What kind of game are you talking about?  Is it a board game like mahjong or xiangqi?

Is it a role playing game like dungeons and dragons (http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/龙与地下城)?

Is it a card game?  an online game like world of warcraft?

Your sales pitch sounds enticing but there's not enough info to interest me.

It is not online game.It is a Console Game . It is so charming that nearly every Chinese student love playing.I think you will like it.
What kind of console?

Can you take a mock-up and produce a nearly identical result?

As long as it's not extremely complicated, I should be able to. Have you already made the mock-up?

I could do the job if your not strict about the portfolio. The only work I've done for anyone is for Nefario, and so far it's not much. (I'm helping with the programming of the bitcoin stock market exchange.) I'm only 16, which is why I haven't done any official work for anyone. Mostly I just experiment with programming and webdesign with tons of unfinished projects on my computer. But it's through that experimentation that I've learned everything I know. Also, if you weren't satisfied with my work, I'd give you all the money back, since I don't have any current work to show you.

P.S. Your breadboard should get to you soon, the shipping added $1.15 to the cost.

Edit: Also, if Nefario needs me to do something for him, he would come first, since he hired me first. Just so you know.

I will admit that I am inexperienced, ignorant and expect too much from people at times. I also need to work on my temper but this was not an unethical action. I will take better precaution in the future but I will not let people hurt me like this.

Anyways, I'm done.
Ahaha! You bought a full-on domain name and everything! I usually don't like getting back at people, but devoting a whole website to this incident seems like a really fun way to do it! Way to go!

...(except the pepper spray part. I heard that stuff hurts a ton!)...
Yeah, 'cause actual fire on top of asphalt burns wouldn't hurt much... xD
lol, I guess it's kind of one of those fears of the unknown kind of things. I've had my clothes on fire, and I've experienced hitting asphault at high speeds, but I've never touched pepper spray Cheesy
887  Other / Off-topic / Re: What would you do for $5 of bitcoins? on: March 08, 2011, 04:49:39 AM
How about surfing a bike (stand with one foot on the seat and the other on the handlebar) that is being pulled by a car with a rope or chain, going faster and faster, around corners etc, while your clothes are on fire and your "friends" are trying to shoot at you with paintball guns, with the paintballs spiked with liquid from peper sprays?
I'd actually be willing to do that if I wouldn't get in so much trouble (except the pepper spray part. I heard that stuff hurts a ton!) Of course, I probably wouldn't last long at all, but I'd try. Ideas like that guys!

Those don't sound all that original...
Exactly. I'm not good at making ideas for things like this. I'm just offering myself to do stupid stuff, but no one came up with anything specific, so that's all I came up with. I'm still open to suggestions.

I just had a good conversation with RchGrav on the phone, and I got my codes. Everything went well, and I'd like to say that he's a really honest, trustworthy guy. I would definitely trade with him again.

We now have a few ideas:
  • Put me in a trash can at the top of a crazy, steep, tall baranca hill. Then duct tape the lid shut, and my freinds will run and kick me down.
  • Light my pants on fire, and I will have to jump a fence to make it to safety (The pool on the other side.)
  • Ride full speed down another crazy, steep hill on my skateboard, and then start trying tricks.
Do you think any (or all) of these will get 5000 views?

EDIT: Actually, I'll take two!

You are using clearcoin, right?
Yes, I am. Smiley

Yes, I'm talking to you guys!

You probably have a huge amount of bitcoins, and that must feel good, I guess.

Maybe you convert it into cash, maybe you just hoard your bitcoins until you can buy really great stuffs with them.  I don't know and that is none of my business.

But wouldn't it be nice to diversify a bit and put some of your bitcoins into an other non-inflating currency?  Wouldn't you like to put some of wealth in a nice, classic gold coin?

You can do so, and it can even be fun, since you will be taking part in an on-line auction (believe me: auctions can be fun).

So here you go:  http://www.biddingpond.com/item.php?id=312

happy bidding!

This post actually changed my mind and made me want a gold coin. Whens the next auction?

I still need ideas though. I asked people on facebook, but so far the best idea was, "ride your bike into a mailbox while no handing it backwards," and even if I was good enough at riding backwards to do that, I don't think people would be nearly interested enough in that to get 5000 views. I'm thinking a lot bigger than that.

What skills do you have... bmxing, skateboarding... what about other things that do well on YouTube: play any instruments?  Do humour? Any technical skills that you could make 'how-to' video for?  Can you do animation?  Can you rap?  Any small kids in your household?  Baby videos are always big hits
The only other thing I'm very good at is computer stuff like programming and robotics, but theres so many how-to's for that kind of stuff, it would be hard to get just 1 view.  I play a lot of instruments, but not particularly well on any specific instrument. My humor is too spontaneous to do any kind of standup. I know how to make animations, but only horrible ones. No small kids here. I think the best skill I have in terms of getting peoples attention is the ability to force myself to do things I'm scared of and could potentially injure me.

"The stunts in this video were performed by professionals and/or complete idiots, do not try  doing things like this at home nor anywhere else (but if you do, please video it and post online so we can laugh at you getting severelly hurt)"
Ahahaha! I love it! I'd take out the "professionals" part, and just leave it at complete idiots. I am by no means a proffesional! Cheesy

Today I hurt my back and I kind of fear that it will never be the same.

This makes me realize how important health is, and how mortal we all are.

Take care of your body and enjoy life guys.

My best friend broke got a compression fracture in his back in 5th or 6th grade from a trampoline. He had to go through years of physical therapy, and wasn't able to go out as much. He lost a big portion of his childhood, and he's very lucky that he recovered at all. It was really sad.

How about something like this at the end of the video:
"What could this kid possibly have wanted so much to do this? Find out at http://bitcoin.org.

I'll send you 100 btc at today's exchange rate if the video gets 5,000 views by the end of May.
100 BTC? Sir, you have just motivated me to make a video far more dangerous/painful than the one I what I was previously going to make!
899  Other / Off-topic / Re: What would you do for $5 of bitcoins? on: March 05, 2011, 06:35:55 AM
Just a suggestion regarding the stunt ideas (i'm don't have any BTC yet to offer)

How about sewing a cover made of a cut towel around the rear tire of the bike, bathing it in ligher fluid, then do jumps and other stuff with the wheel on fire? (probably a good idea to protect your back and legs with fire resistant material, and have a few friends nearby each with a fire extinguisher and a cell phone to call the ambulance in case somthing goes too wrong)

Or perhaps put a bunch of tenisballs inside the wheel (between the spokes, i'm not sure how they do it, i think it involves (re)assembling the wheel around the balls) and soak them in lighter fluid and put them on fire?
Sounds like a good idea, just one problem. The only place I have with bmx jumps around here is a bunch of dirt ramps made by the community (Mostly skinheads for some reason) down in the baranca. If I were to do anything in the baranca with fire, with all those trees and bushes everywhere, and with how dry it is down here (Southern California,) theres too big a risk of starting a really serious fire. Otherwise, it would have been a good idea.

This is a really cool idea. I would have so much fun doing something like this for school!
