7641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TTT The first Cryptocurrencies Trading Index on: June 27, 2017, 12:03:26 PM
GolumDeMort, LoyceV please check your inbox.

We plan to answer any question in private one by one if need it.
I urge you to answer questions in public, instead of behind closed doors.

Yes, we need also some clarifications of what LoyceV pointed out.
You can directly answer him point by point. It's good that someone scrutinized what you had been saying in your ANN.
Normally, people here will ask for translation bounties without even understanding the content itself.
And now, that someone spent some of his time to review what has been stated, you just decided to address this privately.
And for the passive income that you are promising "for everyone on earth"? Now, this project smells something fishy.

Seems that this project is pretty aggressive with their targets.
So much money is at stake here, but, the good thing is, they seemed to be well-prepared for what's coming.
Their gray paper for what they called seems to be well-thought of.
However, I can't visualize yet about this atomic ownership that they are aiming for.

Checking again this thread.
I'm just wondering, this project has very few supporters.
They might need some good advertising campaign, considering the fact that they seemed authentic. So it's not difficult to market their platform.
7645  Economy / Services / Re: SunContract Signature & Avatar Campaign(New Rates+accepting jr members) on: June 26, 2017, 03:06:39 AM
Thank you so much Yahoo & SunContract. Wishing all the best for the SunContract Team!

By the way, it's very clear what yahoo posted -

Sadly SunContract has decided against extending the signature campaign, so im not doing the lottery for this last payout. I just gave the original rates for payouts instead. I have all the information on the spreadsheet, so everyone may remove sigs now as this campaign is over for now.

Ill get everyone paid tonight when i get home from vacation.

Somebody needs to read the above post -

Thanks a lot yahoo. Payment I received. The delay is not an important issue of payment has been entered into my wallet😃. I am happy to work with you sir. Happy holiday. By the way, for the signature program is still going on right?
Thank you Sir, I've received the payment.
And now my rank's grows into a Member. If allowed, I want to filed moving to Member slot for onward.
Thank you very much.

7646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Venture blockchain fund FinShi Capital - preICO now on: June 24, 2017, 02:28:19 AM
So much ICOs nowadays with Russians behind those projects.
It's really difficult to trust the project that is sprouting everyday.
But even with the ANN or website that they providing, you can feel the instinct if they have the potential to swindle you in any way.
7647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] AUTORIA: First Currency with Automated Mining, Claim Your Mining Well on: June 23, 2017, 02:05:00 AM
Hey guys, AUT dev here.

First, we asked a trusted member of BCT to post our ANN because our account is unable to embed images.

Second,
Minereum does exist, but the implementation is pretty piss poor. Here's their code:
https://github.com/minereum/Minereum/blob/master/minereum.sol
-snip-

The original Minereum contract is literally just some dude copying and pasting the addresses people bought into a solidity contract and giving them tokens they can't access for a while.

With Autoria, it's closer to proof of stake. So the more coins you invest in initially, the more you can pull from your 'aquifer.' Also, the ICO is on the blockchain, where Minereum was at the discretion of the creator copying and pasting addresses into the contract. Details are in the whitepaper.

I'll do a video comparing the two in a bit.

Let's see who's gonna win at the end then.
It's okay to have a competition because this will create the best from them.
It's not new in crypto that there's some kind of similarity or copycat, but their execution will be different.
So it's up to the supporters if they will be loyal or not, or continue to support them or leave them.
Anyway, it's their effort, time & money that are being at stake here.
7648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: When a post says reserved translation on: June 23, 2017, 01:38:38 AM
Ok, I understand, it's just someone trying to claim the translation for him or herself, so I can also opt for this translation if I wanted to.

Exactly, you can also ask to translate such OP even if there's someone who asked first for the same language.
Most of the time, it's first come first served basis but it all depends to the dev/team itself.
A lot are doing that but with poor execution.
And sometimes they are the first ones who will post on the thread. And annoying sometimes as they commented even if they don't understand the project at all. Scam or not, they will apply for translation.  Roll Eyes

they presence was an obstacle to me
7649  Local / 한국어 (Korean) / Re: Bitcoin halving reports on: June 22, 2017, 12:19:39 PM

I'm just wondering how you will evaluate the credit score of these more than 2 billion individuals without a bank account?
And how can they access your microcredit services if some of them don't own smartphones?
Remember that maybe a lot of them are living in very remote areas that they don't even know what smartphones are.
I'll wait how you address those bottlenecks. The objectives are great but how you implement is back-breaking.

Thank you for your questions. I'll be happy to answer as I'm sure more readers would like to know the same

1... how you will evaluate the credit score of these more than 2 billion individuals without a bank account?

we use 2 main data feeds. 1) Transaction records from remittance and payments made within our wallet, which is publicly accessible from Ethereum via our Ethplorer.io blockchain reader, filtered by specific cryptocash currency symbol, e.g. THBEX, and 2) smartphone data, from the model to the information that user allows to access when installing the app. Those two feeds have quite a number of metric points that we analyze to make lending decision. Also, once first loan is paid, the credit line increases, and so forth. This allows underbanked to build own credit history on public transparent blockchain.

2. And how can they access your microcredit services if some of them don't own smartphones?

There are enough users who have smartphones, even in developing countries, and we focus our offer to them. The cost of basic Android phone is going down year by year, and if not next year but in 3 years most of the users will have ability to get a smartphone. Some users may share one smartphone between them, like some of our customers in Myanmar do.
Thank you.

Worth repeating!

Thanks for the answers to my queries. That's sufficient for now.
And that means, you can only evaluate one user's credit score once they used your platform.
This translates to a challenge of engaging the community or individuals to use your app. That's a big challenge though.
7650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [EVO] Evolution Decentralized Exchange (Stablecoins Platform, DPoS) on: June 22, 2017, 12:03:02 PM
There is already an EVO - EvolutionCoin and it is still active and trade and a couple of exchanges so you may need to change your ticker to something else.
Their website - http://evotion.info/

EVO thread
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1907131.0

EVO old thread
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1261244.0

EVO trades on both Yobit and Cryptopia
https://yobit.io/en/trade/EVO/BTC

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=EVO_BTC

I'll worry about this later. Evolution is intended to become a self contained decentralized exchange where all other assets are backed up by EVO and everyone can become a gateway because there are no counterparty risks.

I think you need to change your ticker before they have something to say on you.
Considering the fact that they are active even on their thread.
People here will be confused once this one hit the exchanges as you have both the EVO ticker.

Luckily, that one is evotion, not evolution. But since they have the EVO ticker, that needs to change.
Perhaps EVC or EVL or something else if available?
7651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ACCHAIN - The Tool of Asset Digitization on: June 22, 2017, 11:54:57 AM
why is there so little discussion about this project?

Other threads -
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1908687.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1907482.0

But not so active also. The team should focus even in one thread only and make that active.
I've been seeing this project for quite a while already but no solid back-up from the team itself.
7652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][JET] JetCoins: a new ERC-20 compliant Ethereum based token on: June 22, 2017, 10:03:39 AM
This is just a money grab, nothing else. It came from his own word. Funds collected will not be used for development but donation to OP while he is learning what he wanted to learn.

Learning something at the cost of others money? Sweet!  At least OP is honest about it though.

Straight to the point. No qualms whatsoever.  Grin
But there are some gullible people that will jump in. Even if it's a blatant begging.
I'll watch this thread how many people will be deceived by the dev because they're not reading the OP itself.

We need to see all info about your teammate, don't give us a joke like on the first page.  Angry
Waiting for the ANN to be updated.

Nothing new, you can encounter so much joke nowadays in crypto.
And a lot of them are using ethereum to hype up their project.
By the way, even the spelling of ethereum is wrong in their title. So maybe it's not really ethereum.  Grin
7654  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We can't buy something with Bitcoin quickly on: June 21, 2017, 11:13:23 PM
Right now, bitcoin is not really convenient and good for everyday use, mostly due to the long confirmation times and high transaction fees. No one wants to pay a 10 dollar fee for 50 dollar fee, just for it to speed up. For most shops that accept bitcoin right now, the shop owner may ask to see your wallet in case you double spend, but it is mostly up to the manager to determine whether to accept it or not.

For example, say you are purchasing a TV or something that is in the 4 digits. The merchant will probably not let you give your word that you didn’t double spend. They will probably ask you to pay you a higher transaction fee that their payment could be received within that hour. It is mostly up to the intelligence of the merchant and if he is willing to take that risk.

The situation presented is very true.
So the bottomline is, it's up to the user and the merchant - how they deal with such situation regarding btc transactions.
For right now, there are still some bottlenecks with BTC transactions, you just need to weigh the advantages & disadvantages brought by utilizing the digital currency.

Also no exchange. Maybe never. Such a nice coin and good idea. Can't we add out own stations anymore now ?
I hate that this is happening with Devs it annoys me so much.

That's true, the idea is great but the dev screwed this.
Don't waste your effort here anymore, just wait for him to re-appear first.
So much disappointments here also.  Sad
7656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SNC] SunContract - Decentralized Energy Market on: June 20, 2017, 08:32:14 AM
That's a very simple logic on how you look at this project. So people here can visualize how SunContract plays a role in the distribution of energy.
But for others who can't imagine how this works, a video might assist them to further understand the importance of SunContract.
---

An explanation blog/video would be useful. We know how smart contracts work, but it's the delivery of the electricity through the grid to the buyer that is hard to understand.

The video was always there to introduce suncontract to new users. Here is  the link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hk40TibbfQc
It was on the OP !

And their blog is : http://blog.suncontract.org/

Yes, the short video is already out there but it's just an introduction.
You can't see where is the National Grid in the loop. It's just the Producer -SunContract - Consumer.
So for those who are wondering, where is the National Grid in the picture, even if it's obvious that SunContract will do the direct collab with them or they can be out of the picture in some cases? Still, it should be clear to the users.
So I believe, the team can still provide much detailed video regarding this project. Some info are already in the whitepaper but the role of National Grid is not emphasized or maybe a complete flow chart will explain that. In what instances they (National Grid) are not participating in? Because there are some places that will not allow the direct negotiation with the consumers.
7657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: KBC Coin | The Internet Money on: June 20, 2017, 02:20:51 AM
Just wondering how this one got that number of votes considering how inactive this thread is.  Roll Eyes
And up until now, no other updates from the dev.
7658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SNC] SunContract - Decentralized Energy Market on: June 20, 2017, 01:05:29 AM
National grid will still distribute energy (this might not be the case in local communities). But platform will provide you an opportunity to buy electricity directly from producer. As you would buy flour directly from miller instead from Tesco/Aldi/etc

That's a very simple logic on how you look at this project. So people here can visualize how SunContract plays a role in the distribution of energy.
But for others who can't imagine how this works, a video might assist them to further understand the importance of SunContract.

So, you're hoping that National Grid will adopt this? Those are some pretty big plans.
Otherwise, if your power came form National Grid then you can't choose who it came from or even know who it came from. In order to have a decentralized exchange of power you'd need your own network with this software.

I believe that the team already considered such future bottlenecks and already have plans how to attack them.

There are certain goal for reduction of carbon footprint and the only way to meet those is to accept anyone to the grid that is willing to produce green energy. And where energy sector is liberalized grid operator has to accept everyone

Though there are other projects focusing on renewable energies, I hope that SunContract will pull it off & make this one big and flourishing.
7659  Local / 한국어 (Korean) / Re: Bitcoin halving reports on: June 20, 2017, 12:45:55 AM

The new Everex mobile wallet will allow anyone to
  • Borrow Money, in any currency, anywhere
  • Transfer Fiat Money, across borders, instantaneously
  • Buy Foreign Currency, and use it globally

Building on the Ethereum blockchain, Everex is the first company to offer cross-border microcredit services, and the first to make all financial activity available for public audit on the blockchain.

How We Make it Happen

Microfinance
Everex does not operate on the basis of p2p loans. Instead, we invest our aggregated Capital to provide microcredit services, accessible globally and instantaneously on Mobile devices.

Offering microcredit via smartphones allows Everex to lend at professional levels of risk management. Utilizing state of the art AI and Machine Learning technologies, Everex calculates personal credit scores and determines risk and interest rates on the basis of individual user information and behaviour. This allows us to lend to billions of individuals who cannot access microcredit services through traditional channels.
-snip-

The Un- and Underbanked
For more than 2 billion individuals without a bank account, Everex provides immediate access to microfinancing services and cheap, global remittance services.

Migrant Workers and their Families
Everex provides the fastest, cheapest, and easiest way for migrant workers to send money home and sustain their families.

Tourists and Expats
Instead of obtaining traveler checks, or paying excessive conversion fees, visitors in foreign countries can buy and use any currency, anywhere in the world.

Aid Organizations, NGOs and Governments
By streamlining relief and foreign aid programs, Everex allows for the easy and publicly auditable distribution of funds to developing countries.

7660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CREDO [pre-ICO]: the nextgen payment system on: June 20, 2017, 12:24:24 AM
If you will browse their whitepaper, you can have an impression that it's a promising one.
The team exerted effort on creating a good summary of their project.
But I'm looking for the specific patent number that they are referring to -
"CREDO has an international patent as an innovative financial system and it is already approved by independent banking european experts as a highly progressive fintech-product."
Because if they already have, then it's not difficult to share it with the community as they have the patent already, as claimed in the ANN.

We apreciate you for finding out this mistake - it is already fixed on the website! Thank you!

CREDO now has RUSSIAN PATENT and is going to issue an International this year.

The russian patent number - "ru 2538344 c2".

I can say that this one is legit.
The patent has been filed for so long already. So this one was not created just yesterday.
But the team needs to fast track the development, else, this will become obsolete because of the fast changing environment in technology.
