I guess that's the kind of mindset you need to have in order to be vulnerable to scams like these. I know they're adults and responsible for their own decisions, and yes they're gullible idiots, but I still feel sad for the ones who have put more into this get rich quick scheme than they can afford to lose. If you add together all the people who lost money on companies like lunaminer, PB, hashie, ltcgear, hashprofit, gox, amt, bfl and so on you'll end up with the majority of crypto users. After purchasing coinswap and shapeshift, I heard Josh has turned his omnipotent "Eye of Sauron" towards another bastion of bitcoin. He is currently negotiating for bitcointalk as we speak. As soon as the XPY has been transferred he is going to delete this thread with prejudice. If that doesn't calm things, he will bring lizard over to start banning the evil-doers on here (aka, us). If that still doesn't work he will just set the domain to redirect over to hashtalk and it will be done.

He's not trying to hide behind his pseudonym. He showed his face and even driver's licence. Although spamming and attacking companies can be frown upon, people who hide behind free press, freedom of speech and similar slogans will support him, so there's not much you can do besides proving him wrong or suing him.

As I said the company was under one of the biggest DDoS and hacking attacks against a cloudminer in history by our competitors as reported in most crypto news blogs.The hackers targeted accounts with no 2FA and weak passwords and stole from them and then flooded the exchanges with the profit coin to try and break the currency.In co-ordination with trolls on here they tried to cause mass panic getting people to sell there hash for PFC and make matters worse on exchanges.They also created a mass attack on the company payment system again causing us to shut down payments till it is safe for us to proceed. This attack was a pre emptive strike by our US competitors.Our email system was flooded by spam making it difficult to answer honest questions.Please be patient we are working around the clock first to secure the company infastructure and then get everyone paid.We hope very shortly to be back to normal and our lawyers may ask the forum owners for certain accounts ISP as they are/were part of a mass troll attack in conjunction with the security attack.Thank you for your patience.
Sounds like bullshit. People with concerns are trolls attacking you and you poor and honest operators were abused by your US competitors whose names you won't reveal, right? Recently a lot of services are reporting DDOS attacks when they have problems with their own management or want to draw attention to their company. This works as free advert and buys them time as people tend to sympathize with victims. |

Yup, people are short sighted and usually think small. If you went 2 years back and asked a bitcoiner, who bought at $10, for his expectations the answer would probably be $20. People seem to have forgotten the price was $600 just 4 months ago, that's twice what we have now and it was stable for months. |
