781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: September 14, 2018, 04:51:07 PM
I play almost every time when I have some free tome and sit in front of the computer and usually it's going as much as the tournament and my participation in it, so 2-5 hours and in bad days less than that.
In fact after starting gambling online I have really increased my gambling activities. In past while visiting a casino was not so easy, for that you need to manage and find out time to visit a casino and play gambling. While using online casino it has become possible to play gambling at any time you want.

Lol online casino sites provide convenience in playing gambling games so that everyone is free to play gambling without even a
minimum age, so it's no wonder many players spend more time on gambling because they only need a laptop or even a cellphone to play
And that also balls down to the reason why a lot of addicts are increasing every day. For someone who is ready to face reality and not let gambling take over most of their precious time, which I believe someone who is always busy doing other things and only have very few minutes of his day to spend, will not end up spending more than necessary on gambling.
Even if it is for fun, there should always be limit, and I feel even 1 hour of gambling is a whole lot.

also the availability of online gambling makes them harder to stay away because you can access it easily compare to casinos, yeah people who always busy dont have time to gamble or even for themselves gamblers who often gamble must have alot of time in their hands, i think having a maximum limit is better than maximum time you never know how much you would spend in every session.
782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Key points to remember before selecting any Altcoin or ICO investment. on: September 14, 2018, 04:24:04 PM
Just so you know that ICO is a risky investment and it can't determine a real uses they might hype you on their sale promo but I guess you guys should it stick on the active market and active community. However some coins are purely pump and dump so be careful on this kind of game. Be sure that invest your money that you can't afford to lose.
same goes to cryptocurrency in general, buying the coin on the exchange would be better than investing on ico you would save alot of money if you buy it on exchange because people would dump right away if it hits the exchange you would be also saved if the project pulls a scam, your right if the project wants really to grow they need a fanbase and build around it.
783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BountyHive: One Of The Best Bounty Platform on: September 13, 2018, 06:59:41 PM
Do bountyhive campaigns needs KYC at the end of the campaign?

I think they are one of the bounty managers around. They have a good navigation site where you can easily spot the current biunties campaigns and type of campaigns available to each bounties projects. I only hope they will continue listed credibly bounties campaigns.

Keyword: credible bounty campaigns

Here's hoping that too, because of what use are the huge stakes if the project is a scam or ends up exiting like some others have done in the past. It all ends in futility and a waste of time and efforts.
as far as i know the tokens on bountyhive is escrowed by them to ensure the project will not turn away by not paying the bounty hunters so i guess your safe if you join bountyhive campaigns.
784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty needs KYC to receive reward? on: September 13, 2018, 06:43:36 PM
usually when i joined bounty campaigns before i avoid bounty programs that needed KYC at the end of the campaign, i think its not worth it giving your information in exchange for a token, who knows what will they do with the information they have probably do some shady stuff.

786  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin closing price for September - Betting odds on: September 13, 2018, 04:04:12 PM
What will be Bitcoin closing price this month?

Betting odds I have at the moment:

Below $5000 @ 4.1
$5000 to $7500 @ 1.42
$7500 to $10000 @ 5.8

(Odds quoted from Easysportbet )

Guessing the odds @ 5.8 for a price over $7500 are worth a shot.

Thoughts?

I prefer to bet on below $5000 if you are bearish on the market. If $6k support breaks, there is a high chance that bitcoin will end below $5k by the end of the month. $7.5k to $10k seems unlikely when any rally in bitcoin is weaks. Even the recent rally in bitcoin falls to go above $7.5k, what makes you think it will go above $7.5k by the end of the month?

Actually nothing much makes me believe the price of Bitcoin will overtake $7500, except that we were close two weeks ago, I am only talking about value here, the odds are 5.8, which is in my opinion a great return and worth a bet in terms of risk vs. reward. My 2 cents.
the unpredictability of the bitcoin market makes it good to bet, 5.8x return sounds really good and the chances of bitcoin breaking to 7500$ is really high right now in my opinion, who knows what would happen in the end of the month, the devil is whispering in my ears right now, the odds is tempting me.
787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why martingale is PURE SHIT. on: September 13, 2018, 03:53:40 PM
Sounds like someone lost big money to me Cheesy
Probably the only time that it could really work is that when you stopped playing when you already won. You think it doesn’t work, but it does work in a way. Just not all the time. Especially when you continuously gamble. I hope he gets over it fast.
That's it. You CAN get profits using martingale strategy, but you needs to know when to stop when using martingale. I mean, martingale is not completely 100% shit lol.

Yes, you can get profits using martingale strategy but the problem is losses are extremely huge if an event happens many times in a row. I am sure you don't have unlimited bankroll. I would rather divide my bankroll into stakes and bet normally if you depend on luck to win to win your bet.
you can get profit with martingale strategy but nowhere if you just bet randomly and the risk of losing is very high even if you start with 1 satoshi bet, using it its not worth it , yeah just do random bets and rely on luck and its either 50/50 you go out with profit or go out broke.
788  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Makakatulong ito sa lahat ng Bounty Hunters on: September 13, 2018, 02:33:59 PM
Yes it does, it will help a lot of bounty hunters giving them ease to find a list of active campaigns. But after examining the website, I do not see other bounty campaigns that is launched this Month of september. I also do not know if all these campaigns are legit. Do your own homework when searching for some projecs.

Also, bitcointalk is still the most appropriate place in searching for the list of campaign. You can also join some bounty campaign manager telegram groups for their bounty updates.
yeah they dont need to check every single page to check every post to see how much would be the bounty reward, maybe the list isnt updated that frequent i think, people can check before joining it if it would be legit or not.

you can also check websites like bountyhive i think they have the best services for bounty hunter because they escrow the bounty tokens so bounty hunters wont get scammed.
790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash on: September 11, 2018, 09:47:29 AM
Bots are taking over this thread.

I am from old school and I prefer to trust simple bitcoin) Maybe I am doing something wrong& But I hope my work will get me profit in the future) Maybe someday I will try something new)

Old school or not Bitcoin market capital speaks volumes. It is head and shoulders above all other crypto including forks such as Bitcoin Cash.
Forget bitcoin cash there was only one bitcoin, jihan wu has been loosing a lot of money caused by bitcoin cash. It's just another shitty cash that has no advantage. all of these forks have no any usefulness to the token holders and that's the fact but a lot of people are using it to speculate the market
i think they know what are they doing they're gonna sell it after bitcoin cash reach the peak of its price and that's where will bitcoin cash becomes a useless coin and all of the brainless investors will cry the shit out of themselves, they think bitcoin cash is the real bitcoin because it's been adopted fast i was laughing when i saw the reason.
791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best coin to buy a cup of Coffee? on: September 08, 2018, 02:32:12 AM
So what's the best coin to buy a cup of Coffee with? Transaction cost must not be expensive and the transaction must complete before the Coffee gets cold...  Cool
use bitcoin's lightning network the fees are almost nonexistent, well you can't use it if the other party doesn't have lightning network, use dogecoin or litecoin instead if they dont have LN both are cheap and fast.
792  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: One Way on How Scammer Scam on: September 08, 2018, 02:08:59 AM
The mistake that OP made im talking about the quoted one, is not using a escrow and why not just buy the coin on exchange it would be alot more safer than doing P2P, also if the other party doesnt want to use a escrow that would be a huge red flag.

793  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Dead? on: September 07, 2018, 06:04:59 PM
is it true that the price of bitcoin is dead? if it is true that bitcoin is dead, it means that bitcoin will no longer be able to rise and that means bitcoin is over, but I feel that this bitcoin is not dead but it is now dimming because the price is decreasing but that does not mean it will die, because someday it will gradually rise again .
if you think the price of bitcoin is dead then it shouldn't be around 6k+ right now, you would be able to call it dead if its price is zero and no volume like no trading happening which is far from happening if you look at the current state of bitcoin.
794  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Gambling addiction a disease? on: September 07, 2018, 05:56:09 PM
It's not necessarily a disease but more like a drug. And just like most other drug, you can get addicted to it. And that would mean you would be spending all your time and effort to gamble which is bad for you.
A disease on the other hand is more like a disorder or a malfunction of a human part.
Yeah, it is like a disease, then, it can be easily cured with medicine. Gambling is far more than a disease; it is a big time emotional and mental disorder in a way. This is the reason why a lot of people end up going through rehabilitation at least to get out of it. Diseases can easily be gotten out from, but not something like addiction where your self-control has been fully hijacked. This is why it is necessary to be in control as much as possible even if you want to end up gambling.
many reasons why someone can be addicted to gambling, one of them is because they like the game and they can do gambling activities every day so it can be concluded that someone who is addicted to gambling is almost similar to a disease that is difficult to cure
you can also add the thrill gambling offers you wouldn't know what will happen and you can rarely see things that can make you thrill compare to what gambling offers, i guess this is the reason why people find gambling as form of entertainment.

If it is addiction to people or they really cannot leave gambling then yes it is a disease which will eventually make the person poorer as more he/she plays will lose more and will have a bad effect on their health and relationship as well.
if people experiencing this then they should seek help from family or doctors whoever they can get help to, to also prevent more damage in the future as well as a potentially destroying others lives and even their life as well.
795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alibaba Has Filed for over 10% of the World’s Blockchain Patents: Research on: September 07, 2018, 05:43:10 PM
Big companies are working onto the blockchain, some came up just to use the blockchain, Well they can't handle that in the long run they should partnered to a cryptocurrency, basically with those platform that are high in security features, Fast transactions and reliable blockchain source.
with the number of their employees i believe they would be to do it even valve only has 360 employees which is really small for a big platform and not all of them works on the same field they divided the number of employees to other games like dota 2, csgo, tf2.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any believers in Monero? on: September 07, 2018, 05:35:28 PM
some of the country hates this type of coin like the type who offers anonymity, because it would be used by the criminals alot which make it hard to track them and for various reasons, also this type of coin which gives the users power is not well accepted in china.
797  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [Guidelines] How to create a quality post on: September 07, 2018, 05:28:07 PM
This should be up since ang kulang talaga sa Philippines is yung mga quality posts, nakakadismaya lang kasi na kilala tayong mga Pinoy for shitposting.

Pati tayo na magaganda magpost ay nadadamay because of the bounty hunters na walang inisip kundi magkapera pero hindi naman dumadaan sa local board natin.
Nope as long as they reach the highest rank here in this money making/ full of scams and corrupt people community, they will not change their posting habits. They will just shit post/ farm post in order to reach the quota post per day to get paid.
798  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Katas ng Crypto on: September 07, 2018, 05:21:08 PM
799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: steemit around 6 times as actively used cryptocurrency as bitcoin on: September 06, 2018, 02:15:20 PM
That's not a surprise and it doesn't make steemit a superior coin. There are a lot of coins that are used multiple times more than bitcoin as bitcoin is being treated exclusively as an investing coin. Bitcoin can't compete with Ethereum for number of transactions and it doesn't have to.
yeah OP is thinking having more transaction makes the coin more popular than bitcoin, bitcoin transaction fee is costy compare to the other coin i think that is the reason why it's more used than bitcoin, i think doge is better when it comes transaction fee and congestion happens to ethereum i guess that's because of the smart contracts.
800  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bearish again? (Back at $5500) on: September 06, 2018, 02:00:06 PM
I'm thinking $ 6000 already is the current hard support. Bitcoin will return to $ 10,000 in September. A lot of technical analysis is geared towards that
Bearish trend is currently existing in the market and we should not sell right now will be a foolish decision ever if you proceed for selling. Better decision is to invest more in the Bitcoin so that we have more coins in our wallet for we are looking to make huge or maximum profit in high market. High market is not far as it has taken too long to convert into bullish but we have to think for benefit only and the current benefit is to buy more.
I personally too much confident and can smell that bitcoin price is going to become skyrocket very soon. I have already investing a lot of money in bitcoin at current price and even holding some bitcoins for last few years. I still interested to do more investment in bitcoin because the current price is still too much attractive for investment.

people is expecting to skyrocket because it's the month of the year its going to end, the time where bitcoin sky rocket, yeah we know the reason why you want to invest more to it, because of the return is where you can make alot even banks wont be able to do it, dont put all of your investment into bitcoin pour some into stocks you dont want to lose all right?.
