761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Successful ICO Experiences on: June 20, 2018, 04:06:50 PM
I have never joined ico program but I am participating in bounty created ico project. this year a lot of ico who failed in the sales due to bad market and scam issues in fear of investors. this is my second bounty in ico program.
For me i also do not have any experience in ICO investment, but to me i would like to say that an before investing money in bitcoin, it is too much important that we must have good knowledge and study about an ICO where we are welling to invest our money, because there are so many ICO which are totally fraud and which can only take your money away.
Being a part of an ICO is not even the hardest part, but understanding the risk in ICO investment is where the main issue actually is. One thing a lot of people do not get is that once you understand the risks, then you will understand the questions you really need to be asking so as to be able to get the best of any investment you are being a part of.

A lot of investors who are new and inexperienced just look at the outside but usually refuse to dig further on the things that would at least give you a rest of mind that you are investing in something right.
762  Economy / Speculation / Re: What kind of price movement do you want for Bitcoin? on: June 20, 2018, 02:37:52 PM
I don't like the constant jumping of bitcoin prices. It may give me a profit in a few months, but then I lose it because the price goes down. I prefer a stable bitcoin with a tendency to small growth. This will scare away speculators and bitcoin will be what it wants to see most potential sellers of goods for bitcoins.
Well, we just have to admit that the constant jumping was what led to bitcoin becoming more of a speculative asset now.
I would not say it was not a good moment last year, most especially for traders since they were able to take the advantage of such move, but the truth is that it ended up not so well for new and inexperienced investors even though it was more like their fault of wanting to get rich overnight.

Any part of the market is good enough for me, since I still make profits anyway, just that downtrend sometimes takes a lot of caution when trading.
763  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you rather see steady growth in Bitcoin or strong upward spikes instead? on: June 20, 2018, 12:54:20 PM
I think I will go in for a steady growth of price over  a period time. With that, there will be less panic in the system, governments won't think of making things inconvenient for us and many people would join. But anyways the sharp dips and spikes are also good for day traders.
Yeah you're right, when upward trend happens and make a surprise in the market there will be a lot of people who will do panic selling because want to get profit, because it certainly resulted in the price back down because more supply, this often happens, so I prefer steady growth, no one panics because of this..
Yes, it is a practice for people to always react to upward movements that come in a very maniac way. The thing is they would not be sustainable for long as it is believed to be a manipulated growth and not some growth caused by a pretty good demand and in cases like this, it can be so terrible to see the outcome. Steady growth is a whole lot better and even if it takes a longer period of time, at least, it brings about some level of maturity and sanity in a market.
764  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Watch out for the scams out there on: June 20, 2018, 11:40:24 AM
Many new users get betrayed on the name of different kinds of gifts and there is nothing actually. I think there should be a check on such sites, so that people could be safe from these sites.
Scams are happening everywhere and if we are not taking appropriate action against them then there could be no chances for us to escape from them. Gifts and luck draw kind of scams are very old but unfortunately people are still falling to it. That shows how aware they are and how much they have updated their knowledge.

In crypto investment I never trust on new ICO because I am afraid of scams and that happened many times whit new crypto.
You cannot leave off all the new ICOs in one single stroke. You must take time to analyze each and every project based on different criteria so that you may invest safely. Filtering out inappropriate ICOs may help to find a right one in quick time.
765  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bot trading on Exchanges on: June 20, 2018, 08:28:39 AM
I think all exchanges allow bots, or rather, they all allow automated trading. But of course, any suspicious trading activity, bot or otherwise, will probably be flagged by the system and related account banned/blocked/limited. Especially those bots that put up and take down orders so often, since this eats up server resources. You can be sure even employees run their own bots for automated trading on their own platforms.
With API provisions, I do believe most exchanges are not bothering about their server resources as they are making money with each and every trade. That is the reason most exchanges are loving bots and providing all the needed things to support automated trading.

Other than this, the efficiency of trading bots is more important  before we are choosing a right bot. Because trading bots are nothing but just predetermined program which will react as per the coding hence we cannot be sure about how they will respond to be a completely new market condition. Honestly I'm not recommending anyone to go for bot trading as it may lead to unexpected losses in an unexpected market conditions.
766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Features to favor ICO on: June 19, 2018, 07:39:08 PM
very many features that support ICO and of course it all can make the ICO will be successful in the future. Therefore ICO feature is very important for any project if you want to project that do ico program want big success. That is the key of all.
Right, I have come to realize thus far is that you are simply investing in the product.
For instance, imagine investing in Facebook few years ago because you see it as a product that would work and you will have a great benefit from even though you have no idea who Mark Zuckerberg is or where he must have evolved from, but for coming up with that, you believe it is going to be worth it. Every ICO is a risk, but at least, every investor want to be taking calculated risk and that good product brings a huge advantage.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO BENCH IS ASKING PAYMENT FOR "EXPERT" STATUS! on: June 19, 2018, 07:05:30 PM
I still trust ICOBench, I have heard a lot of bad news about this site. But they really choose the best ICOs. Never have any problem when I invested into ICO with good rating on ICOBench.
It is the service they create that makes them charge what they do and that is simply because they place a lot of value on what they have to offer. A lot of people keep complaining about this platform but I do not know why they have not started theirs to try to make things better.

It could be a huge price, and for sure, it is a whole lot, but they are still assisting those who may want to filter out their research on projects to invest in and if developers feel it is enough to pay for being shown to big investors, then we just have to accept it as it is.
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop good for Project, Airdrop Participant or Both? on: June 19, 2018, 06:26:44 PM
Yes it's only small rewards but if it were much bigger rewards it wouldn't be good for the projects as there would be better marketing alternatives. Also don't forget that it's so easy to sign up to airdrops that you really shouldn't receive that much.
I really do not see any point in airdrops but really though, who cares since it is free money anyway and you would not really have to do much most of the time. The thing with airdrop is that you will have to be ready to hold as long as you want to.

Some may end up doing great in the long run and some may not, but the idea is to have a huge community behind the coin. It is easy for a project to end up highly volatile in the long run, when very few people are holding the market.
769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction Stories! on: June 19, 2018, 05:08:39 PM
I used to do cutting classes when I was in my high school days just to play cards outside near to our school , I just stopped gambling when my teacher told my mother what are the crazy things I've done in school ,my mom was so angry with me because she thought that I doing good to my class specially that I am a girl but I already kearned my lesson.
I remember the old times when I’m also addict with computer games and other card game here in my place, I also do cutting classes before but I think that is where I learned how to gamble can’t say its addiction but I think its more on pleasure. Well, I do gamble buy never found myself an addict on that because I’ve done it occasionally. You should learn to control yourself and prevent from being addict in gambling because your life is in risk if you continue to become greedy.
That obviously is not even something to worry about except for the fact that it did affected your studies in a way but we all know that most kids love to play anyway than read their books. However, in this case with gambling addiction, it is a whole lot more since it is going to be affecting you negatively and coming out of it is usually a very serious one. I have never been an addict either but I have heard of several storied that did not end well or really took some serious pain and work getting out of.
770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to spot a scam ? on: June 19, 2018, 12:49:54 PM
How do you guys spot scam betting sites ? Which are the red flags with those kind of sites and do you believe the rating/review sites or they are mainly paid like the ICO review sites ?

A little google search can save you from scam betting sites. If you come across a cryptocurrency betting website and you want to know about the reputation of that website, try finding its thread in bitcointalk forum. See if the thread is active and if the old members are rating it well. That is when you know the difference.
Always a simple way to go, most especially if it is a cryptocurrency gambling site. One way or the other, someone must have talked about the site's reputation. Asides that, I would rather focus more on sites with reputation and do more research on that than trying to find an unknown gambling site that is not being used by so many. When there is a red flag to any website, the hand writing will be all over the wall but as long as people have tried it and it has been running for years without issues, what else would someone be looking for?
771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How gambling can effect the economy of a country [Part 3 - Australia] on: June 19, 2018, 12:07:57 PM
We keep saying how it helps the economy of a country, but in the real sense who are the ones that are indirectly losing out for the economy to keep increasing ?

These are the gambling addicts who spend all their last card trying to gamble, while some who are busy and ready to make themselves short of bucks for something that keeps increasing their blood pressure while the government and the casino owners keep making shit load of money and enjoying their own lives.
772  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hello traders on: June 18, 2018, 03:29:41 PM
Trading is very risky and you should pack your knowledge about proper tips and strategy about trading because bitcoin is very volatile. Even professional traders sometimes made mistakes in trading. Know your place if you want to be a long term HODLER or an everyday trader.
Yes, trade can help anyone to get the best of their finances, but at the same time, it is important to also know that as much as trading can help you achieve that, you can also end up losing a lot in the long run which to me is even worse than trying to trade at all. A lot of people take some huge risk all in the name of them trying to want to get better financially but they do this without any knowledge and that sets them up even for more danger. Better learn first before taking any serious step to trade.
773  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Master the trading on: June 18, 2018, 01:03:39 PM
Maybe I see a lot of tutorial about trading, Tutoring candlestick or any trading strategies. I think it's not predictable what trading market will be. Sometimes when you read a chart it's alternate. You cannot go to the flow of what market will be.
Maybe while learning, you missed the part of learning where to place your stop loss. In case you do not know, trading is more or less like an educated gambling and you want to be very sure you are making the right decision most of the time which is why the TA and FA are there for you but not like you are going to be right 100% of the time as there would always be the situation you have mentioned most especially in this volatile market. The best thing is to always make use of your stop loss and know where to place them.
774  Economy / Economics / Re: Making crypto succeed in the real world? on: June 17, 2018, 07:25:28 AM
In Bitcoin the transactions  the cost is low and there is no third party interference in the transactions it is a peer to peer deal only with the user and the trader .In developing countries Bitcoin currency can succeed as real money .Bitcoin can be useful in places where government impose strict rules  on the use of fiat currency's .The prices of Bitcoin is based on the supply and demand of Bitcoin and its nature is anonymous. These all are the features are making crypto succeed in real world.
Yeah, the success of crypto is totally based on its usage entirely and how people eventually get to perceive it as a currency more than an asset but a whole lot of that still has to do with how government is ready to accept it and may be regulate it but we all know they just do not come easy as it would take series of rules, policies and amendments to eventually get there.

Plus, the features like you said in your last statement such as transaction fees, speed and so much more, will really help in fast growth and development as we forge ahead.
775  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Future of Economy! on: June 16, 2018, 08:41:09 AM
So my question is can bitcoin be a main currency of world economy?
It will become the main currency for crypto economy but not for world economy.

There's a long debate on how will bitcoin going to overtake the currency worldwide but there's a long way to go before it will go there. Dollar will stay and bitcoin will be it's rival and alternative choice for people who wants to stay anonymous.
Fine, that is actually one way to put it. I guess as time goes on, this would be more like a community in the long run and those who accept and willingly use it will benefit eventually from the whole thing. Of course, it is not everyone that can simply make use of it due to some limitation reasons, or reasons best known to each individual based on their perceptions, but at the end, I do not see how bitcoin is really going to be allowed as the world currency in the case where it takes over the centralized traditional system.
776  Economy / Speculation / Re: TRIPLE BOTTOM CONFIRMED??? on: June 14, 2018, 03:15:44 PM
I'd say, stop looking at charts, not until exchanges become free of manipulation (more even, based from stock exchange).
Even if anyone can polish his chart "technical analysis" skill to "convincing" level, current Cryptomarket is still a different field.
When the whales do their jobs, every prediction could fail to deliver its promises.

And a triple bottom happening in Bitcoin market is far fetched idea.
The thing is that a lot of people are not getting the point that there is always a trap most of the time in this market for those who rely so much on technical analysis. If it is by that, anyone would not have been complaining about manipulations.

It is always necessary to take time to let the market build up, see how things pan out so as not to be a victim of manipulators who will bring up a pattern to deceive those who are too eager to see a triple bottom. Like you said, you should always wait for that conviction before even attempting to enter a market or at least with a very tight stop loss.
777  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin stay above 6500? on: June 13, 2018, 04:09:49 PM
I wonder if I should sell now or hope for the bulls. Looks like it's way too late to sell...
Nothing is predictable now bro and selling now is actually going to be a mistake or not. That is one thing you should know as you are simply just going to be gambling. Since you have been holding all these while from the top, I would advise you should be looking for a way to buy than a way to sell as that would put you in a better position than trying to gamble the market.

This however is in an investor’s point of view not in a trader's point of view which I expect that if you are not a trader, you should not even be trying to be one at all. Because, traders always look for short term changes very keenly whereas holders or otherwise known as investors will bother only long term trends.
778  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Trading or Online betting? 2k Usd budget. on: June 13, 2018, 02:49:43 PM
Of course, I would go for cryptocurrency trading. It is way less riskier than online betting. I have tried them both, and in the end, online betting made me lose a lot of money. As long you know about the basic principle of buying low and selling high, for sure you will win in day trading. Just my two satoshis.
Who would not even want to go for something more interesting, that once you learn pretty well and good at it, can set you up for life, but I guess some people just would not get it as they are just so bound on doing things that would end up ruining the amount they could have saved up because the question the OP asked is not even one that should be asked in the first place.

It is more like seeing wealth and poverty, then deciding to go for poverty. Who does that ? Probably some may choose that out of rush but after some period of time sustaining with that will come to the the reality of their stupid decision. But, at that time they might have lost all their $2k then what will be the use of realizing later. I mean, we must make a concrete decision which should not go for wrong at any circumstances too.
779  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: before or after new year on: June 13, 2018, 12:49:24 PM
I believe that $7000s is the lowest bitcoin will go this year and I bet that it will have a great bull run until EOY so you should consider picking up a good amount of BTC at the current price range.
This is sure one of the reasons why people should just stop believing and it is either they are trading the market and making the best decision when it comes to trading to take advantage of the fluctuations or they are just holding and then forgetting anything else as statement and mindset like this is what would make any one who is too hopeful in the short term to panic and also those who are not so hopeful in the long term to miss out.

No one knows the lowest or the highest and by the way with your statement, if referring to this year, you should know that bitcoin hit around $5980 already before where we are now, so try to be a little bit informed next time.
780  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why are people afraid to invest in cryptocurrency? on: June 13, 2018, 11:49:32 AM
Some times I usually think of the reason people are afraid of investing in cryptocurrency, despite the its value and durability, cryptocurrency is a standards investment that will always give the investor the chance of becoming a millionaire due to its appreciative nature, people fail to understand the fact behind cryptocurrency investment, most times the people trying to invest may not have a maximum knowledge of cryptocurrency.
It is simply because they are just not ready to face the short term volatility, but would rather keep imagining how it would make them rich overnight and once they get dealt with since that mentality makes them a weak hand, then they start getting scared to ever invest again and staying away while blaming everyone and everything related to crypto instead of their own misjudgments.

The knowledge is important and it is not all about the gains, they need to realize what the real value is to understand the future potential. If we realize the future potentials of cryptocurrencies then we will never get afraid for investing with it. I am the one, never get afraid to spend for cryptos and at the same time I recommend my friends to do so.

Those who have followed my words in the past are happy now for their investment actions due to me. The returns they got so far, are just the rewards for their fearless decision for cryptocurrency investments. They are currently turning as an example for their friends.
