902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's use mBTC instead of BTC on: February 06, 2016, 03:39:22 PM
I don't know about you guys, but more and more often I find myself dealing with numbers like 0.004 BTC, 0.05 BTC, etc. in everyday transactions. I hate decimals and I think most of you are in the same boat as me. Our brain works much better with whole numbers. Given that 1 mBTC is in the same order of magnitude as 1 USD, why don't we start measuring our transactions in mBTC?
I like more to make deals with decimals instead of 1mBTC or 1bits or satoshi, 0.01 is just enough to say instead of thousands of satoshi.

904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ever dreamed about Bitcoin? on: February 04, 2016, 09:42:51 PM
Have you dreamed about Bitcoin before? Well, recently I dreamed that someone sent me 5 BTC to my Mycelium wallet. I told my friend (in the dream) that those Bitcoin worth around 3000 USD. If that was true ... One Bitcoin is equal to 600 USD in my dream.

Well, I hope the dream come true one day - be it free 5 BTC or 600 USD per Bitcoin.
Yes i dreamed a little bit (a dream lasts 1-2 seconds) and i was owning physical bitcoins and my pocket was full of satoshis(real coins) maybe a dream to become true one day.

I'm interested but can you tell me here or on PM where are you shipping the apple tv from?

906  Economy / Speculation / Re: +$20 in the last 24hrs... on: February 04, 2016, 09:34:43 PM
Any particular reason?
I think that people get their salaries at the beginning of the month and people have started investing in bitcoin so the price normally increased.
907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction fees over the last 2 years on: February 04, 2016, 09:31:06 PM
My latest thoughts on the Bitcoin network. This time I was inspired to look at what's actually been happening with transaction fees in light of the various arguments about the impact of block capacity scarcity.

http://hashingit.com/analysis/47-bitcoin-tx-fees
The price in usd changes a lot more than in bitcoin because the bitcoin price has changed through the years. The fees are somewhere at 0.0001-0.0002 but when the stress test was it reached 0.0003 too.
908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming industry is moving to bitcoin, Wargames the first on: February 04, 2016, 09:28:49 PM
so since this place is becoming a war of ignoring button and deleting comment, i'm creating my own thread on this, without the self moderated crap, because this news actually interest me

this is the news https://blog.bitpay.com/bitcoin-comes-to-online-multiplayer-gaming-giant-wargaming/, they have also acquired the total annihilation IP, which means that TA 2 is on the way with Chris taylor
As far as i know g2a also accepts bitcoin as a payment method to buy games there, if i'm wrong correct me someone.
909  Economy / Speculation / Re: Pumping phase active now, Dumping phase to come on: February 04, 2016, 09:25:40 PM
Beware of the Pump&Dupm happening right now. Don't get suckered in.
Price will drop faster than it's going up.
If you buy now, you will be a foolish bag-holder later on.

The price is going back to $400 after few weeks down, after a pump there will be a dump for sure but we hope that the price will go higher.

911  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin replaces the money? Could happen? on: January 31, 2016, 03:28:00 PM
maybe , someday with bitcoin we could buy something . the important thing now hopefully bitcoin currency legalized be recognized throughout the country.

Bitcoin will not replace money. It's just an alternative option of currency made available to us. I don't think it was made to replace anything.
i do agree with you bitcoin is bitcoin and money is money and impossible to see bitcoin replace money but we can use bitcoin to make a money
I'm a bit surprised how people seperate bitcoin and money, i consider bitcoin as money and with money we make payments?
912  Economy / Speculation / Re: $2k in january on: January 31, 2016, 03:20:31 PM
January ends in another 12 hours. Let's hope we at least get back to $400 per coin before the end of the month.
It's Sunday and i doubt that the price will even reach at least $380 nor $400 but 2k it's impossible.
913  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy bitcoin via Credit/Debit Card on: January 31, 2016, 03:17:33 PM
Hello!!! What is the best place to buy btc via credit or debit card? (without tons of verifications, i don't have time) i need quickly!!!
The risk is very high to buy bitcoins via credit or debit card, even if you find any service like this the fees would be really high. With some fees and verification i would suggest Bitok

Bitok don't ask for verifications?
I don't know what exactly they ask but better check fast what are their requirements, it may take only 1 minute.
914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: January 31, 2016, 03:16:54 PM
use my coinbase cold storage , thinking of getting another wallet/cold storage.
Coinbase as far as i know it's not a cold wallet, it is considered as online wallet and i would say it's a Hot wallet?

917  Other / Meta / Re: Why don't people post their locations on: January 31, 2016, 02:58:53 PM
So far, my profile is the only one that I have seen that contains a geographic location. I'm not ashamed to be associated with Bitcoin, I don't owe any money, and I don't cheat or steal. I even tell the truth when submitting tax returns. Smiley Surely I'm not the only one here. Smiley
I don't see that you posted your location (the completely address and zip code). Everyone has it's own preference to post or not the location.
918  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: January 31, 2016, 02:53:12 PM
Personally i use both till now, but i prefer to use Bitcoin online, to make trades and deals.
Offline the bitcoin's not yet used like fiat so we are forced to use the banks

I use both of them too, but recently more bitcoins as it's cheaper and sometimes faster, there are some cons but pros are greater.

But I believe I will go up only with bitcoin wallet as I find no meaning a bank account with no balance as I get all my deals within my bitcoin wallets. Really I say I could not find any cons with using bitcoins for my daily life.

Well if your bank account with no balance then bitcoin is your choice, i prefer bitcoin more but some payments are made only through banks so bitcoin is not available for some deals.
919  Economy / Speculation / Re: $2k in january on: January 31, 2016, 02:49:59 PM
Is it really speculation if you are just throwing out random numbers?
I like the idea that when someone wants to speculate at least to have any basement, about 2k, January it's almost gone and this target was not reached.
