81  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: World female football. on: May 02, 2024, 11:55:54 PM
When it comes to club , I don't see Brazil having a another crazy run to win Liberdatores cup year after year and that is because more and more players are leaving for Europe club at a very early age and that will automatically affect their clubs performance. However , when it comes to international football , Brazill will always be top3 and always one of the favorites to win World Cup but also Copa America and personally , I'm a huge Brazilian fan when they play at world cup and maybe with a bit of luck we can win at USA 2026  Cool

I once read an article that Brazil repatriated more players than sold them abroad, but this only happens after these players, still very young, go to Europe and through some misfortune they end up not developing or adapting well. to an international team, and then they return to Brazilian clubs.

And a very curious piece of information is that when analyzing the values of these transfers, it is possible to notice a very common pattern in Brazilian football.... Selling athletes abroad yields much more money than buying these same players when they return to Brazil . Until two years ago (I couldn't find more recent data) most negotiations with players who returned to the country were made with athletes without a contract or who were loaned for free.

As expected, the "financial factor" is the main reason for these departures and the tendency is that we will continue with this movement for several years as the economic situation of Brazilian clubs is currently still very bad.

Anyway... in the absence of a career plan, the protection mechanism for Brazilian clubs is the termination fine, but in most cases it does not prevent the departure of great players from our football.

83  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Quanto tempo CZ ficará na cadeia? on: May 01, 2024, 12:03:13 AM

Fonte: https://polymarket.com/event/how-long-will-czs-sentence-be

84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: April 30, 2024, 11:57:06 PM
according to insiders the announcement of Adrian Nevwy's farewell will be made tomorrow, it was supposed to be today but it was delayed.

According to these insiders, the favorite for the hiring is Ferrari and he should work for the 2026 car.

So even if he signs this month with Ferrari he shouldn't be able to work for the 2025 car, I believe due to company secrecy contractual rules.

Yes, that exists...The current agreement between Red Bull and Newey runs until the end of 2025, however there is still a so-called grace period, which prevents the immediate hiring of employees from other teams.

And with Newey's early departure, a lot is expected to change in F1, as the engineer would be available to work fully on the new team for the 2026 project, and that year there will be a change in Formula 1's technical regulations, with the next generation of engines.
I'm sure that, unofficially, some partnership will be made this year and that Newey will already start putting his plans into practice to take over with strength and a "new project" pre-architected for 2026.

I have a lot of respect for Newey, I consider him one of the greatest designers of the modern era of Formula 1... he was responsible for Williams projects for a long time and was mainly responsible for the creation of the revolutionary FW14B with which Nigel Mansell was champion. Then, at McLaren and finally now at Red Bull.... in all the teams he left his mark.
85  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 30, 2024, 11:50:39 PM
Mohammed Salah is a very important player for Liverpool. So it is not a bad idea for them to actually try to keep him in the squad. It is definitely going to be very hard for them to actually replace him. He is getting old it's true. But right now he is not that old. He is 31 years old right now. That is not too much in my opinion. At least if he is being able to give a good contribution to the team, he should still be a part of the team.

In fact!

Mohamed Salah is very close to making a decision about his future at Liverpool... the Egyptian player has been highly coveted by Saudi Arabian football since last summer, but according to the newspaper "The Athletic", so far he is "ignoring" the offers and has given no indication that he might leave, so he must remain on Merseyside.

Looking closely, Salah's contract with the Reds only expires at the end of the first half of 2025, so there is still a lot of time until then, but Liverpool should probably prioritize renewing his contract in the coming months to guarantee the player's permanence. and put an end to these speculations and "harassment" by Salah once and for all.

I believe that this should be defined after the imminent arrival of Dutchman Arne Slot, who will take over the team next season with the departure of Jürgen Klopp and will certainly want to have the best players in the squad without the risk of important absences.
86  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Gambling A Hobby? on: April 30, 2024, 11:44:09 PM
Personally I don't see how anyone would take a habit if losing money as a hobby and that woudl either be an excuse to keep up to with the habit or beign delusional, yeah I agree that gambling might be fun and can add thrill to a normal game but it can't be a hobby in my opinion and with the introduction of esportsbet app that has taken the losing to a whole new level and winning its now all about the money rather than fun cause I've never enjoyed any online casino game and its hardly entertaining to me.

I had already commented on my opinion about considering that sports betting is a form of entertainment, but I also believe that one of the reasons for this to be seen as something bad is mainly the manipulation scandals in football games.
In recent months, several investigations here in Brazil have shown that players received sums of money to earn a yellow or red card during matches, and this certainly ruins the fun and pleasure for those who bet.

Fortunately, these frauds tend to occur in smaller championships, which are less supervised and where players earn lower salaries, making it easier to manipulate them, as sometimes the "benefit" reached four times the salary they received.

Anyway, I continue betting on bigger championships, with elite players and obviously having fun with it.
87  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football/Soccer Winning Strategy on: April 30, 2024, 11:36:41 PM
So what I did is apply this same strategy on Soccer as well. Remember to do this on live matches.
So when you see game 1-0 and the team that score 1 has the odds of 1.30, I guess this is a good bet already. Just add another of these live games for your multibet and hope to win. Also, make sure it's already 2nd half.

Note: Not Guaranteed But Worth Trying.

I have to disagree with you!

I don't know what hockey matches are like because I don't even follow this sport, but in football I can tell you that it is a very unpredictable sport.
Maybe this changes a lot between countries, but here in Brazil, for example, it's not uncommon to see a favorite team start winning and lose until the end of the game.
In fact, I would list some sports that I consider quite unpredictable and where I would never apply this technique... Firstly, it is Football, in addition to baseball, basketball and American football.

So, I would say you have been lucky so far, be careful with your next bets. Anyway, please keep updating us on your results.... I could be wrong.

89  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Leilão do primeiro satoshi do halving on: April 28, 2024, 08:10:38 PM

90  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are online/crypto casinos the most profitable digital business? on: April 28, 2024, 08:03:05 PM
I can't think of anything more profitable at the moment. Although I don't know in depth the income from online casinos.

However, to create an online casino, you need a lot of investment and be willing to pay for advertising and interact in a forum like this.

I don't intend to have an online casino, I'm more interested in having an e-commerce.

One of the factors that makes me believe this is that there is already a whole audience ready to play in casinos, as they are generally people who bet out of addiction, to make money (or even when they lose, they play just to pass the time). In addition to the fact that there are costs for servers, employees, online attendants, programmers and other costs, unlike physical casinos where the costs are for installations, maintenance, energy and employees and security guards...

Do they make more profit than digital banks, CEX exchanges, etc.?

I was once taught that the best way to make money is with money, in other words... that famous phrase "living on income".

However, it is difficult to make money and multiply quickly when you have nothing or very little, this is something time-consuming and requires a lot of discipline and effort.

I also don't know if Gambling is the most profitable way today, but I'm sure that if I had invested the little money I had a few years ago on a betting site I would be rich today, but unfortunately I chose to bet through conventional means... . my mistake.

Happy and blessed are those who would start a betting site during the pandemic, a time when many people locked themselves in their homes and saw online entertainment as a good choice for entertainment. And the owners of these sites saw the golden opportunity to get rich.

Nowadays, there is still room for new websites, but we are already very saturated, and it is necessary to invest a lot of money in marketing to attract the public, offer a differentiator in the market and really make a profit... many websites are closing just a few months after opening , bankrupt.

So, I believe that this is not a time to make easy money if you don't have a lot of money to invest, a brilliant strategy and a lot of planning.
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If we lose in gambling, what do we need to do? on: April 28, 2024, 07:55:33 PM
In gambling, probability has always told us that it is much more likely to lose than to win money. However, the fact that we are human makes us moved by emotions and the hope that at some point we will be lucky enough to become very rich, every person creates and maintains this hope even in defeats, after all... we cannot lose forever. The idea of betting once again and having some kind of confidence that this will be the triumphant move is the big question that moves us: The optimism of "beating the system" just as some have already done.
That's what makes us bet, the emotional will always prevail over rationality.

Think about all the defeats and victories you've had, even though the defeats are the majority, I'm sure that even though moments are rare, you retain many more memories of your victories, right?
The money we lose never seems to be much compared to the few times we manage to win, this renews people's hope in continuing to play.
Websites and casinos know this and that is why they operate with little margin above 50% probability, as they want us to continue winning in 45% of cases, so that this hope is always renewed.

I don't blame the games, but I'm grateful. Because they give us the opportunity to have fun without taking too much advantage of the odds. It is only up to us, users, to know how to play responsibly and with limits.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: April 28, 2024, 07:46:51 PM
Verstappen is a driver who every team would like to sign. While there is a 'crisis' situation at Red Bull things might get really serious in time. They are trying to solve the problem before it gets bigger but it is difficult to say whether this will end for the benefit of them. Verstappen made some neutral comments on Wolff's interest in him recently.

For now I'm just expecting Verstappen to focus on his racing. The contract rumours might be fake as well. News sources like to use a topic for spreading fake news for a long time in the end. But if this turns out to be a similar thing to the Hamilton - Ferrari thing then everyone would be surprised.  Smiley

As for Vertappen's departure or not... we all know that the driver wants to drive for the team that has the best car and he certainly has that at Red Bull and no other known team can offer the same or anything better than what he has today.
However, we know that the car is only 50% of the recipe for success and the other 50% is completed by the driver's skill. And we also know that Verstappen is the best that currently exists and that there is no other equal or superior to him.

Furthermore, Verstappen himself has already clearly stated his demands in that in addition to wanting a fast car, he also wants a quiet and relaxed place to work, which is certainly something that Red Bull is try managing to provide. Verstappen is known to be interested in keeping important people in his team like Helmut Marko, he needs to stay at Red Bull to keep Verstappen happy, and that's not the only person. So, Max Verstappen's condition to continue at Red Bull depends on the certainty that these people will also continue.

95  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Copa CONMEBOL Sudamericana 2024 on: April 27, 2024, 01:52:22 AM
I'm creating this topic to comment on the CONMEBOL Sudamericana 2024 cup, the third round is already taking place and I'm especially keeping an eye on group C in support of Internacional who were champions of the competition in 2008.

I invite everyone to participate and follow this great dispute. Good luck to everyone!

As a "Colorado" fan, I am also following this group closely, but it s undeniable that everyone is also following Group D.

This is the so-called "death group". Because Boca Juniors is one of the favorites for the title, even after being left out of the Libertadores last season. Fortaleza is also highly regarded, as it was runner-up last year, and to complete the clash we also have Nacional Potosí and Sportivo Trinidense.

Anyway... the championship is just starting, I believe it will get even more interesting when we move on to the next phase.
96  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you consider yourself, the family and gambling? on: April 27, 2024, 01:44:09 AM
Lets take a look at the family aspect of everyone gambling and try to give our individual opinions concerning these questions i will like us to discuss from regarding how we are gambling and how that can affect the family for the benefits of those already having one and those that will soon be in the league of a family man, lets make it as simple as possible in giving our earnest contributions on our take from this following questions i have for us.

1. At what age will you allow your child to start gambling? that is if you will even allow for that at all?
I believe that children should be educated from an early age about finances, the value and importance of money, about responsibility and especially: "Money is not the solution to everything." That said, I would only allow it after 16 when she is able to control her feelings and impulses more adequately.

2. At what age do you see yourself quit gambling? that is also if some of us are going to ever do so?
I haven't abandoned it yet, but a conscious game doesn't need to be abandoned.

3. Ever since you have started gambling, have you ever achieve a satisfying level that makes you think it has good impact on you?
I play for fun, I am quite satisfied with my bets even without making a profit.

4. Would you have missed out on anything if you were not a gambler?
I have never stopped doing something or made the game a priority, there is nothing I regret.
97  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Use your winning responsibly on: April 27, 2024, 01:36:43 AM
Would like to Congratulations, specially for how you have responsibly used your winning amount. Winnings are common thing but i really feel happy for your smart Tv. Actually here gamblers do mistakes. Whenever they win any amount then they most of them inject that amount in next game so that they could win bigger but they won't think that, they could loss a big amount. So its wise, not to stake too much money in gambling for earning after winning, rather we should use winning amount for good thing what makes you happy or proud, as you already said. we should try to manage the winning amount properly which is only possible if a gamble become responsible at gambling

Exactly!
And I always say: keep at least 50% of your winnings or withdraw them, never bet more than that on a new game, because that's stupid.

Many people believe that success in gambling is just about setting maximum loss limits, but the maximum betting limit is also very important.
There is no point in being a good player or having luck in the game if you lose everything you achieved in the next games.

All the money you put into games came from work (which I believe is honest) and there is nothing more fair than using the profits from this to enjoy material goods.

Apenas recapitulando alguns pontos importantes:
  • No momento do halving o preço do Bitcoin estava em U$ 63.991

Nesse momento estamos com o Bitcoin cotado à U$ 64.508

Será que esse cenário ainda muda!? Cool

99  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Leilão do primeiro satoshi do halving on: April 25, 2024, 11:55:28 PM

Posso estar completamente errada.

Total assaltos:                            0.7%
Conflict and terrorism   :               0.23%
