882  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-05-23] 'BTC Is Not Bitcoin’ Says Craig Wright on: May 26, 2019, 03:14:15 PM
hype champion , can give it to him
I don't understand the motives though , the only and the best thing to prove he is Satoshi is to send coins or sign a message  from one of the addresses of the genesis block
think that would be the proof we are looking for , not being the "author" of the white paper or anything else
what is he trying to achieve , there is no coming back now , it is either he is branded a liar forever or he proves he is Satoshi

money making opportunities when you do not know how discord invites work ?  Grin
there are two types of invites : the ones that expire after a certain period of time and the ones that don't expire
so you are asked to make sure you tick that options and choose expires after: never option

884  Economy / Gambling / Re: Simplest bitcoin lottery, totally free, no registration required, real-time on: May 26, 2019, 10:38:24 AM
More bitcoin lotteries have been getting into existence, as a level higher to the same now registration free lottery service have come into reality. We've got sports betting access without any form of registration and the same is now possible with lottery service.

how many of them are anywhere near popular?
there is literally a graveyard of them somewhere at pages 30 to 50 here
I am sure I saw at least twenty of them past several month and not a single one is popular
well except for 8bet which is doing well , actually
a project like OP's though has no future since there is 0 initial invetment and the concept is not good enough to attract investors or players
885  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♨️🎲 WINDICE.io 🎲 Choose your lucky number 🔰 Progressive Faucet💰 Jackpots 🎁❤ on: May 26, 2019, 07:20:19 AM
🎥 THE VIDEO CONTEST is now closed.
I wish that not only names of the five winners will be announced, but also their five-won videos will be published publicly on Windice Youtube channel. We need official channel to spread the popularity of Windice site out much faster. And, such contest-won videos (that have best quality among submitted videos) should be considered for further usages. Maybe, there are not all of those five videos are suited for purposes to use in official channel of Windice.io, but some of them likely suited.

I've watched them all entries , there are several decent videos ,one of them is standing out and is well worth to be considered as an official video
there will be an official youtube channel soon ,it is being done and some of the winners will have their video (and the reflink ,haha) published there
don't forget to check windice's forum for the ongoing promotions : https://forum.windice.io/forums/windice-promotions.27/
there is a weekly 0.01 btc challenge and top poster of the month going , plus there can always be a surprise promotion or challenge posted ,so do not miss out
886  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 29 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: May 25, 2019, 05:27:25 PM
I used to love rain a lot, specially in early years when there was random people raining over as well and there was so much chaos going on in that chat, it basically created its own legends and there was people who we all knew. Raining times were always the most talked times of the day, like it got up x10 more messages in a second all of a sudden and people would talk even if they didn't get any rain.

After certain years it lost its appeal to me, first of all it was never a big amount of money, since we already have free faucet I could just use that if I wanted free money and instead of waiting for a lucky low chance rain I could totally do faucet multiple times. Its still amazing but I just do not want to spend time on it.

early years it wasn't unheard of people raining 0.5 bitcoin in chat , the minimum tip was 50.000 satoshi  Wink
strangely enough , people tend to love free money , this phenomenon is yet to be studied
but waiting for rains is never a good thing to do , you should value your time more than that
I guess it depends on if you deposit or not , but even if you do not have much money , imho , it is easier to deposit 1-2$ and try to make something from it
than to depend on other people's pittance and rains
887  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: easy bite for scammers on: May 25, 2019, 02:09:34 PM
how many ICOs here at this forum turned out to be scams?
more than you can imagine , it is not easy to catch the scammers and the best thing is just to avoid investing in any projects you have doubts about
usually risky means borderline scam and if the offer/ico sounds too good to be true it usually is
888  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ Bitcoin Video Casino ★★★ - ||| Over 500 BTC in Progressive Jackpots! ||| on: May 25, 2019, 12:04:21 PM
This casino sent me a promotion offering free coins.   No deposit or nothing.   I had almost $60 worth of coins to mess with within an hour.

No other casino ever has done this.   Pretty sweet promotion.

Are for sure? As far as I know they do not have any faucet to okay with, only with new member before signing up that can get 100 play money which you can bet couple of times for trying the site. I do not think that it can be converted to real money. This is not how they attract their customer, I do not know if there is any new update on this because I can't find any of it related

I don't think so , a random newbie receiving promotions from bitcoin video casino ?
I am a long time player there yet I don't remember any promotions sent to me worth 60$
if there is any promo going I would love to be a part of it  Cheesy
889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin G. a scam? on: May 25, 2019, 10:21:13 AM
even if it is not a scam then I would never consider investing in it or buying it
its reputation has been tarnished by the infamous premine by the owners
add to that the btg wallet scam where they even put it on the official page , this doesn't mean the coin is scam per se
but the creators are not exactly trustworthy or not very competent at the very least
890  Economy / Gambling / Re: CrashBot - Investment 3% daily profit (BTC, ETH, LTC Deposit) on: May 25, 2019, 08:10:16 AM
So this investment type would mean that we would give you are money then you would play for us right?
Is there anyone on this forum that could vouch for this any high rank since it would be easy to create a new account .

do you think any high ranked member would vouch for a ponzi-like project?
this is exactly what will happen (in ideal scenario) you pay money and he runs bot and profits 3%+ a day with it
as I said before more transparency and better statistics needed before anyone trusts his money , I mean not the small change of 10-20$
891  Other / Archival / Re: 🎰 Livecasino.io 📢 Play and get free bets! on: May 24, 2019, 09:19:26 AM
I always show interest on new casino websites at least once. Because I want to tray all the websites. And to see if new websites from my used websites are better than they are. So I must make an account at your Livecasino.io website. Not only that, I love playing casino games, I'm looking for Better Better website. But I do not understand how much amounts I would have to deposit for the first time.

What is the reason for you to try out every new casino when most new casino are made every day to scam the people.  A new gambling website cannot be better than the old ones on which gamblers are playing since many months / years and have not faced any issues.

Its better to stay away from new casino and only try them when you find some nice reviews about those new sites.

well to be fair if there are no new casinos created how to make sure the scene is competitive
some are not created just to scam people, hope livecasino is one of the legit casinos and is here for a long haul
sometimes new casinos offer good bonuses to get new people in and taking advantage of the offers is smart
exercise your usual caution though as with any new casino - do not deposit more than you can afford to lose
892  Economy / Gambling / Re: CrashBot - Investment 3% daily profit (BTC, ETH, LTC Deposit) on: May 24, 2019, 08:38:48 AM
3% income without doing anything? I wish everyone had to make it that way too but in reality, no one would gonna give you something like that even if you say 1% profit since you didn't do anything. As far as i know, investing to gain a percentage of profit is a ponzi because i already experienced this one before.

its income paid from their bot profits and yes this is for doing nothing but sending money
pretty much as in any investment , you do not need to do anything at all other than making sure you do not invest into an obvious scam
in reality with more transparency and WAY less daily profit % promised  this could work , it is not unheard of to make 5-10% a month gambling slowly and with a certain system (for some time)
but there is too much uncertainty about the OP , the bot , the sites he is using it at etc. + there is no bot that can be profiting in the long run 90% a month
this is bound to fail at some point , but if you are a rsiky individual - you can try

893  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Advise Newbies To Enter Bitcoin Now? on: May 24, 2019, 08:20:53 AM
I don't. I let them discover it themselves. But if someone asks me about it, I will tell them about Bitcoin, and if I see a positive interest I will encourage them to go into Bitcoin. We are wondering why Bitcoin is has not yet reached mainstream and yet we don't wan't to share our knowledge with Bitcoin in fear of being blamed if ever they suffer losses.

well if they do not learn from you , obviously positive towards crypto and bitcoin
they could go and listen to some retarded people who think it is a ponzi or even worse
this way they could never learn about it or start with a negative image in their mind
so I would advise newbies any and every chance I get
894  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Most Popular Bitcoin Casino | V2 & New games out now! 👽 on: May 24, 2019, 06:46:00 AM
This is what greed bought to people. This is sad that everybody does not have the right mind to control them. They are letting their greed swallow and take them. If I have that kind of amount, I will withdraw it all and hodl to a hard wallet.
You really cannot call them greedy, they just took a chance and that is it, he made more than 300 bitcoin just because he got lucky and if he thinks he wants to push further with his luck, then it is his choice because he started off with 25BTC and he was sitting over 300 BTC, you cannot call it greed even if he losses half of that profit he earned, if not for his balls he would not made that much in the first place  Tongue.
We do have our own interpretations on that matter, backing you up as the gambler already test his luck to the point that he already reached such amount so pushing forward is not a greedy move but trying to comes up for more as he got nothing to lose, using the earnings from the gambling house itself, so there's no problem with him.

a true gambler never stops that easily Smiley
but I can't believe people calling him greedy just because he made not 800 bitcoins but only 200 or so
he did great and he was gambling on the house's money (after the initial win)  , so he risked and tried to win more and failed
happens , at least he can enjoy the things he bought and had lot of adrenaline fueled fun in the process
895  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ Crypto-Games.net ⭐ 4 Years Old ⭐ Coinswitch added, 35 new coins! ⭐ on: May 23, 2019, 09:31:03 AM
When will you guys update your design? Any plans on doing that?

Should they update the design? I think they will keep the current design for long time as it looks like a classic design which is not used by most dice sites that uses modern design. I do even think that by having classic design is something that makes them differ from other sites so it can be easily remembered by players.

Maybe ur right in some part but idk this is not rly classic design its just bad design :S .

You can have old fashioned design which is functional and good UI but this has rly ugly design and rly bad UI.

For example i like how just-dice does it its old classic design but its actually functional.
People do have different views towards each gambling site. Some might like or may not like CG design but havent you consider on how long they've been here
on this market? People do still love to play on this site in spite of its UI.Im not defending them coz im a signature participant but gamblers do have its own choice,
it might be too generic compared to new sites design but you cant find anywhere having "no speed limit" feature  Grin We wont know if they would change their design or not
in near future and lets see on Admin's response regarding to this matter.

I'm not biased in any ways towards c-games , but as a gambler with experience
I can say that design is functional and easy to use , thats what counts to me
can be improved as in less clicks to get to some menu points ,but this is not something critical
all in all I think cryptogames design is good enough to not consider any major revamping and changes
896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If there is a store like Amazon or ebay that accepts only BTC would you use it? on: May 22, 2019, 03:21:05 AM
What I'm trying to ask is would you use that type of store with your crpyto (maybe that store accepts more crypto not only BTC) or you see crypto only as an asset that will provide you more fiat money in the future?

of course I would use it , without a doubt
I'm a staunch supporter of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general , so the more stores that allow direct purchases with btc the better
I would not buy just because it accepts btc if it doesn't have competitive prices or offer no goods I'm interested in , though
as for treating crypto as an asset , yes it is an asset to me currently simply because there is no infrastructure ready to use it as money at the moment
maybe soon , when there are more stores like you've described appear and there is more competition and the adoption is huge - this is the goal in mind
897  Economy / Gambling / Re: ReelDice.com - The Bitcoin Dice Industry meets change [EDITED] on: May 21, 2019, 04:51:35 PM
I have a very good grasp of what provably fair is Smiley I've been betting since 2013 and played on the vast majority of the dice sites that exist
and I never called your site scam ,I said dice sites that offer deposit bonuses are strongly associated with scam (and it is my personal opinion ,not a generally known fact)
simply because  there were several dice sites that offered bonuses and all of them are offline , many gone rogue
example:duckdice got lot of flak for it and the owner is wearing red tag still and stopped offering bonuses , you can search the forum yourself for the full story if you want to
oh and 2% house edge is what makes all the difference , with 1% house edge and 50x wagering requirement it is too easy for a good dicer to achieve the rollover and withdraw

Yes, I've read about what happened to duckdice. And I insist, it's all a matter of not handling things properly. I started working in online casinos in late 1999. You know 888casino today? Well, back then, they were known as CasinoOnline, and they had a scandal related to bonuses worth about $250k. They never paid those players, claiming bonus abuse. The scandal eventually quieted down and they went on to sponsor those famous tattoos in boxing I'm sure you've heard about. They handled it badly and went a couple years with red flags. But eventually made it huge. Duckdice will too if they do it right. Not making the players happy is not the way to go about it. But you can't make everybody happy, impossible. But you can make things just, and right.

I also once saw a casino where a player broke their bank. The owner called him up and they came to a payment arrangement which allowed the casino to continue and the player to collect. This was a $400k win. My point is that every situation can be fixed, it takes the will of both parties to achieve that. But it mostly takes the will of the casino to ensure that the player is tended to. Sometimes, it just takes the player being offered unhindered contact to upper management to make a huge difference in how things play out. After all, we're all just people. It's not hard, communication is always key.

As far as bonuses go, and from the research we've done on dice sites, there are no experienced operators that know the bonus structures that also know how to run the numbers. It's like they are pulling bonus structures out of their asses and no wonder they get bit, the numbers have to match. One of the very first things we built was a game simulator, so we could run millions of spins under different conditions and situations to see how the bonus structure and the actual game behaved. We have run billions of hands on our game, and I can tell you that yes, we may get wiped out by some lucky players, but we have no intention of going away if god forbid that ever happened, we will make every attempt to remain in business, and succeed. At least as long as I'm around.

I should mention also that the owners have been around about the same length of time as me, and we have many years of combined experience. i can't be sure, but to me, personally, this seems like a project that has a real good chance of success. Here's hoping that I'm right.

fair enough
I respect people who can provide arguments to support their point of view , but my opinion stays the same: you would have been better off not offering deposit bonuses , you will find out why later Smiley
you are absolutely right , there are no trusted operators that run deposit bonuses , maybe Rocket run but it is not exactly a dice site and their promotion is time limited
I guess since the site offers no faucet or any other starting bonus , the deposit bonus is your way to get the players onboard
correct me if I'm wrong , your dice is 2% HE only for the bonus rollovers or is it 2% house edge  bonus or no bonus?
forgive me my pessimism but I've seen dozens of dice sites come and go and all of the owners were full of plans and enthusiastic ....
only strong survive in this business , I am all for  variety and competition , good luck!

898  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-05-17] Facebook Registers Secretive ‘Libra’ Cryptocurrency Firm in SWI on: May 21, 2019, 11:53:05 AM
there is nothing concrete about this project "Libra"
everyone assumes it is going to be a cryptocurrency token or a startup dealing with the new facebook supported cryptocurrency
I would wait for the official announcement or more info , this project "Libra" can be anything ,really
Bitfinex raised 1 bil for their token and it can be a successful campaign and a successful token , just look at BNB
despite all the problems , its price has gone up from 1-2$ to 26$ at some point , think it is at 25$ currently

900  Economy / Gambling / Re: ReelDice.com - The Bitcoin Dice Industry meets change on: May 21, 2019, 05:47:19 AM
the concept  is not new , bitvest had 6 digit dice for ages
it does allow for larger multipliers so its a good thing
other than that I do not see many pros there , its a new site , there is no mobile version as far as a I can see
the site looks deserted , the chat is empty and as much as I love good sense of humour , deposit bonuses are nothing to be joking about
still didn't get it - if it is real or a joke?
you cannot be offering 50% deposit bonuses with 50x wager on dice with a 1% house edge and provably fair rolls , it doesn't work this way
You are right, nothing is new there but it's okay if they want to start this business.
Website is still in beta, I guess, and they are working on desktop website optimization to ensure users would be comfortable to play, so it can be the reason why mobile version is not ready or not available yet.

50% deposit bonuses? why not? that's pretty good to generate more users to join the platform.

because deposit bonuses in a provably fair dice site is strongly associated with scam
name one legit provably fair dice site offering deposit bonuses?
this is due to the nature of provably fair dicing , since 50x wager is easily achieved
and it is either the site is giving the money away or it is a scam
either way I would never ever deposit to such a dice
