981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: September 11, 2017, 04:35:33 AM
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
I think advertising bitcoin will affect the people and it will make them to try opening it. If it will be known by many people, it has a high possibility that it will grow bigger and will be used by big companies. I also think that it is useful to advertise on television because everyone will know about bitcoin.
982  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do you see bitcoin 5 years from now? on: September 07, 2017, 11:04:05 PM
What are your thoughts guys or is it worth to hold Btc for 5 years.
I think that time bitcoin's value will be bigger than what others expect, and it surely will be known to many people already around the world. Maybe some companies are accepting payments in bitcoin and more and more companies are presenting their projects or products through bitcoin. Some may discover more ways to earn bitcoin and that would be good for the bitcoin world.
983  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 100 Ways To Earn Bitcoin ★★★★★ on: August 29, 2017, 04:55:29 PM
There are things that I didn't know until I have seen this list. It is really helpful. Thanks for this. There's something I want to add in the list; joining in signature campaigns. Most of users are here promoting and having a sig campaign and it is one of the ways people earn bitcoin.
984  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Asia on: August 29, 2017, 04:15:18 PM
Bitcoin in Asia is known, but not that widespread. In my country, I have seen our local forum and I think that there are many users here but I think they chose to be quiet about it because in my community, almost no one knows about it. Different users are scattered and they are not that loud to be known that they use bitcoin. But I think here in Asia, bitcoin is more used than any other continents.
985  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: August 29, 2017, 04:06:06 PM
I heard that bitcoin is a good investment for making a huge profit in the future , is that right ? Because i want to buy some bitcoin in these days .
Yes it will be good if you'll invest in bitcoin, but take note that it is somehow risky. Investing is all about risking and if you don't risk, you'll be stagnant so it's okay to invest it and I am sure that it won't be worthless in bitcoin. Go for it.
986  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you using bitcoins for? on: August 29, 2017, 03:43:32 PM
The miners mine and hold, other mine and sell.

Investors and speculators buy, hold and sell.

You can buy random items in auctions and through the forums.

What are the reasons for the bulk of the bitcoin transfers? I read an article underlying the "dark side" of the internet and TOR network, and they seem to point out that bitcoins are now nearly the exclusive currency for the online "black market" (Note, they are not saying bitcoins are exclusively used for black market transactions)

What have you used bitcoins for?

Miner
Investor
Black Market
Other - explain

I am neither of the three, because I use my bitcoins for helping my parents in financial needs in our family and after that I'll save up for the things I need to buy. Specifically I'll buy my own phone because my current phone has damages that I don't know how to fix. So that's where my bitcoin will go. I really want to help my parents in buying our own house and lot, if God is willing.
987  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: August 29, 2017, 03:28:57 PM
Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.
I think that it is easy to explain to teenagers because I, myself, am a teenager and I kind of learned it how because someone taught me who is a teenager too. It is easier if teenagers will explain bitcoin to fellow teenagers to understand it. If teenagers are interested to earn and save money at young age, then I recommend to use that strategy to caught the attention of many teenagers.
988  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: August 28, 2017, 11:19:32 PM
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?
Yes some may dream to be rich with bitcoins because of its value now, and some are just here for their own purposes, and that's not bad, to have different reasons. For me, I earn bitcoins because I join in sig campaigns, or translate something; anything I can do, I'll do it. I did lose some because of I spend it. I think it is just, because it's for my own good why did I lose it, right?
989  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: August 21, 2017, 05:22:45 AM
So as far as we know BTC currency is growing wide, do you think there will be when it become a national currency? If yes, why?If not, why?
There's a big possibility that it can be a national currency and even international. Because of the development and the continuous growth of value of this maybe some government offices will establish that bitcoin will be the national currency of a country. And if this would be legalized, it will be a good thing but it takes a very long time and effort for it to be used in a country.
990  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Your Bitcoin Dream? on: August 20, 2017, 03:43:13 PM
Okay, I am just making that headline short and sweet. What I mean is: What is one big dream that you want to realized out of your Bitcoin income? No matter how small or big it is, please share it with us here.

As for me, I have a big dream of having my own 10-hectare farm somewhere here in my locality and I want to stuff that area with all the fruits I can find here and with my main products which are cacao and coffee.

I guess I have this special connection with the soil and the land that is giving us the food and sustenance daily. And who knows maybe years from now I can be able to issue tokens out of that farm...something like AgriTokens or AgriCoins.

Please share your dreams!
These are good stuffs. One of my biggest dreams, to have my own house where there are lots of room for my hobbies like art studio, dance, music, and when I have enough bitcoins, I'll buy things that I'll need for my hobbies, and it would really make me happy. But of course, before I'll reach those dreams, I'll proritize the dreams and needs of my family. They are more important.
991  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: August 20, 2017, 03:18:15 PM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?
I think, bitcoin can reduce unemployment, yes, and in fact even those who already work or maybe still studying can use and invest in bitcoin because you can bring it wherever and whenever you want, just make sure you'll have an internet connection with you. If you really want to have many bitcoins, you should be patient and understand that it is not always that easy. You need to wait a little longer. What's important is bitcoin can make an unemployed employed because of the capacity of the bitcoin to take and accept anyone who can use and communicate in the bitcoin community properly.
992  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Still Go Up? on: August 20, 2017, 02:32:15 PM
Now that it's been proven there are many other alternatives to Bitcoin which have advantages such as quicker transactions, smaller fees, and higher mining profitability, I don't see a reason to think Bitcoin will get to $10,000.

Will the price of Bitcoin still go up? It seems so outdated when compared to its competitors.
For me, it will still go up and the potential of the bitcoin to be the international currency is high. Because of its unending development and spreading specially nowadays, we can say that it must go up in these kinds of situations. Even though there are many altcoins that are introduced nowadays, it can't grow without the use of bitcoin. Bitcoin is still needed and because of this, it will allow the bitcoin to be bigger.
993  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 29, 2017, 12:26:01 AM
Even the blind can see that crypto Currency is making people millionaires all  over the world just because they present the holders of such currency with the financial freedom and opportunity to accrue large amounts of wealth base on currency investment . But my question is that, is it late to buy bitcoin? Should i wait maybe bitcoin price will decline after 1st August meeting? Please i will welcome your advice so that I can make my decision on crypto currency investment.
Obviously it is too late to buy bitcoin unless you are a rich man at a high market value of bitcoin it is too hard to buy bitcoin at this rate also you cant buy a big volume of its and its gonna take you a big amount of money also its is having a hard time to pump in the market.
994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: July 28, 2017, 06:47:59 AM
What are the reasons, why people use Cash or Credit Cards / ATM / Banks?

* Work offline 100%
* No fees.
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micropayments
* 0 confermations time
* 0 exchange risks
* anyone is able to understanding of the value of payment
Yes these are some, and here in my country, bitcoin is not really accepted for online buying: you need to convert it first in our currency before buying or shopping. But bitcoin helps to make money and I think both are relevant nowadays because bitcoin is developing and improving.
995  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: July 28, 2017, 06:36:19 AM
Coinbase CEO believes bitcoin will replace dollar within 15 years.

Read the following news:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/114983/coinbase-ceo-bitcoin-will-replace-dollar-within-15-years

Do you think it will be true? Are you positive towards bitcoin's future status?
I really don't think so. These two currencies will need each other and I think without dollars it would be hard for those people who are still using dollars as their money. And it will be a big conflict to replace dollars. This would undergo many process before replacing it, and I think not all people would agree with it. It's good if all around the world is using bitcoins. But the truth is not yet.
996  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: July 28, 2017, 06:03:18 AM
What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.

Same goes with me. I really haven't experienced meeting a person who hates bitcoin. But if you ever meet this person, you don't have to push him to love bitcoin. Just let him be like that. There'll be a time when he himself will come to you and ask you things about bitcoin because he's starting to have interest with it. Besides you're not the one who's not investing. He is.
997  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: July 28, 2017, 05:53:02 AM
I'm saving bitcoin for both actually. First for fun because I'll buy something for my hobbies, and treating myself and my family. Second for future purpose because I wanted to have my own purchased laptop and to help my parents for my schooling in college. I think it's gonna be a large money to be spent on my studies, but little by little saving I would have a large money for it. I'll just discipline myself to avoid excessive buying that is not-so-necessary things.
998  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: July 28, 2017, 05:02:12 AM
like all other people, i find the fact that there is no central authority the most important. governments and other financial companies are ruled out.

This is one of the things I like most. There's a freedom and anyone who can moderate will moderate things. Also, I really think this is an easy way to earn and invest money for businesses. I like the fact that anyone can join here regardless of age, race, or state. It somehow unite people in many different aspects which can be helpful for it to be more powerful.
999  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: July 28, 2017, 04:54:29 AM
Well yes partly.  Partly because if you have many bitcoins then you are already rich instantly.  But if you are new to it like me, and do not have many bitcoins then it would not be instant because you have to work hard.  You need perseverance and patience in earning bitcoins.  Same thing with investing or trading.

I'll agree with this. If you're only a beginner in bitcoin you need to persevere and be patient in being rich. But unlike other ways in finding and investing money, bitcoin is a way lot easier. Unlike other jobs there is requirements that others may not achieve, but in bitcoin there's no age limit; anyone who wants to join is open. Of course, you have to make efforts if you want to invest more in bitcoin. This is really innovative nowadays.
1000  Economy / Economics / Re: So, you want to be rich? All of you ? on: July 27, 2017, 03:34:30 PM
OP, your point might be right, but you have to remember that there are many people who don't like money, unless it fulfills a need/purpose. Many scientists, for example, would die for a successful experiment achieving something new for the world rather than having a million U.S. Dollars.

And also if your point happened, there will be scientists who will be fascinated (if not mad) about their robots that they won't let them breakdown.

This is true. Not all people in the world wanted money itself unless it will be used to buy something they want/need. I believe there are still people who live based on what really matters; their passion for something, love for others, and other things like that. Great are those people who invest on what they love to do.
