BTC price going up eventually will occur, collecting the higher reward now only helps if thats generally going to be true. I think in this cycle within halvening etc. its a reasonable aspiration. I retained a few of the spins just to see if we do repeat the waves back and forth and see the lower price again. Im not near to the level as the people who have been doing that a month or many months, right now it doesnt make a large difference to me but just out of interest. Overall I suppose reward will adjust alot if BTC does go anywhere near to its ATH again which is beyond the horizon Im not optimistic particularly near term. Its quite fair it can do so next year maybe another year after that, lots of patience is needed for BTC I finally realized after many years that has to be observed for bigger picture gains.

Other than bitcoin, ETH is the only best investment I have ever made. I was fortunate enough to get in early.
I will be holding it for a good time and regardless to say bitcoin and eth are the only coins out there which has a lot of trust.
All the other coins are just like passing storms with a hype.
On the other side, it is still not a perfect coin and it will take some time for it to get over it's issues.
But that can't be the reason for us not to buy ETH.

Lately i been looking into altcoins more and more since I have got some more money in my life and want to make more investments then only in BTC. One thing I was wondering is why nobody yet have created a crypto currency under the name "Merit" yet.  it's many smart people on this forum with a lot of knowledge about things like this and I think it could be a good currency to create. Merit on bitcointalk is a gesture that people like what you are posting and your contributions are valued. Merit can be tokenised but that would need a big implementation in bitcointalk source code and also it would need a secondary market where it can be traded. Currently, the value of a merit is the value of a user's post but if tokenized then the value will be decided by demand and supply based on the secondary market. I think you talking about KMS**** to spoof or to activate your Windows 10 which is an illegal tool and could also have some adware or malware. I've tried that thing on my old Laptop I notice some added software on Task Manager after using that tool and every time I restart the Laptop it also runs in the background which I think may be software that monitors all my activity. Be very careful if you still using this PC with patch activation and maybe they are waiting for a huge transaction before they are going to attack your PC actually, you can use Windows 10 without activating it but have limited features however, it is still safer than patched Activation. As I mentioned in my previous post, I was using it earlier and right now I have a genuine copy of windows since it's a new laptop. But even in the old laptop the source of that tool was genuine as my friend got it from the developer's official website. But yeah, we never know what can happen and so genuine copies are always better. I think Linux distros are the best. More like plug and play. LOL. |

_ Don't risk too much money, start with what you can afford to risk. Focus on the risk not rewards.

_ Reacting to risk, use stop loss and always take profit.
The third point you mentioned is the most critical one and this is where most of make the mistake. We forget to take the profits and keep waiting for more profits in greed. It doesn't work that way. It's not that what you see as the odds are the final odds. The odds are decided after the final day of placing the bets. It's the time weight multiplier that gets added to your bet as a benefit which gives you better rewards if you win the bet. Yes, I mean like that, the odds will be decided after the last day of placing a bet, for example at this time the odds are 60 Odds, it's possible that on the last day it will drop to 4 or 5, that's why I suggest betting closer to the last day because betting at the beginning besides being difficult to reading price analysis is also not profitable as well as looking at the Odds at the beginning. So it's just a suggestion to bet near the last day while at the same time being able to more easily read price analysis at close range of time rather than betting and predicting at the beginning of time. because I've tried it before but it's not very profitable for me, it's better to bet more profitable sports betting every week. Hello everyone, i just want to share my thought here as a newbie, i bought my first bitcoin two weeks back, after spending the first month studying and reading everything as relate to Bitcoin, the time spent on learning and gathering knowledge have started to pay off for me during this period were the price of bitcoin have nosedive greatly.
Let me explain what i mean in details.
First before i bought my first bitcoin, i first of all build a good understand of the market and how bitcoin volatility works, and also learned about the effect of external forces in determining the price of Bitcoin such as exchange crisis and other governmental policies that can have short time effect on bitcoin.
Secondly i have learned never to panic during any crisis time or when the bitcoin price drop significantly because in the near future it will increase in value again, and also to hold an amount i can afford to look away from for a long time.
This and many more is the reason behind my current confidence in Bitcoin's ability never to let me lose if I hold for a long time.
Indeed knowledge is power, because knowledge can save you when money failed, because knowledge failure is a lifetime problem but money failure in terms of investment is temporally and if I wait I will soon be in profit again very soon, that is what past records have shown and proven.
There are not many people like you who first actually go through the harder process of learning all the elements required to buy and hold bitcoin. It seems you already have a better understanding of the market and how it behaves in different trends. You just have to stay strong now and keep holding it through its cycle. It's easier to get addicted to online gambling, but I recently met someone who said that he isn't even aware that he was an addict until his blood brother told him that he is going too deep into gambling.

I did it many times back when my addiction is very high, I promise not to gamble after I lose a big amount I even swear that I will not, but the following day I'm back even promising to be better and not lose a big amount again.
How many of us are guilty of this?
We all know how tempting gambling can be and it is difficult to control the urge to gamble the next day. It has happened to me in the past that I would decide not to gamble for a few days but still end up playing. But over time I have controlled my emotions and I gamble when I want to gamble. |

Those are some good points mentioned by OP. The most important one is point 3 where one has to have good knowledge of the sport.
That gives us an edge and can make us predict the outcome easily. I mostly focus on point 1 and 4.
