901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Announcing Alphacoin - the newest altcoin has arrived!! on: June 12, 2013, 02:55:32 PM
yes asshole, with an IQ = 45 now (lower even more), guess what this equivalent to? of course you won't figure it out, you are simply too much retarded!

Learning disabilities are always present in people with IQs around 45. These individuals learn at a significantly slower pace than peers with average intelligence, and they may have greater difficulties with specific subjects. As adults, most of these people have the reading skills of a second- or third-grader at best. Slower-than-average learning, paired with at least two other impairments in areas such as social or self-care skills, are defining characteristics for people with an IQ of 45.

Hmmmm, learning disabilities. Kinda like mining every new coin, that comes out, like it will be the next best thing, and never learning that if you had just spent that time, mining a coin that is already profitable, you would have made more money...Interesting....
902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are Phenixcoin, AmericanCoin, Franko, Nibble, Elacoin, etc. not killed? on: June 12, 2013, 02:48:39 PM

Ah! Checking it it seems like doing a 51% attack would profit a person less then 1BTC. :-p

or even less at all  Cheesy

Not even sure they could make enough to cover electricity...lol

The best part of this thread is that man can feel from thousands miles away all non-fucks microguy had given about it  Grin

You sad souls.. I almost feel for your miserable lifes Shocked
who are you, his fucking groupie? Or do you just wish to have his gold, deep inside your anal cavity

well the numbnutz doesn't seem to give a fly fk at the damage he's doing to gld by artifically proping the market up with his buy orders,

as a gld support (and holder of more then a few), he banned me from his forum just for telling him to backoff his pump of gld Sad

Really? Wow

seriously I think he wants all the KoolAid to himself

lol, no doubt. I wonder if that was koolaid he was drinking, in the video...You'd think a dieing coin, would want to keep all the support it could
905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are Phenixcoin, AmericanCoin, Franko, Nibble, Elacoin, etc. not killed? on: June 12, 2013, 12:03:48 PM
Network Hashrate:
Phenixcoin: 21.72 MH/sec
Franko: 18.28 MH/sec
AmericanCoin: 7.12 MH/sec
Nibble: 4.36 MH/sec (even my grandma has more hashing power)
Elacoin: 1.86 MH/sec (OK now that's ridiculous)

One person alone could easily do a 51% attack.

Why are those coins still traded at exchanges? Why do they still have "value"?

What exchange trades them?

Cryptsy
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vircurex shareholder vote finished | Result: DGC = YES on: June 12, 2013, 11:59:12 AM
That's an aweful lot of thumbs down vs down for digi..  may I ask why, there are so many people that vote down for a coin like that?  If that many people voted no why weren't there more votes for digi?

Again, it's SHARES, not SHARE HOLDERS. If you have own more shares, you own more of the votes.

908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gold Coin (GLD) Info Thread - The Future of Digital Currency [NEW THREAD] on: June 12, 2013, 11:03:49 AM
I like the name of this coin because its finite just as gold is but the 500block reward is off putting, some one should create GLD 2.0 with 1min30sec blocks, Retarget every 1200blocks to prevent massive dumping, 50 coin block reward, and 500mil total coins. Start would have ascending block rewards from 10, 15, 25, 50. You guys start something like this and i'll be all over it

The retarget time has been decreased to less than that. If I knew how to make my own crypto-currency I would, but I don't have the knowledge. However, if you think about it a 500 block reward is just 10x of your 50 so the value is just 1/10th.
Yah I agree was thinking about it and retarget should be quicker maybe same as DGC they seem to prevent massive dumps with it. I think 50coins would be better to prevent GLD from inflating to fast like it has already done.

So basically, make it exactly like DGC....

where the hell is the info about the specs on this coin?

Oh, that's on the old page, that the retard dev locked, so now it can never be bumped again, and will sink away into the abyss. But, smart people, mine GLD Roll Eyes  Besides, who needs specs, when its got gold in the name.
911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [LTC] Litecoin = ASIC resistant is a lie! on: June 12, 2013, 01:39:53 AM
Yes, Litecoin ASICs do not exist yet, but are not harder (or  costlier) to build than any Bitcoin ASIC. It's just a different hashing algorithm!

Scrypt has different parameters than SHA256, but those obstacles should be easily tackled.

really this old arguement again.  scrypt is sha256.  scrypt does a salsa20 8 times mix backwards and forwards, it makes the lookup tables difficult to predict.  you need to load it all into memory to hash it.  it requires a lot of on die memory to load the tables into.  there are no fpga boards on the market that have that much on die ram.  it would cost a fortune to develop.  with most scrypt coins having low value and low liquidity there is not incentive for an investor to deploy the several million it would take to build an fpga or asic just so that can make a few hundred grand.  they woould be competing with GPUs manufacturers which have already invented the wheel.

And, even if someone did do this, the diff would raise so fast, you'd never see a return on the investment, and LTC, would be dead.
912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Yet another GPU miner release! [YAC] on: June 12, 2013, 01:37:37 AM
Does it work after N hits 8192?

Give a shot, I find it can mine at 4.6 KH/s with 7950.

4.6 KH/s with a 7950...And why the fuck would I want to do that? That is far from mining fine, with a 7950..
913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] One last Coin Launch in 4 hours on: June 12, 2013, 01:16:16 AM
Last coin launch? Don't make promises you can't keep Roll Eyes

That looks like a whole lotta premine. Block size?
914  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to Buy Goldcoins! on: June 12, 2013, 01:08:18 AM
Do you guys have any proof of the pre-mine besides just saying it. The last time a thread was made about this, several people disproved it with pictures showing that they had mined some of the blocks that you guys said were "pre-mined"

Last I saw, the block chain indicated a bunch of the 10k blocks were mined by different people, but then sent to the same wallet address.
915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to Buy Goldcoins! on: June 12, 2013, 01:07:06 AM
time to sell before the owner sells his stash!

pretty sure that already happened

lol the second day after it hit the exchange he did it, I'm him

Haha... then why does he go on his account and support the coin. Why don't you go on the account: gldcoin here, and say that your dubs?

Psssst, Dubs, is Krax Wink
