1021  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without knowledge on: April 13, 2018, 09:40:59 PM
If you will start trading without any prior knowledge or experience than it will be like a gambling your chance for you to make profit will be equal to your chance of making loss even lower than that.

Trading needs intensive study of market and also you need to watch for every news/update that will broke out.
You will find, out of luck anyone can make some profits, but it takes more than pure luck to sustain any profit made. Without strong and  deep roots in knowledge and ways of trading, the fact of such trader already is foreclosed. That is why you readily see some traders back at one regardless the huge profits they had had, some even had the privilege of starting off with some reasonable bankroll.
1022  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: stop listen to false news on: April 13, 2018, 08:24:42 PM
This fake news propogate by some people who want to crush Bitcoin just to buy it in smaller price.
It's unfortunate, there're may people in that category, especially some Wall Street guys, who cannot fathom why such a financial phenomenon have had to take off without them. It's the helpless situation they found themselves around Bitcoin that have snowballed into blackmail attempts, which every Bitcoin enthusiast should have known by now and become the wiser.

The people behind these bad news have just one aim, which is to rip off as much Bitcoin from gullible early adopters before the moon landing, which they themselves believe strongly.
1023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Altcoin? on: April 13, 2018, 04:12:23 PM
Mostly because they have been caught in the old hodl paradigm that was good in bitcoin times but no longer. Now it is all about being on top of the market and the ICO opportunities to make cash.
HODLing is actually investing in a coin you have faith would appreciate sometime in the future and incidentally the prices of all coin went down in recent times, so it was an ample opportunity for people to stash their favorite altcoins and then wait for when the expected would come through and it does!

There is no sense in saying HODLing ended with Bitcoin and it's now history, because must Bitcoin enthusiasts saw an opportunity when price dropped below $7000, now check the price today and see what you missed. Same goes for the established altcoins.
1024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you choose to hold Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: April 13, 2018, 03:58:23 PM
As for me, I choose to hold both Bitcoin and Etherium, it helps me to reduce the risks of my investments and maximize returns. I do so because diversifying the investment portfolio is very important aspect in investment based earnings
I am also holding both Bitcoin and Ether, though not as a way to reduce the risks to my investment, because data from the market shows both cannot effective hedge each other and it is only to an extent that it can be said to be diversification. The main reason holding both of them makes sense is because until now, the entire cryptocurrency world revolves around the two.
1025  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price recovering slowly on: April 13, 2018, 08:35:30 AM
The combination of Bollinger Band and reverse Head n Shoulders pattern below is an indication that the bulls are back to business. From my calculation, we are going to breach the 0.06504291 today. That's to say, don't wait until we're there, then you start saying, "wish I had bought some back then.

EDIT: Look at that leap shortly

And it goes on:

1026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange or Wallet? on: April 13, 2018, 12:55:59 AM
Exchangers is the worst place to keep your coin. your coin can easily be stolen. please keep your coin in wallet where you have the private key.

Well, I've heard so many stories about coins being stolen from wallets. So nothing is 100% safe.
Almost all exchanges already have 2FA which makes them a better place to store your funds. And I still don't see any 2FA in MEW, for example.
Most of the exchange hacks had insiders, so all those security features are not water, but only as good as an exchange let them be. I think something common and even more worrisome about the use of exchanges and which lot of people are oblivious of, is the very high transaction fees we are having to part with every time we made use of the exchange. Even though the price for transaction fee for Bitcoin have now gone down appreciably low , yet some exchanges stii asking for no less than O.00100000 BTC  before request for withdrawal is granted.
1027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: April 12, 2018, 11:41:15 PM
stop generalizing just because you suck at it, there are lots of people who profit a lot and some even became millionaire by holding and trusting their coins, I suggest next time you hold a coin, make sure its a good one.
Also you may want to take heed that your choice of what coin is good, is borne out of your extensive studies and researches and not just the hype of its developers and hobbyist, which are often day dreams or illusions and the fewer the coins one has to keep tabs on, the better.
1028  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading FOREX or Crypto? on: April 12, 2018, 10:41:07 PM
Forex and cryptocurrency trading have very different technical because in forex, trading with both up or down but in cryptocurrency we only get profit if price going up and buy when price down.
For me, trading forex or crypto have each pros and cons. Risk involve also very different. For me i prefer cryptocurrency trading.
Basically you're saying it isn't possible to short cryptocurrencies and that is apparently so, because almost all exchanges do not support the feature, but that is one such occasion where an earlier knowledge an skills in trading forex can give a cryptotrader a head up on shorting can eventually be achieved. Bottomline is, don't pass up the opportunity of learning to trade in the forex market, even as the real plan is to end up a crypto trader.

1030  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptomarket all in red! on: April 08, 2018, 10:39:18 PM
it's okay when the market is red. the price are always up and down. don't sell your coins but it's time to buy and invest. just be patient and keep waiting.
Understandably most people would not share your point of view that it's okay even when the market is red because the vast majority of them are sold to the idea that Bitcoin is destined for the moon and so almost anytime prices point in opposite direction most people start to panic. However for knowledgeable traders, a red market turns out invitation to buy those coins at cheaper rates.
1031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is a bubble? on: April 08, 2018, 10:04:47 PM
Public opinion towards Cryptocurrencies has always been divided. However, with the new surge in the market, opinions have become even more polarized. Sceptics hinge on Bitcoin’s first impression as being a black-market currency and call this a bubble, while proponents contend that this is a global currency that is just going mainstream and can indeed go way higher.

All those calling cryptocurrency a bubble, clearly demonstrate a lack of proper understanding of what cryptocurrencies are and how far they have already gone ahead in redefining the future of money. Presently it's no wonder or a coincidence that the number of people in that camp have been getting fewer with each passing day and even more glaring is the fact that most governments that earlier on set out to ban Bitcoin, the flagship cryptocurrency, have had to have a rethink, because it became obvious, they were more or less fighting the wind. This is the time for cryptocurrencies, they're certainly here to stay!
1032  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: George Soros goes from crypto skeptic to investor in just 3 months on: April 08, 2018, 08:47:11 PM
That is good news to not only the Bitcoin community but the entire cryptoworld, because that would translate to the injection of more funds into the market, which would boost the price and we know whatever raises the boat of Bitcoin also rubs off on the altcoins. We would likely be seeing many of those nay sayers at Wall Streets taking back their words, as the awareness and adoption of Bitcoin keeps growing in leaps and bounce especially as the treat of very high transaction fees and delays in network confirmation are now behind us.
1033  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: NordFX: Trade Bitcoin & More with Leverage 1:1000! on: April 08, 2018, 07:04:17 PM
Just tried your leverage..) I was realy not so far to loose my money but I successed and made 2000 bucks with only 50$ !! Relly awesome thing this leverage!!! Tried to trade with 5 min candle sticks
You forgot to add that leverage is actually a double edged sword and so it is not something to handle without great care! I have traded forex with same leverage and won't much issues in giving this a try, but I won't recommend it for newbie traders or anyone who could lose his shirt and sleep should the market go the other way and which it does often.
1034  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is a virtue in Cryptocurrency Trading. on: April 08, 2018, 06:38:34 PM
It's important to note that not following your stop loss plan is NOT considered patience. Patience only counts before entering a trade and waiting for your plan to play out while still within the 'loss boundary'.. that is if you have planned your entry and exit.
Some salient points you stirred up there and without any doubt, patience is indispensable for success in any form of trading and particularly so in crypto trading, because the technology and market are still evolving and surprises are to be expected. However, patience should never be taken as substitute for sound and well informed trading decisions. It should be worthy of note that, first and foremost should be a trader's ability to make good trading decisions and then the patience to create the breathing space while the market takes its course.
1035  Economy / Speculation / Re: When to buy more? wait till 6000 or 5500? on: April 08, 2018, 05:44:26 PM
Technical data hints that it can go down to 6000 or 5500 level.
What do you think?
No one has any idea on where or at what point would the price stop going down or reach, all the data that you see are just predictions based on educated guess nothing more, choosing when to buy is up to you if you think that the price of 6000 suits you than go ahead you can buy, but waiting for the price to reach 5500 is something that is not a certain thing, if the price goes up than you would regret not investing earlier, it is all up to you.
I agree the whole essence of technical analysis is to bring a trader or investor to the point, where he can be  able to make educated guesses about market direction and nothing says he has got to be 100% correct. Some traders especially the less experienced ones, however, often run into some hiccups in trying to interpret the information gotten from these tools.

The prediction above did not make any assertion that the $5,500 price level will be breached, rather it gave a hint that there's a possibility. Which is to say that waiting to buy precisely at that level might end up a forlorn hope, because price may as well rally from its present level to a new ATH. At that, one of the educated guesses a trader can make here to not lose out completely, is to buy some bit at current price and more, say every $500 deep, the market tests.
1036  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading FOREX or Crypto? on: April 08, 2018, 03:43:57 PM
In spite of being born late than forex, crypto trading has proven that people can easily earn money from it just by a small amount of money. Therefore, I can say that cryptocurrency trading is better. HOwever, it will take more risk and you need to have enough knowledge before start to trade
The best thing about trading cryptocurrencies is that you can begin with a low amount of money, you can begin with just a few hundred dollars and that could be enough if you are buying altcoins but in forex you need at least a few thousand dollars and the worst part is that you will need to go through KYC policies which will not allow to you to trade anonymously.
Must be above is the opinion of yet another person not versed in forex trade, because brokers abound that readily grant no deposit bonuses as incentive to would be traders and  there are many brokers that accepts as little as $5 minimum deposits. As for the requirements for KYC, the forex market is regulated to a large extent and it has become a standard practice in the financial market and isn't an issue unless one has something to hide.
1037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: April 08, 2018, 12:24:35 PM
I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?
It seems that you are wrong in choosing a coin, you have to choose a coin that deserves to hold in the long run. Excitement, you will definitely benefit from the coins you hold.
Obviously OP was wrong in his choice of coins but that isn't so much his problem as is the apparent lack of enthusiasm in investing in himself over the years, for better understanding of the crypto market and how it works. There're a number of people who have dived headlong into the market on seeing or hearing the successes of others, without pausing to take note of the secrets behind the successes - every business has its secret. To knowledgeable traders and investors, HODLing is not a holy grail, it's an investment tool and like all such tools, they thrive with right knowledge and application.
1038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to Buy? on: April 08, 2018, 10:56:27 AM
I think cryptos have just bottomed out for now. Probably is time to buy.Everyone seems to be shit scared.  Opinions?

I am glad to see that somebody pointed out to that buying opportunity. Genuine investors take the risk and buy during such dips and HODL till the time rates go up.
“Be Fearful When Others Are Greedy and Greedy When Others Are Fearful” Warren Buffett

Indeed it is for times like now, when most trades and investors are still battling with fear and uncertainties that Warren Buffet encourages savvy investors to become greedy. The best time though to have started mopping up the excess supply of almost all coins was yesterday, but today is still an opportunity because prices are still relatively low. First thing though, would be the capability of identifying and sieving out shitcoins.
1039  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange or Wallet? on: April 08, 2018, 05:24:37 AM
To keep money on the exchange is a silly decision. It is safer to store money in your wallet. It is not necessary to create a large number of them, at least one
It's not always going to be a silly decision to leave coins on an exchange. If he wanted fast trades then he should leave it there.
It becomes a silly decision when we start to take an exchange for a bank, thereby stashing huge amounts in them, instead of the much just enough for our trading and it's even more brainless, when the amount involved is not anything we can afford to lose. It's also no less a silly decision when one fails to see the pitfall in settling for online wallets instead of investing in hardware wallet, especially as their holdings starts to gather weight!
