The qualifying session was quite interesting. Maybe there was no rain but it was still very exciting. Because I couldn't even count how many times the laps of drivers were removed. This was a nightmare session for Perez as well. Because he couldn't even make it to Q3 because of this reason. His lap time was removed a few times due to getting out of track by a slight margin.
Not only him but also many other drivers were out of track limits at the same place. The exit of the last turn turned into a nightmare for those drivers. I didn't understand why Perez wanted to use all the track and push that much in Q2. If he pressed the brake a little more it was still going to be enough for him to make it to Q3. This was completely his fault and Red Bull must be really disappointed with him again.

Dortmund still look like the only team that can maintain this title race for now. They can just continue to implement their vision by highly profitable player sales. However they should be able to stay in the title race as much as possible to prevent the season from turning into a boring one.
I don't know how long it will take before Dortmund gets another chance like they did last season, when i think about it i cannot still believe that Dortmund lost that opportunity and i don't know how their players can manage to forget about that disappointment. If Bayern's domination of the bundesliga was to end, it would have been last season because they were not playing well, but since it didn't happen then, i am not optimistic that it is going to happen anytime soon again, they will continue to make the bundesliga a very boring league. I remember once Dortmund were quite competitive for the Bundesliga title. They became champions two times in a row - 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 seasons. Those were times they had Lewandowski in the squad as well. Especially in the latter season he scored quite many goals and started to draw the attention to himself. After a couple of more seasons Bayern Munich signed him as well and it became much more difficult for Dortmund to make it to the title again. They could have still built the team according to that but they didn't want that. They just wanted to have a vision aiming to make high profit in young and talented player sales. I don't feel like this vision will be gone in the near future either. |

Did you guys hear the latest from Red Bull? Helmut Marko said that they might consider Ricciardo as Perez's replacement if the former looks good at the tire testing after the British GP and if the latter's performance continues to dip.  It's funny cos the minute RBR got Ricciardo as their reserve driver, anybody who follows F1 would have an inkling that Perez's days are numbered. Marko never really liked Perez judging from the way he talks about him. He also said that RBR never intended for Perez to stay this long with the team. :/ Ricciardo's return would be quite interesting. When he was the second driver of Red Bull once he wasn't driving like that in fact. He was always trying his best to bring the challenge to Verstappen. We have seen really lovely competition between them those times. But this didn't end up well for both sides in the end. I still can't forget how Ricciardo hit Verstappen from behind in Azerbaijan and finished the race for themselves. There was a really high tension between these drivers and this was a strong factor for Ricciardo to leave. Now it is hard to say if we see the same old Ricciardo here. He wasn't that much competitive in his last times. Let's see if returning to Red Bull would fire him up again. |

Ancelotti stays for one last season you know and he would be ready to say the best kind of goodbye to his team. This season was a big disappointment for Real Madrid. They were out of the title race for the La Liga early and it wasn't much different in the Champions League either. They seemed quite vulnerable against Manchester City unlike the previous season. They completed the season with only a Copa del Rey title as a result. This was a big fall compared to the previous season in which they won the La Liga and CL titles both.
Real Madrid had better not make do with Joselu transfer and sign a credible striker for both big tournaments as well. After that it is all up to maintaining a high level of team effort.

I'm not worried about Germany's golden age at all. Every team have such time periods and this doesn't last forever. It is the best thing for us as well otherwise the tournaments would start to be a little boring as the same team win all the time. Here in this example Germany had really wonderful years in the past and benefited from their golden age really well. But now they are like rebuilding. There are many quite young players who are trying to get used to playing in coherence with each other.
This will take time and I don't expect them to be a very close contender for the Euro 2024 championship as well.

If Allegri is determined to stay for at least one more season then he will need to give his everything to impress the board. He should start from having a role in bringing the needed kind of players this summer. Because there are serious weaknesses in some areas of the lineup and the issues need to be fixed immediately. After that Allegri should do his best to motivate his players for new season to finish it in top 4 at worst. Qualifying for the Champions League must be the main target now.
As for being a title contender it is hard to say something about that for now. We need to see their effort first. And I hope Vlahovic can be more productive next time. I know he isn't a perfect fit for Allegri's system. But if he doesn't leave the team he will need to do his best for another season.

Alonso has become Mr Consistent for this season. Because as far as I remember he was always on podium except two races so far. Aston Martin's making a big progress in their car created a huge opportunity for Alonso to have a solid season. They drive the same car but Stroll can't perform even close to Alonso's level. I guess even Stroll's father isn't contented with his son's performance so far at all. Stroll is actually not a bad driver in my opinion. He is skilled in fact but he still needs to improve his skills much more. In fact Stroll has been pleasing his team less and less... Perhaps the brilliance of Fernando Alonso in his first year for Aston Martin is overshadowing his teammate a little, but it is undeniable that the Spanish driver has faced many difficulties in these last few races. Unfortunately, this difference in performance between the two pilots is already so great that dismissal is already something that is being considered behind the scenes of the team. I think this just hasn't happened yet because of the "simple fact" that he is the son of boss Lawrence, after all... if not even his own father wants him on the team, who else could accept him? In any case, millions could soon be lost with this poor performance by Stroll if we analyze it from the point of view of investors and sponsors, many of them are certainly also very unhappy to put their names on the car of someone who is often in the last places. Yeah we don't even know if there would be team on the line to sign Stroll in case of Aston Martin's parting ways with him. It is really like a cycle in the Bundesliga. Bayern Munich win the Bundesliga title all the time no matter what happens in a season. You have all seen that this season was a huge opportunity to end their title series. But Dortmund managed to do the near impossible thing and lost points against Mainz home. It just looks like there is really no way to get out of this cycle for now. But at least I want to enjoy the title competition even if we know what team become the champions in the end.

Şimdi ise PC oyunu fiyatları da aldı başını gitti. Hele ki getirilmesi beklenen bu kur güncellemesi sonrası ülkemizde oyun satış rakamlarında önemli oranda gerileme olabilir.
Zaten Türkiye diğer ülkelere kıyasla orijinal oyun satın alımı konusunda hiçbir zaman iddialı bir konumda olmadı. Hele ki bu artış sonrası korsana yönelim ne yazık ki daha fazla olur.

Barcelona wouldn't be expected to achieve a huge success like becoming the champions in the Champions League next season. Because the board must also be aware of the capacity of this team for now. Actually it is limited to Xavi's choice of strategies and I'm pretty sure he won't make changes. But these strategies should still be enough to see beyond the groups. Barcelona have been no different than an average participant in the Champions League for two years. It is time they put an end to this bad look.
No matter how challenging their group will be Barcelona can still finish it as the 2nd at worst thanks to their current strength. If they have a similar group to the previous season they should be doing better than that.

Galatasaray Icardi'ye yıllık 7.5 milyon eurodan resmi bir teklifte bulunmuş. Eğer daha önceki söylentiler doğruysa ve ilk talebi 3 yıl için 40 milyon euro ise arada ciddi bir fark var. Icardi maaş talebinde bu kadar fazla indirim yapar mı orasını bilemiyorum. Galatasaray yetkililerinin de 10 milyon ve üzerin bir yıllık ücrete çıkacağını da sanmıyorum. Bu durumda Jovic bence de tercih edilebilir bir alternatif. Kendisi 25 yaşında olmakla beraber bence yetenekli bir forvet. Belki de Galatasaray'a gelirse ciddi bir performans sergileyip yeniden büyük kulüplerin ilgisini çekmek isteyebilir.

I was wondering if Mane would leave Bayern Munich this summer. Because not a long time ago, Mane gave some signals to his possible departure. He was feeling like he didn't belong there and he missed some religious activities as well. However as far as I can see now he isn't likely to leave yet anyway. His manager stated that Mane still had 2 more years on his contract and there was no offer from a Saudi Arabia team either. In this case I also don't see any reason for him to leave now.
But if he gets an offer from Saudi Arabia then I think he would consider it seriously. The summer transfer window has just started so there is a long time to see if this happens.

 Harry Kane is only rumoured with Real Madrid now according to Transfermarkt. In fact I saw rumours related to PSG in many places recently as well but it is interesting to not see it here as well. This makes me think like maybe Real Madrid and PSG are waiting for each other to make a counter offer to get more advantageous. First I thought Real Madrid lost their interest in him after finding out his probable cost to them. But this is a new rumour entered by the website. PSG are also thinking of making a striker signing in the recent times. The coming days can be quite interesting. I'm just wondering if Real Madrid are okay with having Kane and Mbappe at the same time as they are planning to sign Mbappe at the earliest opportunity. It looks like PSG want to have these two world stars there. |

Bayern Munich don't look interested in prioritizing striker transfer right now. Instead they are concentrated on strengthening the defense and midfield in the recent times. According to latest news they are focused on bringing a centre-back, defensive midfielder and a right-back first. Kalvin Phillips and Ibrahim Sangare are said to be the candidates for the midfield. For centre-back they are waiting for the end of the month to see Kim Min-jae's release clause being active to complete the deal.
And for right-back position they are thinking of Kyle Walker recently. Maybe he is 33 now but he is still a solid right-back. Cancelo is about to return to Manchester City so this must be why they are after him.

Dortmund yine de Arda gibi yetenekli oyunculara şans vererek onların önünü açmaya odaklı bir vizyon izleyen bir kulüp. Zamanında Bellingham da kulübe çok büyük paralar harcanmadan getirildi. Verilen şansları iyi değerlendirip kendini gösterince de değerini kaç kat artırıp Real Madrid'e transfer oldu. Arda da umarım sağlam bir gelişim gösterebilir.

Real Madrid have lost a lot things in their performance from the previous season here. This season was a great example for that. They did good until facing a real challenge. But Manchester City really crushed them in Etihad. Real Madrid players and Ancelotti were just so desperate to do something to answer. The team integrity couldn't be maintained and we all know how Manchester City can end teams like that easily. But this was an important hit to Real Madrid to help them pull themselves together and return better next time.
But first of all they need to make the right transfers and obviously the Joselu transfer in the attacking area won't be enough. Other than that they can strengthen the defense by signing a more solid centre-back as well. Because none of the formulas Ancelotti tried against Manchester City worked well.

Gelecek sezon gerçekten bir kapalı kutu gibi şimdilik. Bu sezon Galatasaray'ın dominasyonu altında geçti bitti. Bunu başta harika transferleri olmak üzere bunun Okan Buruk'un doğru bir oyun planı seçmesine borçlular. Yalnız şimdi bütün bu yıldızı iyice parlayarak dikkat çeken oyuncuların takımdan gitme olasılığı da var. Nelsson, Boey, Zaniolo gibi oyuncuların peşine çoktan büyük Avrupa kulüpleri düştü bile. Icardi zaten söylediğiniz gibi ayrıldı ve geri döneceği muamma. Eğer transfer hareketlerini doğru yönetemezse Galatasaray'ın gelecek sezon çok daha zayıf bir kadrosu olabilir.
