821  Economy / Gambling / Re: PrimeDice.com Faucet Official Thread -Win 1 BTC! 1M Claims on: December 11, 2013, 04:12:51 PM

Using the martingale system is the best advice anyone can give ..
It's just a system that kills all the fun and eventually all your earnings.

Martingale must be used 10% of the times.
Just because you can't trust your next step.
I find myself 80% of the starting bet as a failure because of the martingale.

I hope you realized I was being ironic with that.
I saw 15 lost bets in a row and could have been more if the guy didn't run out of money.
Just play for the fun of it , that's what gambling was supposed to be.

Yes, I've seen 13 losses in a row on primedice.  Seems unlikely but I guess it's bound to happen sometime.  Unless, someone said something that primedice had an anti-Martingale script, is that true?
822  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CoinMKT on: December 11, 2013, 04:05:06 PM
Has anyone been able to withdraw from CoinMKT, withdrawing fiat I mean?  Has anyone used the money order withdrawal and received the money?  Thanks, possibly looking for new service.
823  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: When is CampBX going to support bank ACH deposits? on: December 11, 2013, 03:55:56 PM
Actually got a response from their help desk saying they are sending me a USPS money order on 12/15.  I will update if I receive it.  Notice I said IF...ugh.

825  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin transfers wealth from poor to wealthy on: December 10, 2013, 10:55:26 PM
Well right now it's a coin of the wealthy, because only people relatively wealthy have access to miners and have enough computer savy to actually buy them and watch them appreciate.  Ultimately I get the idea you're saying that inflation won't erode the value of a BTC.
826  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Campbx class action lawsuit anyone? on: December 10, 2013, 10:46:35 PM
I have a pending withdrawal and from what I can tell A LOT of people aren't getting withdrawals now.  The first step is, does anyone know a good cheap lawyer in Georgia?  Or, does anyone live in or near Georgia who could file a small claims action for me?
827  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: campbx customers service is AWFUL on: December 10, 2013, 10:39:47 PM
I requested an ACH withdrawal from them 3 weeks ago. Still nothing.

CampBX sucks.

What's funny is they told me their USPS withdrawals are backlogged 2 weeks so I should use ACH withdrawal instead.  Now it's been like 3 weeks.  I bet honestly it's a stall tactic, to what ends though, I don't know.  It certainly seems like they're taking in enough money with everyone sending funds in and complaining about not getting their account credited.
828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Anyone Watch Bobby Lee on CNBC?! on: December 10, 2013, 10:31:02 PM
I think what's most important for entities like CNBC is to maintain the status quo.  And for people to look as good as they can so they can keep selling whatever they're selling.  Being open minded does not come easy to most people (it's something I've had to work on).
829  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will $1000/BTC seem like a bargain price in 2014? on: December 10, 2013, 03:47:37 PM
Well that is the question and if you knew the answer you could be rich.  $200 seems like a good deal and that was only a couple months ago, now it's x5.  So anything could happen.
830  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: December 10, 2013, 03:36:03 PM
Doesn't it seem like SOMEONE should have hit the 10000 and gotten .19 BTC?  I haven't heard of anyone getting it and don't you think there's been well over 10k rolls?  Admin can you verify if anyone has won max freeroll yet?
831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: *******CROWDCAPPER.COM*******Sports betting Picks - ( RECORD 421-114-30) on: December 10, 2013, 03:27:24 PM
Tonight I'd go with the Bears.  I'm a Cowboys fan but their MO has been to get your hopes up and then just kind of barely do enough to get into the playoffs.  McCown should play well enough against Dallas' pass defense.

Well one of us is going to be happy!  I'm going all in on the Cowboys after losing pretty much every bet yesterday lol

1-0 for me posted so far.  For Thurs. I'd go Broncos -10

They will never adopt BTC, at best they will create their own cryptocurrency which will be centralized/tracable/taxable etc

I wouldn't say never  Grin, sooner or later they will have to start accepting it. (If all goes well)

The problem with BTC on paypal or amazon is I think that paypal/amazon want fiat money for their purchases.  So how would they turn BTC into fiat?  I think if exchanges get their act in gear it would benefit acceptance of BTC.  Or maybe they'll come up with their own exchanges, imagine a paypal BTC/USD exchange?
833  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: When is CampBX going to support bank ACH deposits? on: December 10, 2013, 03:02:50 PM
I have been waiting on a withdrawal from Campbx for weeks now.  I would just reiterate you better watch out if you're depositing there.  It's gotten worse and SOMETHING is going on.

Yep I have been waiting on a BTC deposit for 3 weeks today.  They suck.

Sounds like you've screwed something up. It shouldn't take 3 weeks for BTC to deposit to CampBx...

Have you tried contacting their support or is this just some FUD?

I have only been posting about it in multiple campbx threads including the one I started myself.  The second one down you have been posting in as well.  Funny that you should blame me, sounds like the same bullshit they spout.  I also have not failed to notice that you repeatedly stand up for them even in a thread where you say it takes 2-3 weeks to get your funds.  Me thinks you are a perhaps a sock puppet.

What about my issue?  I mean I complained with a ticket about the withdrawal delay, then they said they had logistical issues and it would take 2 weeks, now it's going on 3 weeks and I'm still waiting.  There's no excuse not to send me my money, which is less than $500.

835  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buying bitcoin is a pain. on: December 09, 2013, 11:07:17 PM
Why does it seem like all these BTC companies are doing sketchy stuff?  I read all these stories about taking funds, or not depositing funds into an account after the exchange had the money for like weeks.

Isn't it hardto buy in person too, like when does the person send it to you and you give them the money?

837  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox withdrawal delays [Gathering] on: December 09, 2013, 10:47:14 PM
This is getting ridiculous.  BTCe and Gox having issues with withdrawals and no one really is picking up the slack in terms of being a reputable withdrawal source.  I guess your best bet now is just to buy BTC and keep them as BTC and never sell.  For those that want to trade and make more fiat there seems to be no hope.
838  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Bounce is Official on: December 09, 2013, 10:39:32 PM
I think there needed to be something that was going to trigger a correction and I bet most people were just looking for some reason to sell, at least some of their coins, and there was the China news right on cue.  The question is whether anything else will happen soon.  What about the chances of closing the new Silk Road?
839  Economy / Speculation / Re: Prepare for more bad news out of govs on: December 09, 2013, 10:28:39 PM
I was actually surprised that the US hearings on BTC were not a negative.  In fact I think they were a positive because the price went up and no one was seriously talking about banning it, I don't think.  So, I guess China could do more about it, but I think Baidu is one of the biggest retailers so I don't know who else in China could do something to hurt BTC.
840  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: How long have you been mining & what is your current hash rate? (+ bonus Q's) on: December 09, 2013, 10:21:45 PM
I started mining like 6 months ago right before it got tough and it seems like everyone is catching on.  I did like 330 mh/s then I switched to doing some alt mining and then I have almost given up on it and just do it here and there for fun.
