801  Economy / Economics / Re: If the government supports bitcoin instead of the existing currency. on: April 22, 2019, 07:21:39 AM
Government supporting Cryptocurrency over it's national currency is not that possible .
But assuming it happens, I believe it would go a long way in accelerating mainstream adoption of the blockchain technology.
The governments won't support crypto currency over their national currency we both know that but the point here is just for them to  support crypto so that most  people who are scared to used Bitcoin will join the race. But we have the governments support Bitcoin as the topic says then we'll have no inflation, people will be financial ok and the price of market will be so high.
This is not true. Government are still studying cryptocurrency and they might adopt it as soon as possible. Cryptocurrency's Blockchain has many uses and benefits to the government such as transparent voting. On the other hand we can't deny the fact that government are still somehow not favor of it as they can't fully regulate it yet as of now.
802  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What would you change about crypto Exchanges? on: April 22, 2019, 05:23:57 AM
I think majority here doesn't want to execute tradings with high fees. And also, i always consideing the platforms of an exchangr aside from the fees. Some exchanges doesn't contain charts and some supported it and that is always important when trading. And I stayed loyal to an exchange if it was a trusted and provided a stop loss features.
I haven't seen any of exchange that doesn't have its own chart so traders will be able to ascertain where could the market go. However if there are some and you have no choice but to use it, then you may just look to the orders or you can also view some charts to another exchange as most likely different exchange's altcoins prirce doesn't vary much.
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is an entertainment? on: April 22, 2019, 03:47:48 AM
Then he needs to consider that gambling is entertainment too because in gambling, people will hard to get a win but the chance to get a lose will big. He cannot get fun from gambling if he thinks about gambling is a way to make money because winning in gambling games is only work for people who have luck. So it's better not to think that gambling can help you to make money.
That is the reason why people will get mad when they'll loss in gambling. They always thinking that gambling will give them a huge chances to become an instant millionaire if they could hit the jackpot but it is not easy to be like that. The house will win first millions before gamblers and this will be mean that we loss millions first before we got the jackpot.
Not everyone are expecting to be a millionaire by just gambling. Most of prople are actually not expecting that they'll win in gambling over the house edge; however it doesn't mean the they woudn't urge their small chance to win. People are gambling with this small hope.
804  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Beat Banks? on: April 21, 2019, 01:04:27 PM
Bitcoin doesn't have to beat the banks, they can both co exist. We will always need the loan service that banks provide, bitcoin can't do fractional lending like how fiat money can.  You can't just create bitcoins out of thin air, doesn't work like that.
Yeah I agree with you bro, Bitcoin and Bank can coexist both, we are also need the Bank to withdraw
our fiat money from result we get from Bitcoin. I think Bitcoin always need the Bank, but the Bank cannot to controlling the Bitcoin.
I don't think so. Withdrawing and buying Bitcoin is possible without banks. There are money transfer companies and other outletd that provide that service. For example in my country, we can withdraw Bitcoin by converting it to our currency which is Philippine Peso by local exchange here (coins.ph) and we are able to withdraw it through Palawan Express, Villarica, and etc.
805  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Choose Best Bitcoin Forex Brokers on: April 21, 2019, 09:24:29 AM
Answering in behalf of him. Brokers are indeed similar on Exchangers here on crypto the difference is that Brokers are highly regulated ones than on exchangers and possibility of
Fraud or rigged trades is possible or rampant with these brokers.I have forex experiences and in regards with risk i can really say that Crypto is way more risky but in exchange it is more profitable that FX.
When it comes to FX brokers i do trust XM and Tradersway.
Indeed. Brokers in Forex are more regulated than exchanges in crypto. I'm not saying that exchanges in cryptocurrency is not regulated. Of course it is regulated by SEC. But, to say it safely, Forex Brokers have a more regulated exchange since it is older than crypto.
The asset you traded is good evidence. But in forex, things are different than here. Forex is centralized, but there is also volume of 4 trillion. Difference is tens times bigger when we compare it with crypto trade.
Also, forex can't be compared with crypto as crypto is an asset (works like stock market) wherein you can invest on it with lower and hold it to be sold for a higher price. On the other hand, forex is just pure trading.
806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you gamble? Please voice your opinion! on: April 21, 2019, 06:23:53 AM
As the subject line suggests, the question is very simple, Why do you gamble? The options are,

1. Relaxation
2. Adrenaline rush
3. Get rich quick scheme
4. Make money fulltime
5. Occessional gambler - trying luck
I gamble for adrenaline rush and to try my luck at the same time. The reason why I do this is because I can't feel it with just online games wherein there's no money involved. I also wanted to gamble as it gives me excitement and opportunity wherein it can get without working too hard. It's a great escape from the real world but still shouldn't be too much to avoid being addicted.
807  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you figured out what you are Investing in? on: April 21, 2019, 12:21:31 AM
The hyped in 2017 cause bitcoin and others cryptocurrencies to surged toward the end of the year and complete crashed back to the bottom in December 2018. Did people really know what they are investing in?  Is a question that keeps ringing in my mind and actually the answer to that question is that people follow the hype and forgot to  checked for reality before investing and this come from the testimony of those that has claim of making big profits or gain from the past surge that came into the cryptocurrencies market.
I think the red flag there is that people think of what they are going to get from their investments into cryptocurrencies more than the capital they have invested and as results when the reality done on them,  they began to sell out of panic and in turn the market clash like it happens through 2018.
Now that we have another opportunity to invest because of the down turned,  I do believe that it is good you look at the reality behind any coin you want to invest in and not the FUD,  manipulations,  FOMO and hype behind those coins.
Let say that some of people new in crypto will not totally know about what they investing in. Because some of them are more looking a hype or follow in the flow of hype. That's why some of them end to nothing because of lack of knowledge what crypto is. It's important that before we invest we need a lot of information about to what we want to invest in.
After knowing a lot of information about something we want to invest in; we still shouldn't be too confident about it. We should also assure it first by trying small amount if it will work and if it's secured enough. Not everything that we can learn about them are true.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What has become of the whitepaper document on: April 20, 2019, 11:36:00 PM
Whitepaper and road mad are nice and good things for a project. They tell you what is to be expected of in project especially if you are an investor. But then scam issues sprung up, recognizing the power and influence of whitepaper and road, came in and capitalised on it to defraud a lot of investors

And now it becomes difficult to trust whitepaper and road map, but it wasn't like that from the beginning.

The solution I presume now; let’s take whitepaper to tell us what the project devs aim to achieve; don’t use whitepaper as a reason for investment.
Whitepaper have many uses. One of them is it's bring being used to explain how their platform will work and how significant it is for the investors or even to other people who are wether in crypto or not. It's still better to read whitepaper before investing; this can be also be used to indentify is a project is a scam or not.
809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling securely and sensibly online on: April 20, 2019, 10:55:19 PM
Online gambling has a different risk which in my opinion will be easier to lose, because whatever you do online will happen with just one click. It is still dangerous if you are not careful and unfocused when placing your money on every bet you make.
You can't say that unfocused and not careful is just dangerous only in online gambling since it will happen too in real life and not just in online gambling. Both have their own pros and cons it is just for the user to choose which is better that will suit them. If you like to gamble anonymously you can choose to gamble online but if you like to gamble with your friends, you can go to any casinos near you.
What he's saying is that gambling online is riskier since there are a lot of fraud there; they will do everything to scam somebody by just sending a phising link which is very dangerous if you're not that careful. In my opinion it's not same as dangerous in real gambling.

812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet to use? on: April 16, 2019, 01:27:17 PM
Actually it depends on its purpose. If it's for your investement in i.e. BTC, better to use a hardware wallet to reduce the possiblity of getting hacked. On the other hand, if it's for your transaction then it's better to use a third party wallet that charges low fee, has 2-fa Authentication, and last but not the least is the reputable one (meaning there should be no previous issue on it).
813  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Suggest me some gambling site on: April 16, 2019, 12:29:18 PM
There are so many gambling sites nowadays it isn't too hard to find one ,
It is best to know what kind of gambling games you are looking for to know what site we could refer to you .
And there are also some rating sites that could help you decide where to play.
It's also recommended to check the most active gambling sites that advertise in this forum as they are currently in the stage of gaining a popularity thus we can expect that a lot of gamblers are playing there. There are a lot of reputed gambling sites which has also an announcement thread in this forum; better to be checked by gamblers for them to know who offers the best.

815  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did the use of online gambling increase with crypto moneys? on: April 16, 2019, 06:55:22 AM
There was an obvious increase in online gambling after cryptocurrency was invented, but it is extremely difficult to quantify the volumes. Most of the gambling sites operate in a semi-legal manner and they will almost never reveal their total revenues and profit.
It's because there is no central instutions are whatsoever it called that monitors the volume of money being gambled online. Unlike in trading, there is a coinmarketcap; because of thus we can easily say if the market  has a high volume or not. On the other hand, we can't apply it to gambling since it's not needed at all.
816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bitcoin SV going to crash? on: April 16, 2019, 04:08:58 AM
Craig Wright's twitter was deactivated; not sure what's on his mind after Bitcoin SV got delisted in Binance. But I'm pretty sure it's going to go down as there is already another exchange to follow delisting Bitcoin SV; more exchanges will surely delist it.
817  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to deal with greed whilst trading? on: April 16, 2019, 12:55:38 AM
Controlling your emotion while doing trading is not easy because you are too greedy to earn huge profit but you need to understand that emotion is one factor that cause to losing your fund.
By controlling emotion you need to set a plan what size of entry I need to enter then set your sell order 3 to 5% to your buy order.
I don't think you must have set yourself a maximum profit since it's better if we can maximize our target profit but with a plan of course. IMO, we can control our emotion if we're focusing only on the chart itself. We shouldn't just depend on other or what ever news came. Chart never lies.
818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people but bigger bets in sports compared to other type of gambling? on: April 15, 2019, 02:14:04 AM
I would like to know why people are trusting their luck more in sports gambling compared to other type of games.
Personally, I put bigger bet on sports because I believe I have a little skills that would give me a better chance of winning, but I'm not really serious with sports gambling.
Basically because they don't want to gamble against the house edge. For example in sports betting, their opponents are other players too which are humans thus the probabilty of winning is not in the hands of computer but in the hands of players they put their bet on.
819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: For those bounty hunters who can hardly relate on: April 15, 2019, 01:18:33 AM
This post was on point haha, specially this past few months almost all bounty campaign i joined here was like this on the post, every campaign demanding for kyc and the projects then becomes a trash and we cant even get money worth of what we worked for,
That is why we don't have to accept useless tokens as payment even if it has lucrative rewards per week because after the ICO completed it will become nothing as well so better to get something from bitcoin rather than waiting and getting nothing from bounties.
But for someone who can't get some way to earn Bitcoin or ETH already, they'll still pursue on what they're doing. It's still worth it if you know the best bounties to join with. This is not an easy task since a project may seems so good at first but with poor marketing it can end up as failure.
820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you watch the matches you're gambling on on: April 14, 2019, 06:36:37 AM
Two and a half year ago I decided to be a cable cutter, so I canceled my cable subscription, that included around 10 sports channels, after that, I have lived with  movie and series streaming options like Netflix, the only time I paid to get access to stream sport was for one month at the 2018 world cup.

But I still gamble each day on sports, most of my gamble is on football, but I never or almost never watch any games live.

How important is it to be able to watch the matches to make correct bets on the teams. I don't think it has made any difference for me, I still withdraw more money than I deposit from my sport bookmakers.

My question is, do you watch the games your gambling on?

If you are not watching the games you are bet on then you are missing great adrenaline pump,I always watch the games if I bet even I will watch some games for analysis to know how the games move on for betting in future.
It's still depending on the game your betting on. Sometimes the game doesn't match to my free time thus I will be unable to watch it live. However in this case, I think it's better to watch the highlights of the for example in NBA playoffs or either read some articles to get the information you needed direct to the point.
