I think no, dollar has a good achievement this time and most of the countries are depends on the dollar. It is hard to change the bitcoin, this time even its become popular, some countries did not want to accept the bitcoin and legalise in their countries. Bitcoin will become popular but not become the number one top currecy, Actually I believed in bitcoin that it will success and become popular around the world. But most of the people wants a demand currency or their own currecny, it easy to use to purchase things especially in small stores.

Nope, I don't think "soon" but I do think after 15 years or so it is a definite possibility. "soon" i guess is a relative term.

I don't see any possibility of making it happen, bitcoin will remain on it's usefulness today and it has no features or quality that a USD has. Government created dollar so the support is 100% while bitcoin is still in the process begging the support of the government.

Bitcoin and dollar are different Bitcoin cannit replace dollar because this would mean that the governement will stop using dollars which is the 1st money of the world. I think it cannot replace but can have huge impacts on dollar.

I really don't think so. These two currencies will need each other and I think without dollars it would be hard for those people who are still using dollars as their money. And it will be a big conflict to replace dollars. This would undergo many process before replacing it, and I think not all people would agree with it. It's good if all around the world is using bitcoins. But the truth is not yet.

Yes agree and I'm not sure bitcoin will replace the dollar in 20 more years, it may take at least 50 years from now. This is because the dollar is the strongest currency of the world.

I do not it will replace USD soon (given the SEC regulation on crypto space in general), but it could well complement other currencies, countries of which are more liberal towards the crypto space.

I would only listen to different real professional who can make a good prediction in the future in the presence of bitcoin in the economy. Dollar is such a big currency and it's adoption is very big compared to bitcoin now, 15 years is a short period.

I don't think bitcoin will totally replaced dollar because first of all bitcoin is limited unlike with dollar that can produce every year. And it will be hard for other people if bitcoin replace dollar because of its price. And there aren't enough people who are literate about using bitcoin at this time so I think it will hard for them to accept it in the future.

I don't think so. Btc is very expensive. Maybe it will be recongnized as an official currency but it won't replace Dollar. If it will replace it will take time, I mean more than 15 years.
I disagree. Bitcoins are very much popular now and soon will be leading currency of the world. They do have the potential to replace dollar forever in the developed countries. At worst, they can coexist with dollar. Bitcoins have all the properties of currency and rather more striking than paper money. Being popular doesn't mean it will be a good currency that will be used by the world, you must also think what can these digital currency do in a country if that happens. I agree bitcoin having a great potential on being a world currency, but replacing dollars is way too far, 15 years is not enough, also even if bitcoin has a a good price in the future, it is still not enough. It has a great volatility that will affect a country's economy. Also, you can't expect that all people will be supporting or using bitcoin and many other digital currency. I don’t agree. Bitcoins have very bright future and soon will be made the world’s most used digital currency. In the developed countries where technology is at peak, the probability of cashless society is very much high. Bitcoins have tendency to replace dollar or at least minimize its usage. Many people prefer bitcoins over fiat currency for its decentralized nature and anonymity. All in all, bitcoins are posing threat to the survival of dollars. Is gold a threat to USD ? Or other fiats like GBP and CNY? Do they declare war against USD ? They are money, assets. BTC is also like asset. BTC has value, ups and downs. Why it needs to replace ? We need options. BTC is just another but very usable and potent option. Way of money transfer, buy and sell goods, secure transaction , no centralized effectiveness, wow. BTC is a solid ROCK star and will be universal, soon. Nothing will be goes down once again rather it will be crash as you said. It is just a rumors that people are creating those who are against bitcoin some them are from banks some of them are other crypto currencies who are known as competitors of bitcoin. So, I would tell you just simple words hopefully that you will understand what I’m trying to say. "Just invest and believe in a bitcoin".

Most likely later bitcoin will replace the function of banknotes that are currently circulating. Dollar is included. Currently the currency is racing against the dollar. I am sure it will happen in the future

The society or the world might become nearly 100% cashless someday, but still USD or any fiat will still be there, as the service charge will be pretty lower than that of Bitcoin fees and also for global economic factors I don't think fiats will be replaced by Bitcoin. Though there is chance of replacing only if the government wants but still mostly not before 50-60 years.

I do not think the dollar will be replaced with bitcoin. However, i assume that bitcoin is just an alternative means of payment if we do not hold cash money, if i look at a country that has legalized bitcoin i just imagine like that. I do not think if bitcoin can replace fiat money in a country.

I think this is wouldn't be posible in 15 years like you say. We live in a world where governments keep the actual system for their benefit and wouldn't let this change to happen so easily.

i think it will. 15 years? i think it that too much time for bitcoin to be the universal mode of currency. we are in the fast pacing techno world today. every day we are one step closer to technological breaktroughs and bitcoin is one of that breakthroughs. 5 years i think bitcoin will replace dollar.
If it is about universal mode of currency then already it is because it is accepting in digital world. Now a days it is not left anymore old world where people exchange things by scale so I would definitely tell you that it is now universal mode of currency that from different places people can deal with each other by that so I would tell you that we should go for that forever to make it more useful in a world.

Each country has the right to authorize their existence primarily to the currency, bitcoin emerges into the world to become a distinguishing currency system that exists. Bitcoin will never replace anything because Fiat in a country is one of their official identities. I think the government will only allow bitcoin for virtual transactions only and nothing more.

I was not agreed on what you said, even a hundred decades past bitcoin can't replace dollar you knows why? The reason why bitcoin cannot replace dollar are: 1. There's a lot of people had lack of education.(not all people are known how to use gadgets) 2. Poverty (how can provide people gadgets? If some people cannot provide their own foods) 3. Government (I think dollar is the international currency, so why government allowed bitcoin to replace dollar? bitcoin is independent currency) and ETC. This is only sample reasons why bitcoin cannot replace dollar in the world. But in reality there's a lot of reasons.

I think that bitcoin can leave its place to another system, it is not a coin, it can only be a special money that the judges have developed, the coins(real) is very annoying.

I think the dollar will not be replaced by bitcoin. Need strong legality for bitcoin in order to be acknowledged by the whole country. Dollar is the global currency. And as a benchmark for the currencies of other countries. The dollar is more stable and the security is guaranteed. Different from bitcoin .. only part of the receiving country but still not legal. And bitcoin digital currencies that are more susceptible to viruses or quickly disappear.
