81  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: October 11, 2017, 03:20:48 AM
Hi , I'm new so basically I still have a lot to learn about the cryptocurrency , but I would like to know if it would be possible for the bitcoin to start the downfall ? I mean like what scenario can happen that the bitcoin would be pushed back like 5-6 years ?
Sorry if my post is in the wrong place or it's not relevant.
No, I don't think that it is possible for bitcoin to lose all of it's value, it is the first cryptocurrency and every currency is measured in terms of bitcoin, but there are people now a days saying that bitcoin is having problems and there is a hard fork planted for 25 October, but I am also certain of that, that the forked coin will not be able to take the throne from bitcoin.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best ICO in your opinion? on: October 11, 2017, 02:29:46 AM
What is the best ICO to buy into now?
Why?

Would love to hear your answers
I think Hero token is a very promising upcoming ICO, it is currently ongoing and have a great marketing team and also this coin have a great potential to grow and the developers are hardworking and I am certain that they will deliver the product they promised on time and without any issues.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: October 08, 2017, 05:43:48 PM
I have my own plans for future so I am saving my bitcoins for those plans and once I have achieved that goal then I will start having fun with the rest of my bitcoins. But till then I've gotta work hard and leave all the fun for when I have enough bitcoins.

85  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: October 05, 2017, 01:55:22 PM
I live mostly amongst my friends in a dorm, and most of them have less to least technical knowledge or computer related knowledge, so I just tell them how I earn and don't need any money from my parents and that they can also do it with a little bit of help and it only requires time and some knowledge that I am always willing to provide about bitcoin, so they become somewhat interested in it.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe that digital currencies will replace Fiat? on: October 05, 2017, 01:35:32 PM
Yes, I believe that digital currencies will replace paper money and is going to happen soon, as statistics says majority of America uses cards for purchasing daily life goods rather than using paper money, so there will be a time when people will use cryptocurrencies instead of cards and paper money as using them is even simpler than using cards.

88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I told my grandma to put all her lifesavings in Bitcoin because you guys said on: September 29, 2017, 07:20:53 AM
it will only go up. She bought at $4200 Sad
How soon can we REALISTICALLY see $4200 again and upwards?
It is not at all advised to go all-in in an investment that you aren't left with any money to spend, and she would be pretty old so if this investment fails then what would she do for the rest of her life, have you thought about it? But don't worry about bitcoin, just wait patiently for some time and bitcoin price will surely rise beyond the point at which you brought it.
89  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: September 29, 2017, 06:40:40 AM
I want to know what you guys think about this, I have stopped gambling but still trade so does this mean I am still gambling?? I don't trade on basis of luck I trade using my skills would it still be considered gambling??

Please tell me what do you think.
Trading was differ from gambling, they cannot be the same as well. Because trading can be considered as assets and investment type while gambling is not a kind of assets neither a king of business too. But they are both have risk involved Smiley
But considering the fact that many peeps start doing doing trading after earning their bitcoins without any prior knowledge on trading, the only thing they know is that in trading you should buy low and sell high and when they loose money in the market and then come here crying that they lost money in trading and it is unfair and other shit, So what do you call that? I would call it gambling.
90  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: September 29, 2017, 05:31:06 AM
I think that I would still gamble if money would not have been any problem as I like gambling not because I make fast money in it or anything like that which is the reason that many people are in gambling , I like and do gamble because it is a fun activity and relives my stress from work and other activities of life. But if money would not be a problem then maybe the frequency of my visits to casinos will definitely increase.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your bitcoins? on: September 29, 2017, 04:47:24 AM
I don't have much bitcoins with me but whatever I have I keep them invested in a few places like if I have enough coins to buy a physical coin then I buy it as i like physical coins so I put some of my bitcoins in them, if there is a new project coming in which I am having intrest then I invest my coins in there. The balance that I have remaining I keep in my hardware wallet.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: September 29, 2017, 04:32:27 AM
I don't think that maths would be of much help in helping you win in gambling, but it can give you slight advantage in the game that you are playing. Like in the game of 21 or blackjack it is possible to predict upto an extent that when to gamble big and when to bet small simply by counting cards right from the start of the deck, so this can help you in getting an advantage which others don't have.
93  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: September 29, 2017, 01:10:42 AM
It's better to focus on both your work and the Bitcoins, because earnings Bitcoins can't always be permanent.
Exactly! You are not enrolled in a signature campaign for the complete whole year and the earnings are also not constant because of this fact, so you should consider this also before quitting your job for working for bitcoins. And also most of the governments haven't decided that what is the status of bitcoin, is it legal or illegal? So also keep this in your mind too.
94  Economy / Economics / Re: Money above all things, Yes or no ? on: September 28, 2017, 05:40:32 PM
Agreed mate. It's a universal true that you are nothing  without having money. Nobody respect you if you don't have any money but  if you have,  then you can do anything whatever you want.  Doing wrong will be counted as right if you have money... so I'm agree with you tthat money is above  all thing
Well said! I am following the same principle but my thinking is completely different, most people are crazy after girls and chase them all their lives but instead they should chase money as girls also go after guys with money, so if you become the guy having money then girls will be chasing you. So yes I also am putting money above all things.
95  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: September 28, 2017, 05:11:38 PM
If you have the money, then invest in BTC, Ether, and a decent amount of new altcoins that seem like they have a shot. Why not? Diversify and hope one or two are big winners.
It will be more profitable in long term to invest in Bitcoin only as bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency that is going to survive in the end as it has the largest support behind it as compared to other cryptocurrencies and have also shown enormous returns, so a wise man would put most of his eggs in a single basket that he is sure of is gonna win and not a few eggs in many baskets.
96  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: September 28, 2017, 04:26:51 PM
Yes, but I think there is no need to tens of years like land or gold investment, we only wait for 3 years to get the profit more than 900%, according analysis experts that the average increase bitcoin is about 300% per year.
it's a pretty interesting fact that bitcoin price increases about 300% per year. At this rate only savings in bitcoin will make us rich and all we have to do is hold for a long time and never short bitcoins in case of a bear market as there is always a bullish market after a bearish market, so patience is the key for investing in bitcoins, just buy and hold.
97  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price of 1 Satoshi rise to $1? on: September 28, 2017, 05:33:18 AM
the number of bitcoin is limited and it's not too big. however if multiply it with 10 ^ 8 .... so 1 sat = 1 USD is not gonna happen ever

well, for now, we have the same mind. well, the price is too high for bitcoin, and even so easy to get 1 satoshi. maybe, when it does happen, everyone will look for bitcoin, and start to forget about the job.
yes. imagine if it happened. everyone rushed to type the captcha in faucet. example: faucethub Smiley)))
however At that time I was a billionaire  Grin

Haha! If that's the case, I put all my time doing captchas Grin
The $1 per satoshi will need more years before it happens, maybe if we already reach 20 million supply of bitcoin and as the demand dictates it and it's not far to happen.

Please don't forget the captchas rate and other services will decrease the rates too, who the hell want to pay $1 per captcha though, everybody want it. That's why some captchas or faucets are following the bitcoin price for the rates on their site. In my opinion it is really impossible for 1 satoshi rise to $1.
In the start no one would have believed that one day bitcoin will be more valuable than dollar and also that it would surpass the price of gold but it did! So it is possible for bitcoin to reach the price of $1 per satoshi all we have to do till then is hold our bitcoins and never fear in a bearish market as there are some people who fear while watching the bitcoin price fall and then sell their bitcoins.
98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Сan the volume of coins be increased? on: September 28, 2017, 05:04:46 AM
I heard that many people lose their coins and the current volume of BTC is not current at all)
How do you think will Satoshi add some in future?
The cap on maximum number of bitcoins can be increased but it will not be satoshi who increases the cap it will be the developers team, all they have to do is change the source code but by doing so there are chances of people leaving bitcoin as the main reason i use bitcoin is that it have a hard cap on maximum number of coins mined.
99  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will rise up or fall down? on: September 27, 2017, 05:46:56 PM
What do you think? China banned BTC? And btc price goes to 4,069$ today Smiley
You think to sell or it can rise up again, some rumors said that btc will fall down to 2000$

yeah mate recently bitcoin just  fall down around 3000$ and that was very anxious matter for all bitcoiner. but today maybe you allready noticed that now Bitcoin is start to -growing up by kicked out all restrictions and now it's price is raised up from 3000$ to around  4089$ and regarding all matters,  i think bitcoin will gonna raise up...
Yup buddy, it's good to see bitcoin is going up once again and bullish market coming back, bitcoin today gained about $200 which is very good to see now $4k mark is crossed so we can again hope for it to reach $5k where it was present previous to the Chinese crackdown incident.
100  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $4000 the perfect time to buy on: September 27, 2017, 04:36:40 PM
$4k might not be the best price to buy Bitcoin. Price might fall below it in future. But that isn't a surity. If you want to buy Bitcoin today then $ 4K isb't a bad price to buy. You can get a decent profit in coming year easily. Price will most probably shoot in October. So, buying now would be a good decision.
Daily the price fluctuation is of about $300 and you can easily get bitcoin at a price below $4k so wait for the price to fall below that and then hold for some time as it's been a long time for which bitcoin is trading below $4k so the market is about to take a huge jump.
