I registered on the 5th of february and made a 400mbtc deposit. I played just a couple of games and then left most of my funds in my account. When i came back the next day i cannot log into my account. I have contacted support but at first they say there is no account with my email, but i have my registration email and account is approved so this is impossible.

Afterwards they say the security team is looking in to the account and will email me tomorrow but they do not send any email at all. I have sent 3 emails to them since but they just do not respond to my messages!

If you do not want me as a customer then just refund my deposit!

In my point of view, Terms of Service most of the time are the basis for conclusions, however, sometimes Terms of Service are being used to reject claims that totally have nothing to do with the conditions that are not met.
