981  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading your strategy on DEMO is a waste of time on: March 24, 2021, 05:48:49 PM
The OP made some good points but still trading one strategy on DEMO is still never a waste of time because the new trader needs to understand the exchange site they are planning to use and some hidden features.
982  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Bitcoin and usdt for sale on: March 23, 2021, 09:54:34 PM
I recently came across lost account with 0.8201btc that I had received sometime back but had forgotten the password.
Not sure if I'm missing something but how are you going to sell those fractions of BTCitcoins without having access to the account in question?
No, you don't cause he's offering a shady business because nothing concerns the buyer about the account password in the first place. I guess that he's going to use the password as an excuse to try to scam the buyer that's why he decides to take the trading off the forum.
Hope greedy people won't fall for this.

since bitcoin seems to be rising by the day.
That's not always the case [e.g. today].
He is even naive about the fact that the market is volatile.

983  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Data suggesting more than 95% traders are losing on: March 23, 2021, 09:37:52 PM
I believe the calculations are true but cryptocurrency is not something a trader must do 24/7 because it has affected the relationship for some people and the last time I checked trading is not for everybody. After all, traders who can't control their emotions will always be among the 95% of trader that makes lost.
984  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have a relatives who ask advise to invest, what should I do? on: March 23, 2021, 09:26:24 PM
I just want to share my experience, I have a relative who come to me and ask advise on what coins to invest now, I don't name a coin and I said he must do his research but he insist that I know, he want to invest immediately.

I know he is into FOMO because he seems so aggressive and like to get instant return.

He told me that since I'm a veteran, he would like to ask some advise on what coins will pump in the coming days so he can invest on it.
If this is truly his believe then he need your assistant so he won't make a wrong decision that will make him loose the fund he will never forget in his life and leaving alone to make his diligent research will make him invest in hype base project.
985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 'The Simpsons' know who Satoshi Nakamoto is! on: March 23, 2021, 09:19:04 PM
Most of their predictions within past decades have come true to this present day. Its like the producers of this popular cartoon tv show have a crystal ball or something.

In one scene in a episode I don't know which season it shows a crypto holder buying a jet ski with a device that looks like a ledger nano or hardware wallet or whatever. The crypto holder must be rich to walk in a shop and buy his own jet ski lol.

But in that episode the producers wrote a message on screen saying they know who Satoshi Nakamoto is  Shocked
Crypto currency investors/holders buying his own private jet is something every cryptocurrency enthusiasts can easily predict and because the Simpson cartoon producer prediction come to pass then doesn't mean they truly know Satoshi Nakamoto.
986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run is over? on: March 23, 2021, 09:14:46 PM
You are wrong, Bullrun continues. Maybe till the end of this year. Don't be foolish of bearish trapped, some people are trying to buy cheaper prices of crypto coins in the market. We already hear about the end of the bullish trend at the end of the last year, but we know that it is not true. Even the market continues with its uptrend phase till today. Those people who spread FUDs about the market trend will disappear once the correction is over.

He's just asking our opinion about the market if the bull run trend is over just to be sure which I believe is not bad cause the market bull run can stop when we least expect and it good to be prepared and with the institution to be the major investors are people said anything can happen but it's good to seize the current opportunity while it lasts.
987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or Bitcoin which is best. on: March 23, 2021, 09:09:37 PM
ETH has been facing a lot of criticism due to the high cost of gas fees which makes the rice plummet and struggling to recover. BTC has been great from inception due to the scarcity while ETH is unlimited and not capped until the recent proposal is implemented.
Comparing Bitcoin with any altcoin is totally naiveness and side from the unlimited supply of ETH there's absolutely no reason for comparing Bitcoin with any altcoin because no altcoin was created just like Bitcoin and I read that every altcoin emulated Bitcoin protocol.
988  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: $20K to invest in coins - Where to start? on: March 23, 2021, 09:02:12 PM
You have to start by understanding the risk in cryptocurrency investment, understand the fundamental aspect of it, know what to look out for before selecting your investment (coin), understand the entry/exit time and have good knowledge of stop lost strategy.
989  Economy / Economics / Re: America stimulus support add strength to the dollar as investment increase on: March 23, 2021, 07:17:29 PM
It is good to know that the stimulus added strength to the dollar and I also read yesterday or the day before is that the US dollars subdued by lower yields but I dont know the reason behind it.
I don't have much knowledge about the economy but the stimulus won't it affect the country's economy since they already have some debt to pay.
990  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't buy this dip yet! on: March 23, 2021, 12:17:33 AM
As you all can see, markets have dumped very quick with BTC in a loss of around 6% because of the sudden dip. When we don't know why this happened, let's talk about the technicals and see which area could be the best for BTC to be bought.
I read from the news a couple of days ago that the institutional investors are reducing their investment probably they are selling fraction of the accumulation, I believe this is what cause the current dip we are expecting and it could be their strategy to buy new dip before another pump market.
991  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which Exchange? on: March 22, 2021, 10:42:18 PM
Hi All,

Totally new to crypto so please be gentle!

I want to buy some bitcoin but would like some recommendations as to which Exchange to use. A friend says Coinbase is the best but I am already having issues with them and I havent even placed a trade yet (I opened an account on Coinbase Pro, waited for my account to become approved, got an email saying I can now buy via card but not link a UK bank account. So I went to buy with a card only to be told the account is still under review so I can't fund the account. The other issue is that the Coinbase Pro screen is awful especially the charting - why can't I see a full size chart or resize/hide parts of the screen? and why only 12 and 26 day MA?).

Anyway, so I thought whats the number 2 choice?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Silver

I believe you are from the UK and the reason why you can't link UK bank account or debit/credit card is because the new rules set by FCA does not allow retailer investment in cryptocurrency. You need forget about buying crypto with your card and buy using bank transfer through peer to peer.
992  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Unable to trade because of my nationality on: March 22, 2021, 10:17:13 PM
There is one win-win situation. Don't make KYC on Binance at all.
The best he can do is never use exchange that doesn't provide service for his geographical area and that include Binance because they can ask him for KYC at some point and this may make him loose his funds.
The best exchange he can use decentralized exchange site while he does P2P exchange if he need fiat currency.

993  Economy / Economics / Re: 'Cryptocurrency is not legitimate money,' says Nigeria's central bank governor on: March 22, 2021, 09:38:17 PM
It so happened that BTC and in general cryptocurrencies are now not that they are not legitimate money, they seem to be not money, but more of a kind of asset
Oh. Why is Bitcoin and other genuine cryptocurrencies are not legitimate money? Because the government said so, just to created FUD and to desist people from seeing Bitcoin the way it is.
What is money? According to Google Money is any object that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts in a given country or socio-economic context. Then why is Bitcoin not money when it is used for the activities money is used for?
994  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance are the godfather of crypto on: March 22, 2021, 02:29:37 PM
So to ask Same with crypto....
What would be the stocks without the stock Exchanges??

So If anyone can say Exchangers are not important well....
People don't say exchanges are not important if you read and understand their point but exchange are a business company and they do not have any chance the godfather of crypto market and the last time I check they only benefit from the crypto user.
995  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Online Gambling 'or' Day trading cryptos- Which one is more lucrative? on: March 22, 2021, 12:00:05 AM
From my own view online gambling and crypto day trading are like siblings, they can be lucrative at some point and they may not but what important is the person in charge knowledge and decision making, and sometimes luck.
996  Economy / Economics / Re: "Looks as if #Bitcoin is eating #Gold". Good idea to buy some Gold now? on: March 21, 2021, 07:23:33 PM
I also see Gold to remains as an extraordinary resource to hold as reserve asset but the FOMO make alot of institutional investors to see Bitcoin as an alternative to make a perfect profit within a short period but Gold price will shoot up soon.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell Altcoins on: March 20, 2021, 10:29:11 PM
It will be wise to sell some altcoins for Bitcoin if you're not selling the altcoin at a lost price but if the altcoin are DOT, LINK, ADA and ETH. I will recommend you to hold the altcoin and looking for another capital to invest in Bitcoin.
998  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to start as a beginner? on: March 20, 2021, 10:03:10 PM
The best way a beginner can start and have a knowledge about Bitcoin or others cryptocurrency is through the Bitcoin main webpage bitcoin.org and https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Main_Page but watch Youtube videos before you understand how crypto scammers operate is not advisable.
999  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto trading signal work or not? on: March 20, 2021, 09:31:14 PM
I joined with any signal trading discussion and have free or paid group, I think is work because we can't control all altcoin and have joined with signal discussion we know which one coin left from our checking. Every day I check one by one with signal group what new coin good to buy and better for earn much profit, by joining with many telegram signal group we can know with many coin have to buy.
You joined a trading signal group that works because you are lucky but I will advise you not to be excited about it because they are doing this to gain your trust when it time they will provide you wrong signal which will only profit themselves. Why don't you invest in new altcoin which Grayscale just added since alot of institutional investor will accumulate it soon?
1000  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the world be without poverty on: March 20, 2021, 09:14:39 PM
The world can not be without poverty. Having said that, the word poverty can be illustrated in different philosophies in life cause ignorant people are somehow in poverty and why people who have no money are also in poverty.
