81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I give up now? on: November 26, 2018, 12:43:00 PM
It's better to earn real tokens, not fake ones as most of these ICO's are scams and they promise in any method to scam people. I joined so many Airdrops, bounties, but only 2 to 3 paid me and they were in less price. I wasted my time by promoting them on Social media sites.
I suggest you to discover much, but after all these also they don't pay anything for us.

That is the problem we are facing now, this has led me to believe that the time of the bounties are coming to an end, if people are not getting paid then surely they are not going to want to work for free anymore and once there is not enough participants then the bounties are going to die out. Now we are having to wait months to get our payments which is not fair
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet hacking is it possible? on: November 26, 2018, 12:19:21 PM
Very possible if you are not careful, once the hackers can get their hands on your private keys then you can be sure that the contents of that wallet is all lost. When you have a wallet you should make sure that you have the highest level of security activated on all of the wallets, when you are clicking a site check the url properly to make sure it is not a phishing site
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your criteria to invest in any ICO? on: November 25, 2018, 07:42:55 PM
I would like to know what criteria you guys looks for to invest in any ICO?

I normally afraid to invest in any ICO if i like the project then i can invest in it when it will launch on any exchange.

Can you guys trow some light on ICO's in details whether it is good to invest in good project's ICO or better to wait for it to launch on any exchange?

For me there a couple of thing that I have to check out before i even start to think about investing in any ico
First I check to make sure that the product that they are pushing is one that they can actually carry along in the next couple of years
Then I check to make sure that the team are who they say they are
Lastly I check to make sure that they have a solid community of supporters behind them because it is the people that give the coin its value
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you learn from crypto market on: November 25, 2018, 07:34:15 PM
Mostly the one thing that I have learned from the cryptocurrency market that I am most thankful for is the fact that it has made me into a very patient person. I have come to understand that the best things come to those who wait, which is why now I am now a hodler. Also I learned that I should not be scared to lose some money if I want to make money
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if every country has its own crypto currency on: November 24, 2018, 12:16:13 PM
That is what is going to happen in the future, there is going to be countries with all of their own coins just like the countries have their own fiat currency that they are using now. And the countries which start to adapt first will undoubtedly have the most valuable coins by the time the rest of the world catches on, this is the kind of future that we are walking towards
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can start all over again on: November 24, 2018, 12:01:06 PM
Crypto sphere is like a hell to some now,but i want to encourage everyone caught up in the pool of loss that you can start all over again. The level of dip we’ve had in this bear market has cost a lot of people almost everything they have worked for.I know many are at the point of giving up and turning their back on crypto sphere, believe me you can start all over again. The ability to rise when you fall is all you need to get back on your feet again. In life, every challenges comes with opportunity. If you can search deep, even in this bear market, crypto sphere is full of opportunity that can get you back on your feet,it is only a matter of time.I believe you can start all over again.

Although I do believe that you are anyone can start over in this crypto market, there is also the fact that a lot of people at this point do not have anything to start over with so they are just waiting and hoping that the coins that they already have can start doing better so they can get at least some kind of value out of their coins. Now everyone is just holding for the long term
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why everyone becoming the holder? on: November 24, 2018, 11:54:31 AM
Everyone is holding now because everyone understands how the coins are going to bull in the long run and that means that if you buy the coins now that they are very cheap and hodl them for the long term then you will be making a lot of money by the next bull. Also trading is not very easy so it is better to just hodl in order to avoid losing money
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be deceived... on: November 23, 2018, 05:43:27 PM
This is a time we all need to be very careful. So many will be coerced into selling what they have, but i tell you, never allow yourself to be deceived. It will definitely get better. A little patience will not harm you.
Times like this will surely come, only the strong can overcome.

I make sure to remind myself of this, there are a lot of big players out there who are banking on the fact that a lot of people are going to sell off their coins out of fear and that is when they are going to make their move and buy out a good amount of coins out of the market and that is when the price will start to do better, if you wan to make money then you have to wait.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the current situation on the market? on: November 23, 2018, 05:38:50 PM
I think that this is the bear market that we have all been dreading, it is the bear market that is going to last a long time before we can hope to start seeing any kind of recovery in the coin. The coins are going to remain in the red for a long time and there will be a lot of people who keep panic selling as the coins make their way down the market
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum be more stable in the future? on: November 23, 2018, 05:34:46 PM
There is no way to tell which of the coins are going to be more stable in the future and ethereum is no exception, mostly with the coins it is a game of wait and see what happens, that is how it's always been. With a coin like ethereum, there are a lot of people out there with a lot riding on the coin so they are going to make sure the coin gets better
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am most worried now on: November 21, 2018, 05:30:30 PM
That was the collapse of ETH, because most of the airdrop and bounty programs were through the ERC-20 platform. Do you think the same thing happened?

I don't think that is the entire problem but it probably had something to do with it since there were so many coins being created on the platform and when these creators of the tokens sell, they are taking out a huge chunk of money out of the network which is probably one of the contributing factors to the price of the coin being down so much
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet that you trust? on: November 21, 2018, 05:23:49 PM
The best place to store your coins would be cold storage, that way you can be sure that your coins are stored safely away from the internet and there is not really a threat of someone actually hacking the wallet. So it is best for you to invest into some kind of hardware wallet and store your coins on them, there is no safer alternative than this
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto curreny are natural evolution of money - Eth Co founder on: November 20, 2018, 06:46:27 PM
Cryptocurrency is in many ways a natural evolution of prior representational systems, though one that favors truth over state-sanctioned power.” He characterized digital currencies as just the “21st century’s version of that flimsy paper money” and also pointed out that the decentralized and open character behind them stand in contrast to the “government-run property systems (and the financial vehicles that followed it).” According to Lubin, networked open platforms will eventually serve as the foundation for “collective common-good relationships,” overall replacing an adversarial system comprised of corporations and customers.
There is no doubt that the cryptocurrencies are the natural evolution of money but right now the problem is that the cryptos cannot be successfully used as the currencies that they were meant to be because they are so volatile. If we have any hope of the coins becoming the accepted currency around the world then we are going to need more stability
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason for selling NEO on: November 20, 2018, 06:37:34 PM
The best reason for selling any kind of coin is when the coin has reached the amount where you know you would be making a good amount of money from the coin. If you are not making any profit then you should not be making any kind sales of the coin. Neo is really now just falling on its own, it is following the price of bitcoin just like all the other coins
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is that possible? on: November 19, 2018, 05:17:52 PM
Oh yes this is very possible, there are a lot of scam coins that are on exchanges. What you need to understand is that a lot of these scammers actually work to get their coins listed on exchanges and with that they can sell off their coins that they have. They always have a larger stash and once they have sold, people start to realize that the coin is a scam and they are getting delisted, this is why bounty hunters sell as soon as they get paid their rewards, to avoid situations like this
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be contented on your bounty campaign rewards! on: November 19, 2018, 05:10:11 PM
As of now, a lot of complains I can read about some bounty hunters that are complaining about their bounty rewards. Some of it are not contented leading to making trash talk to the bounty in charge and to the team of the ICO Project that is sponsoring to the bounty campaign. To us, bounty hunters, it is a bit of a insulting that we have a fellow bounty hunters that are acting that way. Always remember, we are the users that are applying to the bounty campaign, and we already know about the rules of engagement, and we also are aware of the users that are signing of the campaign, as we can see on the spreadsheet. So many users, probably less reward! I hope the traits of the bounty hunter are like a professional one, and not like the whining child. If that is the rewards allocated to you! Be contented of it!

I certainly hope that this will put a arrow to the bounty hunters that are acting reckless and nonsense.

I have seen so many people complain about the rewards that they are getting from the bounties and I just think if they knew how long people are now having to wait just to have their coins paid out to them. We need to learn to be contented because at this point the rewards from bounties are basically free money which means that we are the ones gaining no matter how much we get
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What difference can stable coin bring? on: November 18, 2018, 05:53:17 PM
Recently many bounties started ICO based on stable coin, my question now is; do you think stable coin can bring about the desired change in the fluctuation in the crypto market? What is stable coin in the first place? If we dont fully know the advantages, the acceptance may not be much. what is your thought on this?
This headline draw my attention and i needed to share: https://www.ccn.com/stablecoins-are-a-game-changer-says-aussie-crypto-exchange-founder/

A stable coin can help the cryptocurrencies to be used as actual currencies since people do not want to use the cryptos if they are not sure that their coins are going to stay the same value. Although now the stable coins that we have do not seem to be very stable and a stable coin has to remain at the same price for all time for it to be a useful coin
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is going on actually?? on: November 18, 2018, 05:47:27 PM
It is just the fact that some people have started to panic sell their coins which means that the price of the coin is going down. The has war between bitcoin and bitcoin cash has a lot of people rattled which is leading to a lot of panic selling for now and the entire market cap of the cryptocurrencies have down below $100bn which is why the prices are down so much
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do ethereum compete with bitcoin? on: November 17, 2018, 07:33:40 PM
There is no way that ethereum can be able to compete with bitcoin, ethereum might be the second best coin in the market but even at that the coin is still far behind bitcoin and for good reason too. Bitcoin is the best and most promising coin in the market, there is no competing with that, it is the first coin to ever come out and it basically runs the entire market
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the price of ethereum dependent on bitcoin? on: November 17, 2018, 07:27:01 PM
Most people have the mindset that the price of ethereum rises with bitcoin and vice versa. How true is this?

This is true, and it is because ethereum has trading pairs with bitcoin so anything that happens with bitcoin is bound to happen with ethereum. Most of the time the coin is following the price of bitcoin but there are a few exceptions where it does seem like ethereum breaks a little bit from bitcoin and goes its own way, which is what happened a couple of months ago when the price of ethereum went down
