The actual plan is 30+ pages long, obviously I could not put all of that there so I attempted to boil it down.  Did I boil it down too much?  

Each coin community wanting involvement (including EMC2) must register and qualify for enrollment.  At this time the EMC2 team is open to everyone, simply let me know you want in.  It would be great if we could get 10 people on the team, this way the individual work burden would be light; although smaller teams result in bigger revenue payout portions.  

Payout will be in proportion to achievement meaning those who do the work get the pay, those who don't work get no pay.  It also means that more work gets more pay given reasonable specified limits.   For example, if we have a team of 10 people and we produce 1000 pts  and the income is 1M EMC2, if everyone did a minimum of 100 hrs then everyone will get 100K EMC2.    If in the following month our team produced 1200 pts but only 9 people produced the minimum of 100 hrs, and one person produced substantially more than everyone else, if the team income was the same 1M EMC2, 8 ppl would get 100K each and the overachiever would get 200K.    

If you are consistently overachieving it would be advised to join other communities as well (subject to acceptance) so that you get multiple payouts; or organize a team.

The Executive Director is the chief executive who presides over all areas of the coop, he is finally responsible to all stakeholders, governmental agencies, and site members.  

The Deputy Director is in charge when the Executive Director is on vacation, is incapacitated, or is so directed by the Executive Director.  

The Assistant Director is primarily tasked to assist the Executive Director and the Deputy Director however at times he may also serve other directors as the need arises.

The Finance Director/ Auditor is responsible for all financial record keeping, filings, reporting, accounts, taxes, etc. .

The Content Director is responsible for everything seen on the site, his primary focus is to make sure the site has very many highly attractive campaigns, he should also work closely with Tech to make sure the the site is user friendly, secure, and robust.

The Promotion Director is responsible for promoting the site to advertisers, sponsors, organizers, members, donors, coin communities, and media to generate business.

The Communications Director  is responsible for having our site make news somewhere around the world everyday: via press releases, articles, and interviews. This person is the face and voice of the site    

The Compliance Director is responsible for fulfilment of site policy and procedures by all site members he is also responsible for monitoring: rankings, feedback, and reviews as well as for the certification of all work performed by Host CCs. .

Tech Development Team is responsible for writing and maintaining site code as well as safety and integrity of site.  Should interface with The Content Director on a regular basis.

On May 3rd  we received notice that Alexa.com (#1 site ranking site) ranked www.PICISI.com at ~22M. That was phenomenal news considering there is nothing at the site and we didn't ask anyone to go there.  Our plan regarding site performance was to start monitoring it after launch but since it is now listed we will start monitoring ranking.

Currently 14+ coins have expressed some interest in the plan let me know if your community is interested

The plan provides for organizers, at profile setup, to select two host currencies: one for fiat (from a list of 5) and one for CC (from a list of 10).
Let's say organizer Sandpaper selects EUR for fiat and HBN for CC.   If Donor #1 wants to donate USD to Sandpaper that will be accepted and the donation will be held separately for the organizer who could convert it for a fee to EUR, or choose to take the USD as it is without conversion.   If Donor #2 wants to donate EMC2 to Sandpaper that donation will be immediately converted to HBN at prevailing rate.

If someone wanted to donate 10 different CCs (separately) all will be accepted and immediately converted to the host currency selected.  There are many benefits to being a Host CC this is the biggest benefit: every time anyone donates any publicly traded CC to a campaign all of it will be immediately converted to the host CC, in this case HBN.    A smaller benefit is, since the funds are liquid the organizer could use them immediately to hire a campaign contractor to help get traffic to the campaign. 

Exchanges would be used as needed.

As for purchasing CC with fiat that would be a different business model.

This matter is sad on so many levels:

1) clearly the kid was traumatized, but that was obviously the intent of the exercise,
2) the "scaring for life" is shared by the whole family as well as the coworker,
3) the state (via police and DA) is clearly trying to inflict their own brand of trauma and terror on the whole family, and their damages are not just physiological, but financial, and will very likely impact them socially for a very long time.

All of the responsible actors (family and state) went overboard and everyone did so in what they felt was the best interest of the kid, but obviously NONE of it is serving any short term good and the likelihood is that the "kidnapping" in all of its idiocy will likely serve as a far better lesson for the kid then the mass arrest, persecution, and prosecution of his family in an attempt to correct their internal injustice.

Depending how the narrative is written the story is either bad or worse, but the underlined fact is the child was not in any real or meaningful danger.  The intent of the family is clear they were trying to protect their family member.  As more rational and logical minds try to judge the family's foolish they should also hear of all of the child abduction stories to get a better understanding of how their fears provoked such irrational behavior.  

It should not take a police officer, a DA, much less a criminal court judge to see this was just a case of magnificent stupidity.  Unless the family has a history of child abuse this should not have risen above a civil matter (family services).

The wicked irony is through all of this the kid is now truly taken from his family, traumatize for substantially longer than 4 hours, and placed with real "strangers" who actually care less than his family about his actual welfare.  

The bail provisions were additionally wicked, I'd really like to hear the whole story including the back story (family history).
