Created scam accusation.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5459551.new#new

Simple UI, i love the wheel design, Deposited 0.03 bnb wagered whole finally won 0.05bnb (40x on wheel ) requested withdrawal of 0.05 bnb, 18 hours over it's still processing And no support on chat emailed after 3 hours of withdrawal..  so folks please stay away from this site.
https://prnt.sc/TTRAuH1YoeTO

Update: still no reply on email and chat, User not online on bitcointalk since 9th of July maybe he/she could read our post without login.

If you look at their site and see the chat room is full of their users complaining about the withdrawal process that hasn't been processed and it's been taking them a long time waiting for it, so far the OP hasn't looked to provide clarification on this, I don't want to accuse or say this is a scam site , let's wait for them to come in this thread and explain about the withdrawal process on their site.

But if later for a long time for example a few weeks one of the Rollcat team doesn't respond and processes the withdrawals of their users and is not active on this thread, I'm sure we can all agree that this site has gone out and is a scam so it's not worth visiting never mind making a deposit on this site, tagging the OP with negative trust not to promote their site anymore in this forum,

It's a shame seeing them doing this scam and more sadly people depositing and getting the withdrawals. Why people do not look at the details. Just by the look of it, you can see that there is not much effort being done to prepare the site. It only has a single game " Wheel of Fortune" and a chat window aside. Seems like a scammer just deployed a cheap gambling script and his intention was to scam some money.

Even if they come up and resolve all the withdrawals issues later sometime, it is bad for them as being a new site they have left a bad impression on the gamblers.
942  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou Boxing October 28 on: July 16, 2023, 11:10:32 AM
Good for Francis Ngannou.

I check the odds right now, and it seems that he is a huge underdog at 6:1.

Anyone here willing to put money on Francis with that odds? Or as what we have seen, this is just a tune up match for Fury so it's better if we just wait or put or money on other boxing events in the HW division or any division for that matter?

Do you know the opponent on the other side is Tyson Fury?  I would not advise to risk your money against this man. He is not going to lose it. However, betting on Tyson Fury may not be much profitable because of the low odds.

Although some analysts think that the match will be head to head but i do not agree with them. Even though Francis Ngannou is former UFC champion you just cannot underestimate the "Gypsy King' Francis Ngannou vs Tyson Fury – possibility and comparison

Looking forward to this exhibition match in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

،how I can upload a photo here , I use a mobile

Simply go to the browser of your phone and open https://www.talkimg.com/. Upload the photo and then paste the link to the photo in your post.

However, since you're a Newbie, your image won't be embedded in the post but will be displayed as a link only. I will also suggest you to post more often so that you can become a Jr Member and many restrictions from your account can be removed (You already have the merit requirement fulfilled).
944  Other / Meta / Re: Metaverse role model on: July 16, 2023, 06:31:25 AM
I don't find metaverse concept appealing, I have tried few metaverse platforms, they appeared useless to me, basically like a VR video game with possibly the worst graphics.

I like the forum as it is, it's basic and it functions well. When everyone is after new tech, a simple one like what we have currently, itself makes it unique.

Metaverse is the future, no doubt about it, Even if it does not seem appealing but in the future there will be many changes and metaverse will be in its true form. These days we play video games or some virtual reality games but metaverse will take all the gaming industry to the whole new level. Even the cinematic industry will change where you and me be the Hero in the movies but this all will take time.

I do not know how the forum can be integrated into Metaverse because developing only Avators etc is not the true essence of Metaverse technology. I am not so techy so imagine what the Metaverse bitcointalk forum should look like.  Smiley

we are literally putting money in a scamsters pocket.

anyways goodluck being someone who is pretending to be. watch this video your eyes would be open

I have seen the video and believe me anyone can produce such a hateful video. I do not say that everything would be good at gambling sites but still, there are things that are not the reality.

If you think that stake is a scam, then you better avoid playing there and rather I would say you should quit gambling for once. The gambling houses will always have the edge and you need to understand this fact. There are other sites worse than Stake that may scam you, which are not transparent, which are new and not to be trusted.

Finally, a food for thought for you is how much Stake.com has grown over the years, a SCAM family / non-family BUSINESS can't reach that heights or can they?
946  Economy / Exchanges / Re: You are probably paying more to get your Bitcoin on: July 15, 2023, 07:48:31 PM
Binance charge 0.0005 BTC as the withdrawal fee, it's worth around $15, how it's even possible you can say Binance only charge up to $1.5?

Well those instant swap is always charge higher fee, similar like Bitcoin ATM. Your brother is too ignorant for not looking how much the fee that he have paid to the site. This is why many people are advising you shouldn't buy Bitcoin when your money is still small, you need to accumulate it and then buy Bitcoin, so the fee wouldn't really hurt you.

As per my experience, the instant swaps and bitcoin exchange rates are higher on third-party sites as compared to Binance or any popular exchanges. Also, the withdrawal fee will vary from site to site and wallet to wallet and there is no standard here. Some may charge you extra while others may have nominal charges.

Bitocin ATM and shopping sites using Bitcoin also charge higher rates and I guess they do it because they think that the customers won't notice the difference of 5 to 10$.

Also, I noted that buying the bitcoin from inside the wallets is more expensive as compared to buying it on exchanges.
947  Other / Meta / Re: Spam Neon Link on: July 15, 2023, 07:25:08 PM
Most of those accounts are old and have been created since 2 years ago; some were just created this month; if not, I could have said they are accounts being controlled and managed by the same person; who knows what their aim is since they are just all newbies and not wearing any signatures, which could require them to post in the gambling section.

There are some services offered outside the forum to shill the projects on the most active forum like this one. Sometime back we used to have a bumping service where people were hired to bump the ANN thread with some fake discussions. Though this act is a bit different as these accounts are not bumping any ANN but they are more involved in shilling the project while reply to the pots in different threads.

Anyways people never realize that Spamming is not marketing, and it will bring a bad name even to a good project.Sad
Saving money on marketing and spending it on spamming is not a wise choice.

949  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it Advisable joining Bitcoin signal group? on: July 15, 2023, 04:42:08 AM
Though from my findings from othe traders I was able to deduce that not all group signals are false that most times it works exactly the way they predicted and most time reversal.

think of it this way: if you were a trade genius able to accurately predict the price, you sit at home with your computer, do analysis and buy and then sell and make a profit, your life is perfect, you don't need to be stressed You're welcome. Now I ask you: why would a genius in trading be wasting time spending hours analyzing several currency pairs to send a telegram group constantly when that person could be trading alone and with the good profits he would have, he could live a long time well very quietly? it just doesn't make any sense. you could claim that he would do it for money he would charge on the telegram vip channel

but even so, it wouldn't make sense for a person who manages to earn a lot of money with day trade to need other people's money, and you and anyone else can see that these guys who send signals and have telegram channels that charge for subscription, they are very desperate to get other people's money, that's why they are constantly discounting the prices of subscriptions to the vip telegram channel, they don't make money with day trades, they lie. they make money with the subscription they charge from telegram vips channels

You are right that the main source of income from the paid / premium telegram group is the membership fee. This cryptocurrency trading market is risky and instead of doing the trades, they give their members paid signals. Now if the signal goes against their prediction, they have nothing to lose but if it goes in favor, they will announce everywhere, in their free groups in order to attract more people for their paid membership. They will never tell in public the signals which went into the losses or hit the stoploss.

No matter how experienced a trader you are, you can join these free groups to get some free signals and also update about the cryptocurrency news but do not join any paid group. That is what I personally do and will recommend.
950  Economy / Exchanges / Re: LocalBitcoins asking to verify account on: July 15, 2023, 03:01:03 AM
Maybe you have a dust Bitcoin or you have history of having Bitcoin balance in there before their service close. I believe they send this email to all their users and they probably assume to just ignore the email if you don't have balance left in the casino. Do they have small print disclaimer on the bottom part of email?

I have this kind of email too on other services that shutdown even though I don't have money left in the exchange. I believe it's easy for them to send all rather than sort account with outstanding balance.

In modern day, it does not take much to filter those accounts who have balances and then send the email to the relevant accounts. It does not make sense to email everyone and then everyone starts to verify their accounts (when it is not required) and increases the unnecessary traffic on the site.

By now, everyone should have withdrawal their money and the service was closed. I don't know in whom hands this site is currently and it seems that want to get our KYC data as asking us to verify account. Better not to click on any link plus avoid submitting any document on the site who have already announced the closure few months back.
951  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: July 14, 2023, 02:39:55 PM
-snip
-snip

I might be interested in investing and trading RLB if they are added on the biggest Cex exchange site I think rollbit could actually propose that to add a Cex exchange site for their token or indeed they focus more on development and their gambling site only but so far RLB also quite a good investment.

The whole point on moving most of the transaction into Rollbit is actually to encourage people to use their RLB on the site instead of just keeping it in their personal wallet after they swap it on dex. Rollbit might be able to get it on cex but there is no point to do so for now, whats the point of moving transaction away from their site when they could do so and keep all those fees for themselves
Yes, it's also true that it would be nice if gamblers really used RLB to use it on their sites, for example to gamble to buy NFTs or buy something in it so that all RLB holders don't just keep it in their wallets, at least putting it on the site would be better and it could be used to multiply RLB from gambling or other betting games.

But it seems that people are worried when the site has problems like some cases of casinos that disappear and go bankrupt leaving the site, it will be more risky, therefore maybe some people prefer to keep it in their wallet when they are really not confident and get this project suddenly out of business, they can sell it right away without the withdrawal process from the site which might look complicated

I also agree that we should keep our money in our personal accounts and wallets and move only the limited money to gambling sites where we want to gamble. Yes, some sites like Rollbit are more trustable but that doesn't mean that we start to use that site as a wallet to store our money.

Even the most trusted sites can be hacked or may have some sort of issues/problems, hence it is advised NOT to keep your money in any centralized site where you do not have full control over the funds (You must have private keys for your wallets, accessing any site by username/ password means you have no control over your funds).
952  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: July 14, 2023, 09:14:36 AM
By the way, wagering is not a big deal for routine gamblers because they usually will keep on gambling until they are out of balance. If someone is not looking to gamble, he or she should not deposit in a casino.

It is a big deal if the wagering requirement is above normal, not all gamblers will keep on betting especially if they are on profit unless you are referring to greedy and addicted gamblers who will not stop and withdraw their profit because they think the profit is still not enough. Imagine if you experience it yourself when you make deposit and hit a decent win after you wager 1-2x of your deposit but you cant withdraw your money because the wagering requirement for your deposit is lets say 5x.

We need to categorize the gamblers and then get their point of view on the wagering requirements. Those who are rich, they won't care much about the wagering and also won't worry if they lose some money through wagering.

However, people like me, will think twice or more about wagering and all these requirements because we cannot lose our hard earned money. I understand that there is no win guaranteed in gambling but still we take every step and precautions to minimize our loss.

Usually people are negligent and don't read before playing, so they actually make it difficult for themselves when they have to lose money to play first and it's not easy to withdraw it right away. fortunately I always read the TOS and other regulations so that my money is safe.  Wink

This is ignorance on the part of the gambler and is simply not tolerable. If a gambler can read the terms and conditions, such a person deserve to have a loss.  Sad  No one will have sympathy for such a person.

I think that a casino with a particular game, whatever the strategy, the casino will always have the advantage, that is something that cannot be denied, however, if a player uses the martingale it is a very reckless strategy, I do not recommend it Under no circumstances, because things can get ugly when it comes to playing like this, you can also win, but I think that the risk is not worth it, even when another type of strategy is applied, because the chances of winning are the same for a player As I have said, the advantage of the casino is always Evident.

Casino does have the advantage, the house edges favor the casino but does all this mean that we leave gambling, or we cannot take advantage and win money from gambling? There are people who got rich from this gambling and with all these odds favoring the casinos.

By the way, martingale is also not a good strategy but still people even win from this strategy too.

For a moment, even if we believe that gambling is not profitable, how about investing in a gambling token like BFG and making money as its price will rise over time as Betfury grows?

957  Economy / Economics / Re: Fix the money, Fix the world. on: July 07, 2023, 08:08:49 AM
Even if Bitcoin is fully adopted, the disparity between rich and poor will never disappear. Because if Bitcoin is fully adopted in a country then the rich people in that country will have relatively more Bitcoins because they have more money. And the poor people of that country will have very little BTC and no one will have BTC at all because if they don't have money, where will they get BTC because they have to convert their own money through BTC and there is no way to earn BTC separately. Adoption of Bitcoin may change the financial status of a country but the disparity between rich and poor will always remain.

Well, with Bitcoin adoption there is one fundamental change which is its limited supply which cannot be increased. What happens now is that the authorities and the government will print paper money, which unevenly distributes the money. The rich become more richer and the poor become more poorer.

Contrary to this, with bitcoin, there would be no inflation and hence the poor will not become more poorer and the governments won't be printing money (bitcoins) in order to increase their wealth. Everyone will have to work equally hard to accumulate bitcoins and there will be no injustice in the society.
958  Other / Meta / Re: Is it allowed to post in English in a Local Section on: July 07, 2023, 07:01:51 AM
Recently I came across a query where I suggested that We cannot post in the "All English" language in a local board or it is not recommended at least.

Yes, i know that if the posts are a mixture of English & local language, then it is fine. Even if some posts are being done in pure English, they are ok but if a person has a post history where he only insists to speak in English on a local board, what do the rules of bitcointalk say in this regard?
Local board is basically created for local communication of a country and there are different rules for local board but there are many local board also see English post but I don't know how logical it is. I think since the local board consists only of people from the local country, it is reasonable to use the language of your country there. Maybe some local boards use English for their personal reasons or purposes and I don't have the knowledge or information to explain them, so I'm not making any deep comments yet here.

Many countries treat English as a second language and most of the people in those countries can easily understand and speak English. So I don't think there should be any problem if English posts are mixed with the local language posts (as long as the local board people have no objection to it).

Technically, we are allowed to post in English, but it is recommended to use the local language in the local board, especially the locals who have a grip on the local language should promote their language.

960  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcointalk; a school on its own. on: July 07, 2023, 05:16:23 AM
I am still enjoying this forum. I visit daily but don't post just see the posts and try to learn more. Let me you said it as a school so it is likely looking like a school like you will see different sections here which are separating different topics. Means I am learning much here.

I consider this behavior to be one of the correct ones for beginners. It would be correct to read some of the nuances that exist on the forum, including the forum rules, and understand how and why to start creating topics with questions at a time when there is such a feature as search, and only after that connect to discussions.
But unfortunately, we often see newcomers incapable of anything who complain about strict rules and underestimation of their efforts, which of course resembles the behavior of schoolchildren who come to first grade. Independence is one of the character traits that will help beginners better master the forum.

Basically, those who complain about the bitcointalk rules are usually the ones whose motive is to earn from this forum instantly. Learning and getting knowledge is not their priority.
However, anyone who is serious to get information regarding cryptocurrencies, he/she won't find more depth knowledge anywhere than on this forum. Just need to have a habit of reading and self-learning, and the newbies (and everyone else too) can gain a lot of benefits and information.
