803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Problems: Lack of regulation creates a risky environment. on: July 10, 2018, 08:42:24 PM
Lack of regulations is the main problem of bitcoins and it keeps investors of bitcoins away. I don't blame bitcoins rather because it is clear of its anonymous features and trying to regulate it won't make it as it is now.
You didn't mean to say that I suppose, because you ought to know better that Bitcoin was created to bypass the governments and its agents - the banks and all was well. Most governments, of course made some moves to ban Bitcoin and the recourse to regulation was merely an after thought, after they found Bitcoin cannot really be banned. Know for sure what majority of them had wished was an outright ban of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general.
804  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Crypto and Switzerland on: July 10, 2018, 07:43:22 PM
Switzerland primary source of income is the banking industry and when they see that a new currency is being developed like Bitcoin of course they are going to adapt to it. Most probably they are already studying on how to incorporate crypto currency to a  fiat banking system.
That must have been their line of thought as it stands to restore their safe haven status one more time. It matters to the Bitcoin community that the number of very crypto friendly countries are beginning to add up, no doubt a numbers of countries are keenly observing the development and won't be any surprise to see many countries toeing their footsteps as the popularity and adoption of Bitcoin becomes quite difficult to down play by any country.
805  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Be greedy! on: July 10, 2018, 03:16:49 PM
If you find any opportunity coming up for you must be go for the maximum profit towards it. But if that goes out of your control and uncertainty captures you than greed must be controlled and reality has to seen and stop whenever you are in loss or profit. So not everytime greed is bad I guess.
Actually there's no way to totally path ways with greed, because we're all greedy animals only some are well able to put theirs in check than many others. I think the best way to manage greed is to never trade without first making a plan and then staying disciplined enough to stick to the plan
806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big news for bitcoin and crypto currency on: July 10, 2018, 02:51:37 PM
Great! May this news pulls up the price of the market and erase some doubts in the cryptocurrency investors. Lets see what brings this us in the next few days. A news like this - is what we need to promote and attract many investors to the crypto currency ecosystem.

news like this (which are showing direct adoption of bitcoin) are great but they won't exactly lead to a rise right away. specially when for every real good news there is 20 false FUD on the internet bashing bitcoin these days Cheesy
Every of these heart warming news, adds to the bullish pressure and even if the impact is not immediately felt, it would only be for sometime and the pressure would become unbearable for bears. A closer look is pointing to the fact that another bullish run is simply brewing in the background and like they say, fortune smiles on the bold and prepared.
Indeed, the impact might not be that instant but for the long run surely it will bring confidence from previous holders, can only be a good start for more investors to buy and hold those cheap coins from the market, this is a big news that can change the current movements inside crypto market we will going to witness the change between bear to bull again, hopefully before the end of this year we will see good jumped once more.

Well let us see if this year there will be another big news for bitcoin. Even there are a lot of good news about bitcoin the new investors still fell bad sometimes especially if there is always a fakes news about bitcoin  ,but if you are really investors of bitcoin you should know the advantage and disadvantage of that .
There's no need feeling bad when bad news shows - they show up, when they show up, but any seasoned trader can tell that the market sooner than later, factors in the upset and move on where it was headed. It's like knowing that after the heavy rain, the sun will still shine.
807  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC: where is the market going on: July 10, 2018, 02:28:36 PM
This is WRONG I believe that we will have a breakout. I thought so because I saw one of my friends post the pie which is telling us that we will have a breakout.
It's best if you knew it for yourself why a breakout was to be expected than just the fact your friend said so.
Here's what the market is looking like today- stop at yesterday since it's the Daily chart:

In it I see a couple of uncompleted Reverse Head n Shoulders formations, but the latest one is still a going concern and what I can make from it is actually intone with OP position - a drop to $6300 should be expected and a rally to $7300, some consolidation and then a test of the $8600 level and then the $10000 would be next in line.
808  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 10 Mistakes you should never do in crypto trading✌✌ on: July 10, 2018, 08:59:45 AM
I can invest all my money in bitcoin and I think there is nothing wrong with that, rather than diversifying my money into shit useless tokens bitcoin is much more better investment now  Smiley
The conventional thing and what every seasoned trader would have one do, is to always diversify one's investments, because of eventualities or circumstances beyond one's control and know for sure that there're also other credible coins besides Bitcoin. However, we have seen situations where going against the crowd turns out a right way and so if you have found a way to remain on top of the game, capitalized and make the most out of it.

809  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅ casinoroyale.bet 🎲High Faucet 🎲 The fastest 🎲 Fairness 🎲 1%Edge on: July 09, 2018, 07:36:56 PM
Attention Attention !

New coins have been added to CasinoRoyale.bet, these are: Ethereum (ETH) , Ethereum Classic (ETC) , Litecoin (LTC) , DASH , Decred (DCR) , DodgeCoin (DOGE) , Monero (XMR), ZCash (ZEC)

It's certainty a move in the right direction to offer assorted coins to meet the interests of diverse players, but having observed this site a while, I sincerely think that it needs a bounty or specifically a signature campaign to find its groove. The competition is already tough and the law of inertia is still as potent as ever! Best of luck!!
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth buying low-volume tokens? on: July 09, 2018, 06:55:15 PM
It is worth it because with low volume tokens it does not take very much for the price of the coin to end up going up in a short time, unlike high volume tokens which would take a lot to be able to pump the price. For trading, low volume tokens is always the best choice as long as it is a good coin which people are interested in you can be sure that the price will go up
Looking at the above advice, a question that comes to mind is, if a coin/token is good enough to attract people interests, what and why is it still down with low volumes of trade? I think people should be wary of coins/tokens with low volumes, because they are handy tools for market manipulations and once dumped, it takes miracle to bring them back up.
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: planning for down market on: July 09, 2018, 06:22:12 PM
the best strategy is to dump the big coins that you have been bag holding and then moving on to the good smaller shitcoins that are getting pumped. enjoy their moment of fame and then moving on to the next pumping coin to constantly make profit.
I see someone getting doubly and thoroughly burnt by following your suggestions to move from well established cryptocurrencies to shitcoins! In this business of buying and selling of digital assets, patience is such an indispensable virtue, those that fail to have it, almost always end up running from pillar to post. A right thing to do is to continue HODLING, having held it thus far, until price reverses and which is most likely as long as it's one of the main cryptocurrencies.
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Big market crash has started! on: July 09, 2018, 05:54:15 PM

If you worried move into Tether and sit it out: Suggestion Only.
2 Billion down as I typed this: It looks real ugly

I agree with you, the best strategy, for now, is to convert all your coins into Tether in this bearish market right now, the market is going down every day and it is non-stop there is a very big chance that we can see bitcoin price will reach $4000 - $5000 this year, I'm not spreading FUD here just telling the truth
You shall need to double check you won't be buying Tether about the time Bitcoin is already oversold and simply rearing for the platform to make a come back. If indeed price would breach the $5000 price level this year, I can assure you most Bitcoin enthusiasts would go celebrating because of yet another opportunity to buy Bitcoin at very cheap rates.
813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People giving up, this is getting dangerous on: July 09, 2018, 05:18:31 PM
The destructive nature of crypto. When people own crypto they praise their coins to heaven, when they sold "we're going to $2000", "BTC is dead", "dump incoming!". When people say this, it's generally an excellent time to buy. It means most people with weak hands sold and are desperately trying to prevent a new rally out of FOMO.
You're spot on as knowing the name and rules of a game ought to be a priority for anyone with intentions to survive in the game! If whales are indeed manipulating the price of Bitcoin so to buy back at cheaper rates, do they also have their hands on the throats of the quick fingers, that hits the sell bottom at the slightest upset in the market?

You must look at mainstream media, not bitcointalk sentiment. They are enjoying the fall of Bitcoin and in comments people are screaming I tooold you sooo, ridiculing investors and investors are silenced and shamed Sad. Crypto needs to be saved before it is too late. Many got burned badly and those won't come back ever. Something needs to be done.
I am afraid if anyone got that burned, it should be obvious they have not been looking or playing by the rules. Anyone that sincerely wants to effect a change, must realize the one to blame is not the other man, but the face that stares back at them in the mirror!
814  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why Ban Cryptocurrency with Zero Research or Consultation? on: July 09, 2018, 03:37:20 PM
Personal Interest. The decision of the few powerful individuals prevails over the millions of poor people. It happens most of the time and only a revolution can reverse it or if an international interfere and it help them.
Yes it has always been their personal interest all along and that explains their haste in seeing to it that anything outside of their interests does not see the light of the day. Apparently most governments across the globe are self serving and since Bitcoin portends to speak against that, it should surprise no one that it is being painted black and called names.

It is how exciting to see that not all developing countries are wiling to bury their head in the sand like Ostrich as usually have been the case. This is how it's unfolding in the Philippines:

and back to India, here's how water must always find its path:

816  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another reason for Bitcoin price high on: July 09, 2018, 11:26:15 AM
Bitcoin price going up has always being dependent on the ratio of demand to supply. The price is going up now because a lot of people have stopped panic selling and people are actually buying into the market which is increasing demand which in turn increases the prices. I guess there are other factors that could make the price go up but this is the major factor.
It's a fact that the price of Bitcoin going up or down hinges on demand and supply, but they just do not increase or decrease for the sake of it, rather developments in the fundamental factors brings about these changes.

The assertion here by the cleric is indeed a milestone for Bitcoin, because it signifies an endorsement for Bitcoin to the about 1.6 billion Muslim community across the globe, a number of which might have been undecided until now
817  Economy / Speculation / Re: Saving for your Children Bitcoin vs Cash? on: July 09, 2018, 08:16:07 AM
For the future of my children, i prefered real estate and Bitcoin investment. Real estate is solid and always increasing it's monetary values overtime, while the Bitcoin is simple yet easy to use investment and later it would be the financial system method that adopted by the world.
Can't agree more with your take! A combination of investments in real estate and Bitcoin seems a very solid hedge for whatever the economy throws up tomorrow and at the same time a good strategic set up to gain from possible exponential growth in the price of Bitcoin in the future. With this set up, it's most likely any unforeseen circumstance around Bitcoin can be effectively contained.
818  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chinese Investor bought 10,000 bitcoin during the dip! on: July 09, 2018, 06:23:26 AM
Even though lots of bans from chinese government, chinese people are really crazy about whole crypto world and what can be best way to fly out of country with their money other than bitcoin and same applies to both small and big investors. Chinese people want to invest in foreign countries and bitcoin is best to way move their yuan to dollar for extreme profit after few months. I am afraid of this guy dumping his whole bitcoin if price will go over $30k or near it. He might not care about the future value as he is just an investor who believes in profit taking.
Read the article again, you obviously missed this:
Code:
When asked about the market crash in March, he dismissed it as no big deal. He called it a short-term setback and in fact, said Cryptocurrencies rose very well in the long term
So instead of being afraid, we should consolidate on our early bird advantage as early adopters because the whales and institutional investors are coming and would be regrettable for those of us who out of FUD and impatience sold off their coins for peanuts.
819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN NO ONE SELLS BUT HODL? on: July 08, 2018, 10:17:05 PM
This is simply impossible in practice, but if you want to talk about what would happen in theory, then the price would basically be a flat line. If you want to see how that would look like, just look at a dead exchange graph for example BTC-E:

https://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/btce/btcusd

As you see, it's a perfect flat line. This is impossible, because equilibrium never happens in markets, unregulated ones at least, as there is always some buying and selling action.
I agree that everyone electing to HODL is impossible in practice but I don't share the point of view that it would culminate in a flat line in theory, because two scenarios are possible:

1. if Hodlers are unwilling to sell, the coin would become scarce and buyers will naturally bid up the price;

2. if Hodlers are willing to sell, but no buyer is willing to buy, that's where there's a problem, if not a threat.

820  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: buy some, sell some, and hold some on: July 08, 2018, 03:20:54 PM
when you do trading, do you always think about this, "buy some, sell some, hold some."

I thjnk doing it at the same time won't provide us the perfect profit that we all want. I believe that it is still important that we're all hodling if we have to. What I always do is just to buy at low and then sell at high afterwards, through it, I could get the complete profit that I want.
The strategy he suggested actually is in harmony with buying low and selling, only you do not sell all, but set a portion aside to still benefit from future rise in price and I think there's method in it, although it's likely not going to be some good strategy outside of the well capitalized cryptocurrencies, suffice to say, the strategy is worth the try only with some cryptocurrencies.
