Not a good idea. Masternodes will increase inflation. Via doesn't have oversupply issue, large wallets are in cold storage and inflation rate is so low, it basically doesn't exist. You could argue that more Viacoins are lost (human error, death) than gained everyday. I agree to this. The trade volume of Viacoin is only about 5% of it's market cap, so only a small share of coins is trading hands. If you look at the top 10 of wallets, you only see two of them (likely an exchange wallet) having been used in the last month and most all the others have not been used over 6 months. We have a lot of long-time investors, so something like master nodes is not necessary. |

I have not been able to withdraw them yet from the ico platform. I keep them in local mist wallet from start How? They just gave me a pdf file with wallet addresses. Did you do something with it? |

Setting up masternodes really early and having earned them back already, I am quite content to see the project going forward so promisingly. I'll keep following the project and might use my recent additional gains for an extra masternode. Since the roi was ridiculous in the beginning, I just did it for the fun of it, but in hindsight it was a very good decision.

I suggest, every Viacoin holder should take advantage of the fact that Via is on ledger now and should get one.
I concur. Also I could recommend to not store your backup keywords in one place, but cut the card in half and store one half at your parents or something. You don't want an intruder finding your backup code and taking all your money. |

My first transfer of XZC from Binance to desktop core wallet has 40 confirmations but not showing up in the wallet. Have I done something wrong? Is there a forum or something?
Is your desktop wallet fully synced with the chain? my wallet again with problems, maybe my pc has issues... Zcoin Core versión v0.13.2.4 (64-bit) last blocked, synch for 3 hours but not moving since ""7 hours ago"" Had the same. Had to delete the blockchain, download the new version ( https://zcoin.io/get-zcoin/) and load the chain from the beginning. |

Just created my first Bulwark masternode which went pretty smoothly. Hope to get my first reward soon  Average time for first payout is around 28 hours now. The waiting time for a new node is ~12 hours, and payments come every 13-16 hours at this point. Thanks for the info! |

I notice that Cryptopia's wallet is stuck at block 86399. https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=BWKI wonder how long it will take Cryptopia to get their wallet to sync, this time. Hope it doen't take them weeks like last time. To get my wallet to sync, I had to end up deleting everything but the wallet.dat in my appdata folder. It took less than 30 minutes to sync from scratch. Hope the crackerjack team at Cryptopia can figure it out.  Looks like the Cryptopia wallet is now syncing. Good news. had deposited BWK today in the morning w/o any issue, transaction took few hrs (didnt check how much exactly, just sent out and saw it on my balance few hrs later when came back to my PC). I withdrew today for Masternodes and it was there within a couple of minutes. |

Bought this coin to setup my masternode. Hope the works will be more profitable. Out of experience, I can tell you it is a pretty profitable coin. Can recommend to not take the cheapest VPN, but get a slightly more expensive one. |

As the first step is impossible, it does not really matter 1. install the Expanse application on your device via the Ledger Manager I told their support so hopefully they have a fix soon. @devs where you required to update the wallet code? |

Just updated the Nano Ledger S firmware, but when I want to reinstall the Expanse wallet I get this error:  Anybody else experiencing this? Was still able to install all the other apps, so not a space issue. |

Very few coins have what VIA has.. Also, roadmap deadlines met in time.. Despite, funny marketcap.. Really don`t understand the reason.. The reason is maybe marketing Could be. Right now funds are being used for development. Since people wanted to see Viacoin getting listed on Binance, we paid the fee. It was not fee. We are talking about Lambo prices. Paying all these types of things + development is not an easy task without going bankrupt. Marketing will improve over time, yet I don't wanna make Viacoin too corporate (since it's not a company) or unethical like Verge by spreading lies. I agree that we should watch out with hyping the coin with marketing. It is unethical quickly and the backlash could involve a lot of trolls killing the coin. |
