of his; he is fast and strong, skillful and can score goals and best of all he is very young(21). Chelsea will be signing a precocious lad if they sign him.

Frank Lampard likes young players, so Samuel Chukwueze's age will be a delight for the English manager, who I think will be a good fit in the premier league and under a young coach like Lampard, the article did not state any official bid from Chelsea, has any been made?

Lampard likes young players but especially he gives chances to the English ones of the squad.
I think that Chukwueze is going to have a chance to be part of the first squad if he joins Chelsea.
771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 31, 2020, 06:07:12 AM
Lets see if today Dortmund and Gladbach struggle or that they win there games against Paderborn and Union Berlin.
Wouldnt be surprised about some crazy result of one of them realy.
Normaly Dortmund should win there game . About Gladbach i am not sure but i have bet on them.

It would be an easy game for Dortmund.
They don't have any option to lose points as this is going to mean they are out of the title once and forever.
I am going to bet for Dortmund's win today.
772  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are ghosts real? :o on: May 31, 2020, 06:04:57 AM
I have seen mysterious things when i was young, and there was a exorcism that i saw by my own eyes though i have not seen Ghost in actual but there are people close to mine that tells their realistic stories and looks like it is true.

so yeah i believe in Ghost.

Exorcism has nothing ot do with ghosts - they are totally too different things.
Ghosts doesn't exist. It is something made by people in order to give an explanation to sounds that are heard in the dark and they cannot explain with any different way.

I have a Dell Laptop and a Xiaomi smartphone.
I am pretty happy with both of them, but I am more impressed about the capabilities that Xiaomi adds to its devices. If I were able to buy a Xiaomi laptop I would do so.
774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 30, 2020, 08:33:54 AM
Money is not everything in life, life is everything in life Cheesy. If even one player dies, just one of them, everyone will realize that all of that money that could be earned would be for nothing. Hence I feel like the return would be too soon. Plus, there is a quicker recovery in Italy compared to many places only because they literally died to get rid of the virus. In other places it takes longer because people are trying to recover from it and that takes time compared to dying.

You can still bring back football, but I still suggest keeping everyone in check for a longer period of time, it is not only about players with no corona playing since that is safe, it is about also protecting the players from getting corona which will be very tough work to do when you let them be.

Agree, it's a hard and very tough task in fact to prevent players from getting COVID as football requires a team effort. But they can be completely isolated from the social  environment prior to each match and  this may be a way out of the current predicament. I have thought me heard there are places on Earth like New Zealand with no COVID at all.  What about this?

We should send all teams to New Zealand in order to make the leagues occur then.  Grin
Isolation as you described is not going to work, as during the game players are getting in touch with each other - I wonder why they keep distances on the bench while they are playing shoulder-to-shoulder in the game...
775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Vaccine against Covid-19 should be made before sports events will take place? on: May 30, 2020, 08:30:43 AM
I have seen this thread only now but I want to reply even if late.
No, we don't need the vaccine to start sports again.
Athletes are people who are physically better than many other people and are often privileged with the possibility of making multiple swabs.
Unlike them, the worker does not have the opportunity to do tests and they are forced to work in factories for a thousand euros a month...
Sports can reopen obvious without people in the stadium.

You know, in a team there are a lot of people who work for the team and they are not as physically healthy as the players.
Also, there are a lot of fans who love going to the stadiums and watch football.
The vaccine is not produced mainly for the players but for all other groups that are involved in the sports industry.
776  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Riots after Death of Man in Minneapolis Police Custody on: May 30, 2020, 08:27:58 AM
We don't need no stinkin' cops to protect us... except from ourselves.

So in a sense, you agree to a no authority type of environment or in political context, an anarchy type of society.  Given a situation that there is no one that would enforce authority except ourselves, what about those who cant do that (people who cant defend their homes because they only have a knife and the looters have an AR-15). Do those people who cant protect themselves deserves to be looted? Do Target corporation deserve what happened to one of their branches because of the riot?

such an environment will not exist, its not possible, there is always a pyramid of power, in whatever form. besides all worthly authority is false anyway ultimately god is in power.

This is how the world is built and it cannot be changed.
We are a lot of masses with different opinions so we have to give authority to some - a minority - in order to make everyone follow the same rules. The point is that they will not overdo it by forcing people to do things without their willing.
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 30, 2020, 08:18:50 AM
God damn , finaly my bet on Leverkusen was right  Cheesy after the last match day i was losing .
Will be Schalke win against Bremen , if not i guess it will dont looking so good for the trainer.
There are a few intresting matches the weekend also and hope that i got better bets as the last.
Nedd some recover .

Werder is going to try hard for this game to win it as they are in the relegation zone and they need get the three points in order to get out.
I think that the game is going to end up as a tie, Schalke do not have any actual interest as this season is already lost.
778  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anyone fancy a drink ? Only £7000 a shot on: May 29, 2020, 08:11:03 AM
A bottle of Cognac from 1762 has been sold at Sotheby’s auction house for £118,580.
This has set a record for the most expensive bottle of Cognac sold at auction.
Lol - would you open it ?  Smiley

Full article here -
Cognac bottle, labelled one of world's oldest, sells for £118,000 https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-52844323

If I had that money I would never spend it for a bottle of Cognac.
I think that they guy who bought it wants to drink it so it will be opened.
I wonder what would be the feeling if this bottle brokes without tasting the Cognac? Grin
779  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto is becoming legal in my country! Any business idea? on: May 29, 2020, 08:08:42 AM
Hello all,
Cryptocurrency is becoming legal in my country. The government will make some laws to regulate the crypto in my country in September (god knows what).
Is anyone here that can give me any businesses idea? Or our gold time will be over after that?

Thanks!!

When a market opens,, everything you do is going to be profitable.
Try to find something that will be widely accepted in order to have a large target group. This is going to give you a huge income potential and if your services are of quality then for sure you are going to be successful.
780  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate a person to work? on: May 29, 2020, 08:04:07 AM
Pay him a good salary

Salary is not the only one factor.
I have a team of 20 people and it is very hard to motivate them all. Everyone needs different way of motivation.
The basic is to make them feel like a group and make them engaged in the group targets and achievements.
