841  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders, what are your views in 2019. on: February 09, 2019, 01:12:10 PM
I'm still positive towards the market situation and I believe that there will be positive things coming our way this year. Bull market would approach us and we will all gain the profit that we all want. I will keep my fingers crossed and believe in the capability of the market.
if you don't show proof then what you say is nothing more than speculation. why are you sure prices can go up this year?
you have to mention the reason and proof? is it due to the halving or fork of Ethereum?
842  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to keep your funds secured? on: February 09, 2019, 01:05:20 PM
Im quite new to crypto so i wanted to know what exchanges do you use and i'd be grateful for advises on security. I currently keep my crypto on localbitcoins but it recently got hacked to im concerned for my money. I want to move it somewhere safe but still be able to make trades without much fuss. Im still learning to trade but im pretty serious about it. Can you recommend me a good exchange that hasn't been hacked yet?
Exchanges not meant for storing it is only for exchanging your funds so if you are storing there means then it is your mistake.Wallets are the one we need to store our funds and the type of wallet will choose the security level and if you want maximum security then you should buy an hardware wallet.
Thats right, if you save in exchange then it's only for trade funds, not saving funds for the long term. You have to know that third
parties can scam anytime, so use a safe wallet like desktop wallet or hardware wallet to save your funds
843  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: why many traders(including me) not getting success on: February 09, 2019, 01:02:21 PM
even though we see a lot of videos read books and know that if we do this, we will be profitable but at last we do same mistakes and lose what could be the reason
1) practice and experience
2) with fear of losing or missing profits we just f*** our trades
3) patients
4) or what other reasons could be?Huh?? please comment
Maybe because of FOMO, even the worst trading isn't your skill, I mean if you keep repeating the same mistakes repeatedly then I suggest switching to stock trading or to another field, ok if 1 to 3 times you repeat mistakes and learn from them, but if more than that, chances are you don't have expertise in that field.
Because trading using these skills means not all people are suitable for this method. so when you try, learn from experience and theory but the results are still a loss, meaning that there is something wrong with you, whether it's your learning method, strategy technique, or your patience?
844  Economy / Economics / Re: Why all people moan about the price of bitcoin? on: February 09, 2019, 12:53:00 PM
People have been waiting for it from many days. Many people bought the altcoin at very high price and people are kept holding them from many days, so once the price start increasing automatically the price of those coins will start increasing in the market.
So it's natural that they always complain with very long prices turning to bullish? I think every investor must be patient.
before investing you must already know that prices might be in a bearish position in the time we don't know. but we know someday condition will definitely change, so be patient
845  Economy / Economics / Re: More Countries Continue To Show Support For Blockchain Technology on: February 09, 2019, 12:46:55 PM
The good news but does not affect the crypto market, just hoping this news can provide a positive sensation for crypto lovers and tech lovers. Hopefully, other countries can also participate in Korea in responding to blockchain technology because this technology is feasible to develop and has many benefits.
I think if this news is heard by many users, it will certainly affect the market, whatever the news will affect although its small and large effect.
the more countries that adopt or support for blockchain, then the effect will be bigger to the market
846  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the Bitcoin is still down? on: February 09, 2019, 09:13:47 AM
The only way we can lift the price or bitcoin market up is by trying to increase the level of demands, because since bitcoin operate on the economic law which states that demands is what determine the price once the demands get high then the market will lift again.
Thats right, the question is how to make demand go up very high? in early 2018, marketcaps could reach more than $ 200 million, currently only around $60 million, very small compared to last year. I think the way is to get investors to trust again to lift demand up
847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can start all over again on: February 09, 2019, 09:08:34 AM
Of course, we can start from the beginning with new hope, hope that in the future crypto will develop better, for months with uncertain conditions, and now the time is slowly for crypto to recover and we can start over again and optimistic results in the future will be even better
I hope everyone will do that also, I'm sure all investors have the same doubts so that marketcaps don't go up now. trauma is still in the hearts of many investors. I will say it's time to forget what happened last year, and start again with new hopes. the trend will definitely change
848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins to invest in for a beginner on: February 09, 2019, 08:59:51 AM
Just choose any coin in the top 10 or top 20 list for your investment and research for a while. And if you can accept the risk about the price can down in anytime or up in anytime, then you can choose every coin in that list. But don't greedy to make a bigger profit in this situation because of it still difficult to see the price will increase higher later. So when you see the candle can show the green, then you can prepare to sell the coin to take your profit.
I think it's a good idea for beginners, of course they don't really understand how to do analysis and research market.
it's better they buy coins in top marketcaps, which have proven to be safer. and of course the potential is still very large
849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Own Gambling Strategy on: February 08, 2019, 11:58:50 AM
We have own startegy and the information that I read is nice and true and most of that are  the most use of the gambler or the player becaudd they can prevent losing from the gambling. Don't be greedy when you play gambling because that is also way that you can earn money and not to lose. But lose is more possible even yoy do startegy so better to use only extra money.
Absolutely right mate,Greed is rhe roots of all failure and addiction in gambling and if this controls you, even what kind of strategy you use will not enough ..because even if we are keeping safe part of the winnings still if we have no control on our self then that amount will be used in betting again and in the end you will go home empty handed again

And i also agree that only the spare money will be spend in playing gambling, other than this will remain in our wallets or in safe keeping
Aiming for profits isn't bad but when you do already comes to a point where you do strive hard even doing the foolish things is already bad or simply a greedy act of yours. On playing gambling we do invest or found
lots of strategies along the way either we self invented or coming from other gamblers as well.Im not discouraging not to make use of any strategy but we should not come to a point on relying on it to make money.
Gambling is for entertainment and no strategy will ensure profitability.
The point, there is no strategy that guarantees you 100% to win. thats why you should use that as entertainment only.
but indeed in some games,  strategy could reduce the risk of losses, such as poker and so on.
850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Unforgettable Gambling Stories... on: February 08, 2019, 11:48:14 AM
At a time in my gambling life i almost lost everything but help came in before the worst case scenario occur. Approximately gamble with roughly 10,000$ a week with the whole of my savings and they all went down to nothing untill i found a friend who i cried upto for help as he was better than me in gambling, at that time i was left with just 1,000$ out of the 10,000$ but was able to recovered 10% of the capital  Cry
Thats bad, I've also experienced that, and maybe most addicts also experience it. gamble with all the savings, the worst might be bankrupt, but began to understand the consequences in the days after, made me abandon my intention to use everything. the lesson was to use special funds for gambling.
851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you play loteries ,did you won something on: February 08, 2019, 11:40:49 AM
lottery is gambling too?
If lottery is considered gambling then we all are gamblers lol. Who doesn't play lottery? Almost everyone I know has played this thing before. I played it severally a long time ago, never won  though.
Of course, you need luck to be able to get a prize at the lottery, you can't play with the strategy in the lottery right?
actually I often get prizes in traditional lotteries, like get glasses, clothes, watches and so on.
852  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: about exchanges kyc withdraw! on: February 08, 2019, 11:36:36 AM
Big volume exchange binance you can deposit and withdraw without KYC (withdrawal limitation) very interesting experience.

In other words, you can launder your money (2 BTC) for free Cheesy
It's a common practice on several exchanges, maybe do to regulation and stuff, but yeah it's very annoying when you don't know that withdrawal require KYC, and weirdly there is no information about it when you want to deposit. I know they have terms that we can read but somehow it looks like they deliberately leave it like that so some people will fall for this 'trap'.
Its a big trap tho Cheesy

I really don't deposit any money directly into exchanges before reading their terms and conditions but lot others do that in a hurry and end up losing their money by failing to do what they were asking for verification.Being a big money holder always risky.
This is still become a polemic, some users have no problem with that and I have verified data in poloniex and binance. but if you disagree with that. You can still trade and withdraw with certain limits, and  moreover there are still many exchanges that don't apply KYC
853  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: do bitcoin gambling sites need gambling licenses? on: February 08, 2019, 11:32:32 AM
am new to forum, I currently use mainstream sites like betfair but as looking to gamble my bitcoins but wondered if dice sites etc need a licensee, and should I steer clear of ones that don't?
I think the gambling sites need to be licensed to operate. This helps to reduce illegal activities such as fraud, money laundering ... gambling sites have a lot of impact on bitcoins. It reduces people's confidence in bitcoin
In the online world anyone can make a gambling site, you don't need a license to operate it. but for gambling sites to be more secure
and reliable, of course licenses are needed. license is required but not mandatory #imo
854  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin = Nerd money or not? on: February 08, 2019, 11:25:06 AM
So, most of the people in this thread agree on one thing, Bitcoin is Smart Money and Fiat currency is Stupid Money. Also, the people who label Bitcoin as Nerd money are not that smart or should I rather say, not smart enough to use it.  Grin

A label will not deter smart people to replace Stupid technologies with Smart technologies, it will just motivate them more to prove stupid people wrong. I say again,  ---<< Nerds will rule this world >>---  Grin
Bitcoin is not just smart, its ultimate because no one can ask you why you are using this are paying to someone only you are in the full authority of your money, full freedom.Just use #freedomofusingourmoney to label the bitcoin and trend it everywhere. Cheesy
I think that does not mean that fiat is stupid money, in my opinion Bitcoin has a technology that is far more sophisticated and that is above fiat technology, but it does not mean fiat is stupid. and I will not mention that bitcoin is a nerd, so many people here are millennial people who are open to technological innovation
855  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to keep the BitCoins Safe? on: February 08, 2019, 11:20:14 AM
if you want your bitcoins to keep safe, create a trusted and safety wallet for your bitcoins, and it's on you if your token will be safe in your hand, because sometime if you press or download some files or apps in bitcoin, it have a backdoor that hackers using it.
Yeah do not carelessly download something on internet, because maybe the application contains a virus that can steal data on your computer. use an antivirus and use a safe wallet, and make sure you add additional security like sms verify, it will be much safer
856  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you have a reason to stay? on: February 08, 2019, 11:17:55 AM
we can be optimistic about ourselves, but still very difficult for others. currently investing in bitcoin must have great knowledge about crypto. I personally still believe that crypto will be a financial solution in the future. it's just that this won't be good in a short time. so for crypto people, most believe in bitcoin.
What I believe now is that crypto innovation is still very new, of course the development and renewal of crypto will still continue, from that I am sure that the lifetime of bitcoin is still very long and that is the reason I stay
857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Want to quit? Here's how on: February 07, 2019, 07:29:39 AM
I wish that every people who were still playing gambling could know how to quit from gambling and they can quit gambling in anytime they want
~snip~
I wish that way so there will be no more addiction, gambling has to be part of the entertainment activity in our life, it should not dictate
us on what to do. Getting addicting is a cause by our wrong action, it's not hard to learn and be discipline gambling if we know how to implement our strategy and be in control of ourselves.
I think it's impossible, we know that gambling players are millions of people and they have their own traits, some of them may live  in gambling and that's their way of life, we must understand that addiction is a normal thing in gambling world, there is no exact way to get out, then come back to each the player wants to be healed or not
858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Understand addiction! on: February 07, 2019, 07:20:41 AM
IMO, family and environment are play the main role for recovery process.
Personally I never experience any addiction since I knew gambling 5 years ago because I still control myself for not gambling.

Ever got addicted ? Yes, especially when I won big. But again I still can control myself !
I think most gambling players must have experienced addiction either short or long time. because when you win you will certainly get a sensation of pleasure and that will make you forget the plan that you have made, once again control is very important
859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you still continue? on: February 07, 2019, 07:18:26 AM
What will you do if after losing several times in gambling, you are left with only small amount of money and that money will be for your fuel or for transportation, will you still continue with the little you are left with? What if you lose?
If I loss on several times then I would I will take a break but I will not take leave from gambling. And once after rest I will try to gambling again.
If you are having fun in gambling then its ok to continue playing after your resting period, but if you just focus on the money I think its addiction now and its not that good if you still continue. Losing more can make you realize that gambling is too bad for you, hope you will realize it.
the point is that as long as gambling doesn't have a bad influence on your life, it's no problem to keep playing. I think many people has give advice on how to control themselves, limit funds, so gambling doesn't have a bad impact, then use that trick so you can continue gambling without any problems
860  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin legal and illegal countries on: February 07, 2019, 06:06:38 AM
So far I know still little country have allowed for using bitcoin as legal transaction, like united state, Japan and Russia. Many country have not allowed for using bitcoin as payment transaction and India have banned bitcoin.

I think that sooner or later, Bitcoin will become legal in almost all countries. At the moment, some countries have banned bitcoin just because they don't understand it and are afraid of the consequences that may be after that.
They understand it, I think the government will not be that stupid by making a ban without clear calculations and analysis, the point is the government wants a win-win solution, not detrimental to the government side, the government just hasn't found a way to do it
Exactly, they wanted to make sure that in each decision to make they will gain, some countries doesn't like independicity, they will do everything in their power to make sure that they have a winning position, they are not new to this as bitcoin already a talk around the mass media's but still they are not
allowing such new payment system without their controls.

We can't easily change their minds, but demands will surely pressure them after more adoptions coming from different countries will be implemented.
I think so, when their society presses the government to legalize bitcoin, the government will not be able to do anything.
and I'm sure that will happen in the future because every year the user growth always goes up
