I agree with neither of them you mention as a reason. People don't invest in crypto because they are either too irrelevant of crypto, not able to understand it, or can't do that. If they would be aware of these reason you mention, it does not matter they invest in crypto or not because they are fully aware of this market, tech at least.
You have mentioned all the main reason for why people are not investing or do not invest on crypto. But for these they are becoming loser it is time to gather more knowledge and invest on crypto. |

The admin is trying to develop and trying to give as many advantages they can provide that is why more people becoming attracted on the site which is a good sign for the them. |

New traders are already in a bad position. maybe now the experience can be used as the best teacher to correct mistakes where trading steps are detrimental, and where trading must be eliminated in order to keep getting profit. this is useful for fixing luck while trading For current situation if you buy any reputed coin then luck should not be bad it is because if you check the price of top 10 coin on coinmarketcap then you will realise that its price is increasing so chance of benefited is too high. |

If you have enough skills and experience, then it doesn’t matter to you what to trade, Bitcoin or Altcoin.I’m afraid to sell bitcoins, I’m afraid that by selling bitcoins I won’t be able to buy at a lower price.  If you want to sell bitcoin on fiat then it is almost impossible to buy it once again because it is a high chance that the price of bitcoin will be increased against fiat. |

For me its better to use old accounts for mew because making a new one is very hard to understand and it has a chance to forgot your password wallets but it is also secure and safe for using mew.
they updated more secured for customer, looking good for me and friendly. old or new one are same when you are understand how to safe private key into right place not at phising site. Even i like the older version of mew, everytime i log in to my wallet to trade a coin i use the old version cause for me its more comfortable than the new one. You can use both version of my etherwallet either you want to use old version or new version but my choice is alternative of you, I mainly like it new version more than old version. |

I doubt that the cryptocurrency did not affect the economy in the country where it is being legalized. Because I believe that the cryptocurrency will help but it will be very difficult and not familiar.
Cryptocurrency can play a vital role to change economyof any country. Many countries who accepted/approved cryptocurrency to their people are getting the benefit of the cryptocurrency. Those who has not approved those have not got any bless of crypto. I don't think crypto or bitcoin plays an important role in changing a country's economy because this is an investment, we rely on the fluctuations of bitcoin and crypto to make money and of course, we can also lose money when fluctuations do not follow what we want, so even if the government accepts crypto, the economy is still hard to change dramatically when only a few people can make money, many can become victims. The usefulness of crypto and bitcoin is only for those who manage and use it, it only comes to a small number of individuals, not for all Oh really? Bank of every countries take fixed deposit from their clients how much returns they may take? Every bank give fixed deposit to central bank how much returns they can get? Every central bank give fixed deposit to world bank how much return the may get and also every central bank keep US$ as reserve how much return they may get for that. Now compare all this with bitcointalk. |

In general - yes, some people make profit by shorting BTC, staking and masternodes rewards
All time trader can make profit but not by all trader on bullish market can make profit and on the same trader may make profit on bearish market. It depends on the coin you are taking. Traders who are good in trading, would already unload their coins when they see a big dump is coming, and then they will accumulate when price was oversold. There is no dump in the market that is consistent, it recovers and every pump and dump is just an opportunity for traders to make money. Buying at dip and selling at pick is a good strategy, it will never make you complain if the market is volatile as you can take advantage on it. I am not against this point and on the contrary I am on the same point of you the advance trader who is an expert always will unload which it reaches to its highest price for that time and may buy again when it price goes down for that time. |

You cant trade base on your luck you have to trade base on your trading skill and experience if you want to make trade according to your luck then it is high chance to be a loser but if you trade base on your skill and experience then you may make good profit.

this time hodl please. i hate to see this coin going up with much effort then falling down to beginning every time.  Its just riding BTC prices, we are yet to see the real price of QTUM in this price rally. Once BTC starting to show some stable price, QTUM will be one of the biggest coin that will greatly benefit in this coming bull run. Yes for rising btc price maximum altcoin's price has been increased to base on fiat but base on btc maximum altcoin price is down. We have to wait for rising price on btc too. |

Psychological preparation should be more than the investment. When you loss your investment you may recover that but when you loss your psychological balance it will be difficult to recover it and recover loss. |

Bitcoin will never become a stable coin. Based on supply and demand law bitcoin price should be tend to rise. The limitation on bitcoin maximum amount and the growung number of people who want to obtain bitcoin will make its price increase. Bitcoin is not spread evenly yet, I mean there some people who have a lot of bitcoin they can make its price move extreemely. You are right. Bitcoin is a crypto currency how it can be stabble where fiat's price ups and downs against another fiat currency. For example if you can see today 120$ = 100 euro than so it will be higher or lower. |

The key is to Have proper risk management. Common mistakes that a lot of traders are doing is to simply go "all in" like they are playing poker. Do not use more than 5-10% for each position so you will not get rekt at your first trade. Don't risk 30% to earn 5%.
If you take risk 30% to earn 5% that still can be possible to make profit but in this case you might have to wait a long time to reach your destination because once it goes below 30% if it losses it price then it may take long time to recover 30% and make profit 5%. |

If the price keep pumping up its good to hold and sell soon if the price continue to dump so its better to choose a good coins for a good condition investing and trading.
If you want to sell on pump and want to buy on dump then you may make good profit but it is not a long term trade it is short term trade and it is not depend on holding for long time. And it cant be investing it is trading. |

By reading you may gather knowledge bu you cant make money by reading to gather/earn money you have to use your earned knowledge and as many knowledge you have on trading as low risk and high chance of making money. |

Congratulations guancho but I still can't get it on how to compute the profit in ethos into eth.
You said that guancho won 129.6 ETH in profit but when I'm computing it, there's a different result, I'm just confused why.
For ethos 1000000= 1 ETH on the contrary you can say 1 ETH= 1000000 ethos. So, as 129.6 ETH means you have to calculate 129.6*1000000 and in this way you can get the exact figure. If you got ethos and want to calculate on eth the divided by 1000000. |
