I'm thinking TSLA is done for now. Not that it will completely die or anything, but its business will slowly get eroded away. They will have their battery production to rely on so will plod along, but the days of TSLA conquering the world are over.

Who else needs TESLA or Lambo, Nevera is here Wink

Looks good and all, but I'll stick to having a car that is worth no more then 10k at time of purchase.

I would rather give the money to my descendants.

Hmm, looks like it might be a larger dump happening this weekend. Triangle pattern is holding for now but doesn't look good. I wonder if this will be that spring part people are talking about of the wyckoff accumulation. Seems all to obvious for me.

some fighting at the lower line. HOPIUM is still there. Wyckoff is definitely a topic to look at and to discover. I'm not fully understand it so far. the questions are: what are the mechanics behind and is it still applicable on market or at least some markets today.

I haven't even tried to understand it, only looked at the charts every man and his dog seems to be posting. I should look into it mind you, but like most patterns I'm sure sometimes it would work and others not.

Best predicitor for Bitcoin so far has been its fundamentals, but that is only good for the long-term.

I'm thinking about to follow the smart money regarding the $TSLA stock.

maybe some buy PUT options with a hedge strategy.

if you look at the chart it looks like Bitcoin after the 2017 peak. $TSLA winter is coming. Shocked

Maybe he tried to flog shitty solar panels to mining farms & they told him to fuck himself.
Have a good day guys.

Probably something like that.

My suspicion is that TESLA is now not only under increased pressure because of China issues, but also the car manufacturers from US and Europe. Apparently the competitors are catching up very quickly and their cars don't fall apart either. It could also be that the SEC is putting pressure on him or TESLA. In addition, he is now starting to be revealed as, not a genius, but rather the useless twat that he actually is.

This would weigh on someone with such a mentally unstable mind as his. So he will go out kicking and screaming, and for some reason he has added Bitcoin as one of his avenues to do this. It will probably continue until you read about him in a couple years time either going to rehab or being placed in a mental ward. Kind of like a McAfee situation. Of course by this point his tweets and other demented shit will not have made news for at least a year.

I keep seeing this everytime the mempool goes empty. A huge jump of 1 sat transactions over a matter of seconds. Does anyone know why? Is it perhaps a organisation that has thousands of addresses full of dust or something?

I like that you are thinking of reasonable non-adversarial reason for this.  I immediately go to Roger Ver or someone attacking the network.

No I'm afraid I'm not that innocent, I've been around bitcoin too long for that. My first thought is of course foul play, but the way this jump is done each time is slightly different so thought maybe different organisations just doing some kind of coin management thing.

I'm ready for 40k!

$40k won't hold for 10 consecutive days. Guaranteed and confirmed.

What about 35k? you mentined that 35k wouldn't hold either.

It won't either. We're, what, 4 days above $35k? We'll be dipping back below $35k again in the next 5-6 days and the clock will start over. Bitcoin is weak in death.

Ah cool, just needed you to confirm the science and math for me

It didn't. We went back up.

proudhon means it won't hold 'over' 40k for 10 consecutive day. He's been making theads about it in the forum. He also had one for 35k.

Wow, mempool has emptied. All those groups still sending really high transactions fees though. Got to keep up bullshit image that bitcoin transactions are expensive.

BTC still Holding strong psychological support and  Bitcoin seems to be forming Chuvashov Fork in 4 hour time frame.

If BTC breakout this downtrend 2 bears control will lose in next days and market will wake up nicely coming days.Target  42k - 46k - 50k

If it fails to hold current pattern(last support)  .that would be more bearish than bullish implying further breakdown in short term.then next bounce would be 30k - 25k

Love TA..
let me get it straight...

If BTC breakout downtrend.. it will go up

If it fails.. it will go down.

and holding this support is an option too.

Great!! TA has everything covered!!!

TA is useful for finding out where everyone is putting their orders, doesn't matter which way price goes, you're meant to trade on where people have their orders. Or where you should stop run people if you're a whale.

Very quiet on the WO front! 8 Chart Buddies on 1 Page...

Long weekend.

Nice to see some positive price movement, bids seem to be following it too.
815  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 30, 2021, 10:34:36 PM
hmm, either someone was waiting to send a ton of cheap transactions or someone didn't like the fact that the mempool would of been cleared.

We're eating into the mempool, 1 sat transactions going through now.

I just got back from seeing a friend. He's been in and out of Bitcoin since 2017 (lost money of course). Did the usual what about these shitcoins thing, which I dismissed as well as I could. Anyway he said he has been trying to withdraw as much equity from his home as he can for the last several weeks. Should get it in a week or 2. He then says he was going to buy bitcoin with it when it was in the 50s and now he's really glad that it fell because he's going to be able to buy much more.

He agreed with me that holding was the way, lessons from past sales learnt.

Foolish, I will say though that if you are in your 20's go for it lol... you can recover from losses in your early years and learn a lesson, not in your later years (50 +)

someone bought at $60k +, wonder how they are feeling right now

If they're thinking long-term, they'll be fine. Most people know now that the system is screwed up and the only way to protect yourself is with assets. My friend (30s) understands this. Anyone who use home equity before has made returns that far out weigh the returns they would have got in property. Bitcoin is still small enough to offer better returns over most assets.

And with home prices where they are nobody is going to be paying off their homes anymore anyway, at least this way he has a chance.

I am surely not saying anything regarding whether the RangeRover is a good or bad thing.  That is an individual choice.

I was just questioning the absoluteness of somac's statement regarding "LFC buying all of his back."

No, I really think he said he bought all of his back. Sold 6 and bought 6 back at the lows. There's a post but I'm not trawling back through to find it. That kind of sale and purchase would leave enough for a range rover.

Well, you could be correct.

Let's say that he did not get the exact top nor the exact bottom, and then 6 BTC at $55k would be $330k sold and then if buying back around $37k would cost around $222k..  That would still leave around $108k for skimming (and sure maybe there would be some other expenses in there too.. but sure that could still be more or less enough for a RangeRover.. and also getting back all the sold coins.. more or less. and sure there is some wiggle room in there too..

Oh by the way, since you gave a specific number, it may well be an o.k. exercise to presume the top and the bottom which should pretty much allow a quite a bit more to get the complete top and compete bottom correct, even though we likely realize the exact top and the exact bottom is usually not reached in actual real world practice.. but still to give an idea of the Maximum power of 6 BTC in terms of fiat so far to date.

Sold Top:                 $64,895    - value of 6 BTC sold:  $389,370
Bought bottom:        $30,066 - cost to repurchase 6 BTC:  $180,396

Dollar amount remaining after selling and buying 6 BTC and before taxes and other possible expenses:  $208,974

Alternatively - max amount of BTC that could have been stacked with the same extremes of selling 6 BTC at the tippity top and rebuy as many as possible at the absolute bottom:

$389,370/$30,066 = 12.9505089 BTC

In the end:
I just did not want to assume anything and you had mentioned some possible facts that I did not remember or consider... so fair enough.. fair enough.

That's all his business, so not point going into it.

I was just saying that LFC is a true bitcoiner like most of us, and even if we whinge a bit here and there, it doesn't mean that we aren't 100% commited to BTC.

I mean shit, when one understands how the monetary system actually works and is aware of the mass corruption and conflicts of interest in the world, how can you not be 100% commited.
