We have yet to integrate an escrow service with our site. We will be adding this payment method shortly.
This is a friendly advice. You will not make one single sale here unless you would be willing to use escrow upfront. If you are serious about selling gold through this channel, then make contact to some of the escrows agents trusted by this community and setup an agreement. People here will not send first to anybody who is not trusted since bitcoin transactions is irreversible.

There is a major flaw in using multiplier for crypto related items, since it is not generic for all the items we trade here:
Casascius St. Petersborg Bowl coin, multiplier = ? Casascius Bearer bar, multiplier = ? Kialara (not funded), multiplier = ? Cryptolator (not funded), multiplier = ? Lealana buyer funded, multiplier = ? Genesis (not funded), multiplier = ? Ravenbit (not funded), multiplier = ? DIY (no private key, not funded), multiplier = ? Novelty coins (no private key), multiplier = ? Redeemed coins, multiplier = ? Altcoins, volatile face value, but prices in bitcoin, multiplier = ? Nastycoin (face value is a "seat", but also have a balance which increase over time), multiplier = ? etc.
This leave us with a method for "comparing the prices" which only apply to the subset of the coins.
At least "nubbins formula" can be used for all the items and not only Casascius. SALE PRICE = (FACE VALUE) + (NUMISMATIC VALUE) + (SELLER'S PREMIUM)
The other problem which has already been pointed out, is the over-funding. The argument about a coin being over-funded is worth less than an precise funded coins have a problem: As Blazed have pointed out before (cannot find the quote), it is just a matter of time before a troll takes the entire Casascius address list and spray it with dust, then will all the coins Casascius 1 BTC coins have a balance of 1.00000001 BTC - nothing anybody can do about that.

Looks pretty nice, legal tender in Tuvalu.
I was wondering, does it have a functional clock build in?

Nice! Excited to add this. Pm you now took.
The coins survive redeeming yet another day, hooray Despite the flaws discussed earlier then is this still very nice coins. Almost feel like they belong on a museum

I just want to vouch for this book.
I have read it and found it very interesting. I think any physical cryptocoin collector should read it to get an insight on the process behind making custom minted coins.
If you are considering to produce your own coin then can this book save you some time since you can draw on bigtimespaghetti experience. He focus a lot on how to get from idea to finished product.
I got the pdf version directly at bigtimespaghetti at a very reasonable price.

I'm always after Lealana funded Litecoins but in this case I'm concerned because of the holograms. Do you know what caused the holograms to become daged over time? Seeing as they were in their capsules they weren't really exposed to the elements so what would the reason for the damage be? It's a bit surprising too considering that the coins are only a couple of years old.
I am not the original owner but as far as I know have the coins been stored in the original capsules in room temperature. I have inspected the coins with a magnifier there are no sign of mishandle. I speculate that the damage is caused by tensile stress on the metal in the hologram since the private key creates a "bump" in the middle of the hologram. If you inspect the pictures then will you see that the damage is located near the edge of the where the private key is located. I am not a material scientist so I could be wrong.

Physical crypto section. Don't leave Kialara out of it, he's the only one to do anything new since Casascius Even squared object can be seen as a coin. All kinda weird shapes of coins exist. I don't care too much about the actual name of the sub-forum, as long as there is a place to discuss topics "like this". But I like your name better than my name if it comes down to that Think Blazzed and AnaglogKid came up with some good names too? I think Genesis did some different as well, the technology used is the same as Casascius, but the distribution was pretty original. Edit: I have posted this picture before, I took it at the National historical museum in Lund (Sweden), it is a 20 Kg Copper coin, face value is 10 Rigsdaller It was equivalent to 10 silver coins (1 Rigsdaler), but because silver was scares at that time was these babies minted.

Get home Mitchell! We want to see pictures. I hope this is not the outcome of the custom handling:

I have a few tips to increase your chance of a sale. Pictures is key when selling physical items. Since you don't have a trade record, then would some buyers feel much more comfortable if you take picture of the items together with a hand written paper note with your name + date . You might as well offer escrow for the trades up front. Using a bitcoin ticker to convert your dollar prices would also be more appropriate, after all this is a bitcoin community. Technically will it belong to "Service discussion". Only problem is that it would be drowned in all the discussion about shady bitcoin related businesses. I never look in that section.
I think you could get away with placing it under "Goods" as nubbins point out... the verdict will be up to the mods.
Ideally would should it be in the "Physical coin" section... which we don't have.

As you all know LTC is extremely volatile right now because of the upcoming reward halving. 20 LTC was 0.67 BTC just 8 days ago. By auctioning the item in this period, I will bear the risk of LTC going over 0.025 withing the auction period.
The melt value is currently ~0.05, even if redeemed then will the coins be worth more than that, either as a collectors item or recycled with a new generic hologram. I have seen redeemed Lealana coins being sold for at least twice the melt value on ebay, so I don't find the starting bid unreasonable. It is also possible that a potential buyer will keep the set intact, after all is it a piece of litecoin history.
I have pledged in the OP that you should only bid on this item if you think it is worth your bid.

LTC value + silver melt value is currently 0.35 BTC, starting bid is 0.5 BTC.
Redeeming the coins and keeping them as silver tokens could be an option as well.
