Hey FortuneJack, this is a really great prize for some lucky person but from what I can see your the one making the biggest impact in the cryptocurrency community giving away 1 BTC, so I think you should keep the prize yourself Wink

I learned recently if it seems to good to be true then is generally is so for that reason I'm not going to take part in this although at 1 BTC its very tempting lol Shocked

Yes, its too good to be true and best about it is that its true )))

haha, we will be happy for your application, jump on board!

Ok...

finally i talked whit ROBERT on the Live Chat... but he can't solve the problem 'cause "there are no account with my mail registered".

WHAT???
I'm an old member SINCE JANUARY 2015 !!!!! and problably when i registered wasn't necessary an email...

...but... they know my email because last month 26.01.2018 they send me an email to exchange my cryptocoin before 02.02.2018.

On 06.12.2017 they send me a mail to confirm a withdrawal.

I don't know why they answered me that they don't have an account registered with my mail.
But i hope they solve the trouble quickly.

I know you're a old fortunejack player, i even remember(was probably a big win that's why remembered! lol) you posting a win of yours in this thread. i'll request David to look into this matter. Smiley

Hmm. I was able to play on FJ back in 2013 (or 2014, I think), I remember they always asked for an email to register with. Though I am not sure since that is too long ago.

.....
Fortunejack did have email field but it was optional back then.

The reason why most gambling sites want you to use an email is incase you lose access to the account.

Many sites want you to be able to gamble right away and give you instant deposits and no account creation. Basically a private key is generated as a secret URL and it's linked to your account.

Issue with this is if you lose this URL. Either your computer crashes or you lose your phone and then you are out of luck.

This is the disadvantage for those registering method on some gambling sites on where you can directly play without the need of an email address because once the link or profile address is lost then say goodbye to your funds unlike on registering with a recovery email which will assure you that you can recover it once you forgot it.Talking back into support which they don't able to track out your email then its really an impossible thing. Its either you haven't played or registered at all.

Hi,

i played for over 3 years on FJ without any issue... and they know my mail because before confirming a withdrawal, they contacted me by mail... only 2 months ago!!!

Hoping they solve the issue.

Hi Hura, I DM-ed you, I am here for help as I said and i got a quick solution already I think : )

I don't know how many of you guys play dice on FortuneJack since as I can see you love their slots, but imo dice is just amazing there. It is really super fast even with the smallest bets like 10 satoshis. Also, maybe I was just very lucky, but I've never seen more than 8 reds in a row playing on 2x multiplier so far. Some might think that this comes as no surprise for a dice game with 1% house edge, but as one who plays dice a lot on different gambling sites I'm telling you, it is a very nice surprise for me. Smiley

All in all, I've managed to go to 17k satoshis from their faucet today. Great site. I'll be back for sure.

thanks for nice words betwrong <3 we are waiting for you here.

Hello BTalkers!

We love your passionate community, we love our community of players, and we love the cryptocurrency community as a whole. We have a lot of love to give, but you can't transfer love into your Bitcoin wallet, now can you?

So on top of spreading the love, we're going to start spreading the Bitcoin: starting this month, we're giving away 1 BTC, just for making any sort of positive impact in the world of cryptocurrency.

The possibilities are endless. Off the top of our head, we thought maybe an article, a video, a yoga class for stressed investors, a happy hour for stressed investors who prefer barstool yoga, or just a simple tweet!

The impact doesn't have to be online — it could be underground for all we care — we just want to encourage community involvement and inspire would-be influencers to come out of their shell! (It could put a free Bitcoin in their pocket, after all.)

TO WIN:
Share your impact on Twitter with the hashtag #JACKMATE, and let us know by joining the Official FortuneJack Discord Channel, which, yeah, we have now. And it's awesome. And it's even better when there's free Bitcoin being handed out on it every month. (There's a lot of other benefits too, of course. You should check it out!)

The more you impact, the better your chances of winning, and you have a new chance to win every month.

And as a bonus, impacting your community is rewarding on a personal level in and of itself. So even if you don't win, you still win.
Good luck, have fun, and we CAN'T WAIT to see what you come up with!

Dear TMAN

Quote
how about employing managers to work on the weekend? new users are probably coming here to complain after receiving the BS responses from your online support.

As I already stated, we have established special meeting already today to make some changes in managerial structure and communication practice to improve handling of a critical withdrawal issue.

Quote
and you mentioning your signature campaign has absolutely 0 to do with withdrawals

To make it clear again. I am mentioning this to underline the fact of how long FJ has been established here on btc talk and how much we have been involved in the community always. I think during all those years we have established ourselves as fair clients and all the scam accusations at the end were resolved the way player wanted to, just due to some occasions it took a bit more time than usual. Please do not misinterpret our words.

Please tell me why you continue to act like someone scamming me

Yes, we are running the well-established business venture for over five years to steal 99LTC's from you. If you were aiming to hear this dear player, here you go. Now let me answer you publicly, and also do not misinterpret words of our support, they politely notified you, that as the case is public already, all correspondence between us will be transparent for our dear community from now on.

We have indeed approved your transaction firstly. Here you see a screenshot proving our action. The section covered is your IP, as a respective business, we do not make this information public, of course.

Secondly, funds didn't reach your account, because you have indicated non-existent wallet as a delivery option.

Check your wallet address on link as well http://explorer.litecoin.net/address/MA5i8r8V2ak2Bu8f9GrbP3JjHUmGELAaxs

please, update your wallet information with correct wallet address and you will receive your funds.

Also, we couldn't help to notice that this is your first ever transaction on FortuneJack and also your first posts on BTC talk. Our fraud department will be monitoring your account on FJ and investigate this case. We will make investigation transparent in case of any suspicions on multi-accounting.

Cheers.

Hi David, I thought I let you know this

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2975845.0

Not sure if it is legit or not but you should take a look  Smiley

Thanks oHnK,

I have seen topic and already solved an issue will quote my response in that thread here as well because the issue is becoming serious.

Hi Dear Player,

I am here to give you updates on your case. As already checked with our fraud control department, you have been accepted for a withdrawal and have funds reached your account. Your request has been checked and this is standard procedure in every online casino ever existed on this planet or digital reality. Because of the weekend, this took a little more time than usual, which is 2 days.

FortuneJack has been a victim of serious attacks on digital reputation recently, we have had several cases against us that by industry standards make absolutely no sense and are creating buzz during weekends when most of the managerial staff has day-offs and fast reactions are harder than usual. All of those cases were started by users just registered on BTC TALK, fortunejack has been one of the oldest members of this community and our signature campaign I think is actually longest running one here. We are seriously concerned about this issues and are working on policy or guideline to somehow deal with issues in-house firstly. I want to ask old BTC talkers and also administration to make some steps as well, maybe reviewing this kind of topics before going public is an idea as well. This damages our digital reputation, SEO and smells really fishy sometimes.

Cheers.

Hhampuz is right, its just a matter of time when our fraud control department will detect multi-accounting and will suspend all accounts, especially if those accounts are created just to take advantage of promotional offers Smiley

(. . . . snip long rant. . . . )

So you are basically saying that FJ should just walk away from their Tos? You do know that when people sign up to a service, any service, and they break the terms of that service they are not entitled to anything. Does not matter how much money is at stake since you accepted the terms when you signed up.

In my point of view, Terms of Service most of the time are the basis for conclusions, however, sometimes Terms of Service are being used to reject claims that totally have nothing to do with the conditions that are not met. Please do not get me wrong as I do not oppose your statement Hhampuz, I am just simply sharing my POV to this kind of circumstance.

Well if this guy opened up 25 accounts to abuse a promotion or bonus, and then he wins on one account and want to withdraw his winnings, I don't agree with him getting those funds, I believe FJ has every right to deny it, as he broke the ToS in an extreme fashion. This has happened to me with RL casinos when I was young and dumb. Why should a BTC based casino be any different?

I won with my "own" money. There are several others complaint on here with no pay as well. This casino has until Monday to pay me or i'm filing legal complaints. Starting with Mr. Irakli Kiguradze their co-founder on down.

I really want to help you, but you already admitted that you broke one of the major rules of gambling on our site. You have already done illegal action and will be really hard to make some kind of agreement here in any instances.

Cheers!
