How can you win "legit" by not being legit? I think you are missing the point. As soon as you open up several accounts or break the terms in one way or the other you are no longer eligable nor have any right to what might be "yours". You give up the right.
So for example, you have an account there for a long time, then you forgot the log-in credentials and can't recover it in anyway. Then you created another one, and you deposited and won a fair amount, since you broke the "multi-account" thing in the ToS, will that be enough to not let the withdraw go through? Read below quoted term: You shall notify us immediately if you become aware that you have more than one Member Account. In the event that you fail to do so, we reserve the right to block or terminate all of your betting accounts. So it is clear how to avoid being tagged by multi account in case you forget old account and create new account. Simply notify them about it and it will avoid any issues related to multi accounts thing. Ooopppss. Didn't see that. Thanks. Hhampuz is right, its just a matter of time when our fraud control department will detect multi-accounting and will suspend all accounts, especially if those accounts are created just to take advantage of promotional offers  And if found that the user didn't take advantage of promotional offer, but still guilty of having multiple accounts, you still have the right to stop withdraw because the ToS for multi-accounting is not followed. |

You do know that when people sign up to a service, any service, and they break the terms of that service they are not entitled to anything. Does not matter how much money is at stake since you accepted the terms when you signed up.
In my point of view, Terms of Service most of the time are the basis for conclusions, however, sometimes Terms of Service are being used to reject claims that totally have nothing to do with the conditions that are not met. Please do not get me wrong as I do not oppose your statement Hhampuz, I am just simply sharing my POV to this kind of circumstance. Well if this guy opened up 25 accounts to abuse a promotion or bonus, and then he wins on one account and want to withdraw his winnings, I don't agree with him getting those funds, I believe FJ has every right to deny it, as he broke the ToS in an extreme fashion. This has happened to me with RL casinos when I was young and dumb. Why should a BTC based casino be any different? That would be something that is directly breaking a ToS. What I am pointing out are circumstances wherein a Player won legit but his withdrawals are stopped because he have created multiple accounts and the casino holds unto that to not give a payout.
Something much important to deal with atm.
I won with my "own" money. There are several others complaint on here with no pay as well. This casino has until Monday to pay me or i'm filing legal complaints. Starting with Mr. Irakli Kiguradze their co-founder on down.
Other complaints have nothing to do with you. Filing legal actions is always your right. When I still was working as a telemarketer, we have our corporate department to deal with this. Hope FJ have the same. |

Almost the same incident have happened not very long ago and was fixed(though not in the best time-frame possible). So poker is almost ready to go live now!
We are just waiting on a new homepage and some poker landing pages that describe how things work then we can promote/open to players.
How is BetKing poker different?
We are going to have a vip exclusive poker site. All mid to high stakes tables will be restricted to vips. (all small stakes tables open to anyone).
To become a VIP you need to:
a) Be invited to BetKing by me, affiliates or trusted reps
b) Request access to play in the games by emailing support or via social (somewhere we can confirm you are a real person)
c) Have played dice (or other games we launch in the future) by depositing to BetKing. Not faucet.
Why?
This stops people being able to create 6 accounts and sitting in the games with bots. It also reduces the chance of collusion by not allowing multi accounting and there's a smaller chance friends are sitting in games sharing cards.

Hi, I can confirm this indeed happened, at least AFAIK. I accepted the "reversed" transaction and credited it back to MoneroWorld. I have no idea why admins at Bitstler did this, but every site has their own policies. I just think it would be better if users were informed about any KYC-like policy before they deposit. This story shows how important it is to not transfer coins directly between sites, but use your own wallet. Better safe than sorry :-) But I am glad we were able to fix it this time! Cheers! We use these cryptos to gamble not to identify yourself but if gambling sites start asking ID proofs then no point in using crypto to gamble. But it is a good lesson for everyone first to withdraw our coins to our personal wallet before sending to another service. I agree that most people who plays from site-to-site, sometimes just directly deposit from a gambling site to another to save fees and time. I think it was a well deserved win for the eagles in the end, I mean that sack was just the winning blow and all the cred to him for making it! Will be interesting to see what happens next season now considering the changes going on within the Pats. Well, it really is Eagles day I would say. Imagine if their last push(the one that gave them their last TD) didn't have to burn that much time. And yes, that sack(the one and only sack) made the largest difference. Still, I enjoyed watching it. Matter fact I was standing fingers crossed on the last throw. It would have been sweet if that Hail Mary was answered. LOL |
