I've got another quick update. This change won't be visible readily to you guys on the site, but it's very handy. All game prices are now updated automatically at regular intervals, so prices should stay current even with sales going off and on at any part of the day/night. This should eliminate the occasional issue with out of date price information on SteamCoin due to sales.
Good to hear, there will be sales next week if I am correct.

FTA is a bitch to get working now... I gave up long ago....
From what I understand: 1. Buy a Receiver 2. Buy a Dish 3. Set up Dish 4. Hook it up to the Receiver 5. Flash the Receiver with custom Firmware 6. Input the key for a satellite TV account (Usually Dish Network) What brand of Receiver did you try and use? I'm sorta leaning toward NForce for an HD one or if I choose non-hd I might get a NanoSat.

Wow, so that is a very profitable setup then a 5G/Hash is going to be pulling in a fair bit more than $1 a day. I am currently in the process of building a mining rig of my own, so if i can get anything like this sort of build, i will Remember you need USB ports to hook the singles up to, and the miner runs on the computer. At least that's my understanding. Also those singles will make you 3.7BTC a day, and that exchanges for about $23 currently.

I've been looking to replace my overly priced Comcast cable with an FTA Receiver and Satellite Dish. Is there anyone experienced with setup or just has plain information on the subject? I've been looking at difference Receiver brands and I'm not sure which one to choose, any recommendations? Know of any active forums for me to explore?

Wow, i didn't realize you could get that sort of G/Hash for that money. Do you know what sort of power output you'd be creating? As the power bills would surely be enormous?
At 560watts from all 7 of the singles, and $0.10/KwH, it would cost $1.344 a day worth of electricity. I like to use this calculator for things: http://allchains.info/calc.htmlButterFlyLabs Website: http://www.butterflylabs.com/products/

I would buy 7 BFL Singles with that money, about 5.7GH/s for $4193 @ only 560watts

The sun rose in the east today, too. Shocking, huh? That's why many of us have signed up with a wide variety of pools.
I was just answering his question.

Pools are getting hit hard? What do you mean? My pool hasn't been "hit" in any significant way for months. It's hard to see how any disadvantage from pools being hit could be greater than the disadvantages of solo mining at 1 Gh/s (one being the difficulty you are having now - is it even working?).
Multible pools like Deepbit and BTC Guild are under DDoS threats and attacks.
