well, Adolf Hitler was illegal for sure, no?
no, he was elected.
802  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people in USA fear socialism so much? on: April 15, 2013, 05:57:36 PM
I just learned in class today that the American government we know and love today is actually illegal.  Funny how that's never been brought up before, in my entire 21 years of living.
explain!? i smell bullshit, a government can't logically be illegal, because they make the rules.

one government can call another government illegal, but that does not count.

there are some laws about they need to give me a guide on how to complain, when they make a final decision.
but i have never been in a situation, where that was necessary. after that there are still the courts...

OK, so, let me get this straight. If a government employee gives you poor service, you complain... to the government. And if that doesn't get you satisfaction, you can take them to court? To the government court?

Ever heard the phrase "conflict of interest," chummer?
trias politica, go look it up.
Don't work too well, when the same guy signs all the checks.
Except for the guy himself.
are you implying that i sign all the checks?

I'd say the socialism hate is perfectly warranted. People, especially Americans, like owning stuff.

Like shitty health care plans. LOL

In Soviet Union you had to bribe to get medical care. Otherwise it's like few years wait.

(true story)

According to "Sicko" Cuba is actually better than parts of the US when it comes to health care.
and also according to House.

Please tell us, kokjo, about this universal government you're referring to that you appear to exist in.
Denmark.

Government does everything badly. It's a monopoly. Monopolies always give the worst service for the highest price.
wrong. The government is for the people by the people, and people have absolutely no interest in providing bad service.
You've never actually interacted with the government - any government - have you?
yes i have, and it was simple and easy.
Just that once?
a few times.
And what happens if you don't get good service? Who do you complain to, and what happens?

Another theory: Americans fears most of the world, including socialism.

no, its not a joke. see middle east, terrorist, china, socialism, Kim Jong-un, the list goes on...

The US government attempts to instill fear in it's people to use these things as an excuse for it's actions. Those actions are not in the best interest of the American people, nor are they intended to be.

I'm an American and I have zero fear of terrorists, Arabs, Chinese, Socialists, North Koreans and the list goes on. I DO fear my own government however, because they're capable of nearly anything at any time and they do not care about the laws that are in place to keep them in check(Constitution).

You are in error when you attribute the actions of the rogue American government, running around the globe murdering people(including Americans), to the American people. Most Americans either haven't a clue what's going on or do not support DC's actions. For evidence of this check Congressional approval polls.
own government added to the list.

K, thanks for reading my post...or at least a tiny portion of it. Feel free to completely disregard the parts of it that don't support your own predetermined conclusions.

If you do not fear the US government then you're likely not paying attention.
fear of people not paying attention. Tongue

/troll off
I read your post, and please notice that im talking about americans in general. im afraid of the US government too, and im happy i don't live there.

The whole "for the people by the people" is just propaganda.  I'm surprised you haven't figured that out yet.

But anyway, you are claiming that the government always gives us good service?  Supposedly because "we the people" don't want bad service?   I only need to point out one bad example to completely refute your argument.   Do you think I can't?
of course sometimes shit happens.

how about:
"The average quality of services from the government is good."

I already brought it up above.  Wink
This is a thread pertaining to jews and racism, so the caption is properly chosen already.  Tongue

I wonder what kind of mind it takes to permanently accuse others of racism while being one oneself, as is the case with not too few jews in my reckoning.
your post lacks Nazism...

The sour truth is that Hitler's movement - in the beginning - had some socialist elements in it. Some say it was used as a decoy.
many socialistic Nazis in the night of the long knives... (according to my vaguely remembrance of my history classes).

In America, it's by the wealthy, for the wealthy. They just keep the sheep and cattle happy by making them think they're apart of their game.
Surprise: America is not the whole world.
818  Other / Politics & Society / Re: This is the thread where you discuss free market, americans and libertarianism on: April 15, 2013, 12:57:10 PM
Actually, that is why they use the abbreviation "Nazi" and "Nazism" a lot. They avoid to smear the term "socialism". I wonder whether that is accurate.
i don't think so. at least i know what Nazism is, which is national socialism. The world just calls it Nazism because its shorter.
819  Other / Politics & Society / Re: This is the thread where you discuss racism, Jews and Nazism on: April 15, 2013, 12:50:33 PM
"jewish racism in the State Of Palestine"
which way is that. jewish people who are racist against palestinians, or the other way around?

how about "shit going on in the middle east"? Everyone there and america are fucked up, judging by the news volume they generate.

No, I am talking about racist jews oppressing muslims in Palestine.
okay, go start the thread. you don't need my permission. it is an interesting topic, as IMO Israel should never have been created after WW2.

It's kinda obvious: So called capitalism is in decline. (USA)

Nationalism is on the rise. (Scotland, France etc.)
Socialism is on the rise. (Venezuela)

National socialism will dominate future politics.
nationalism != nazism.
socialism != nazism.

socialism is actually good. but i would never support a nationalistic system, in a more and more globalized world, nationalism is also in decline.
