I absolutely agree with how this thing was handled.
And i would expect to receive the source code aswell when buying a company.
BTW: The 2/3 external Escrow is an excellent idea, but i guess they were making good money by holding the coins themselves.

The text on the site has changed again: We are planning to let another company take over Bitmit. Meanwhile we deactivated the site to let you withdraw your funds & complete your orders. The chances are good that Bitmit will be continued.
We are still taking serious offers! I guess the offers until now were just not in the ballpark they expect. |

This kind of sale, if it was one, i would expect from Gox, but Bitmit had a functioning information policy and actually cared about their business and their customers.

Also ich check das nicht, wenn ihr einen Wildfremden trefft und der sagt "Ich hab 100€ für 80€" greift ihr dann auch sofort zu? Nee, die StAnw hält nur noch knapp 1kk zurück, der Rest ist freigegeben. Deswegen hat mich auch der mickrige Anteil von 72% gewundert. Bei 4 Mio EUR Gesamtforderungen kommt 72% doch ziemlich genau hin. Dann könnten sie ja locker alle voll auszahlen, da auf den Konten über 5 waren. Leider wurde von Gesamtforderung nichts erwähnt. Wäre ja auch noch schöner, wenn Rechtsverdreher Gläubigern die kompletten Forderungen mitteilen würden. Aus den 5kk+ Guthaben, weniger als 1kk eingefroren und dem 72% Anteil könnte man jetzt Schlüsse ziehen, aber das mach ich lieber nicht. |

Rechtlich werden die das wohl wie alles was nicht auf das Commerzbank Konto per Überweisung eingezahlt wurde behandeln.

Was ist eigentlich mit dem Fiat was durch handeln auf dem Konto ansich liegt? Das hab ich nicht gecheckt, Handeln war doch kostenlos... das polnische Konto ist noch komplett eingefroren.
