USD fall does not mean usd will be replaced by another currency dude, let alone bitcoin, but the fall of dollar rate may be very influential for bitcoin market and other usd opponent, usually that influence can be strengthening at bitcoin price, if usd strengthen it could be bitcoin price weakened #imo

I think don't too complicated to use a variety of wallets like hardware wallet or etc, I've been using online wallets for years, but I've
never had a hacking problem, I just added 2fa to every wallet account I have, and I have different passwords for each account

Yeah you're right some Asian countries some time ago give a surprising rule by banning bitcoin circulating in their country, of course it makes us shock, after that some countries follow it, their reason is almost same because bitcoin is used for illegal activities like funding terrorist and threaten the existence of fiat
