Online wallets doesn't require ID.
Usually exchanges have such restriction, probably for legal reasons

I think PSG is a sure win, I think -1 hadicap them would be a good idea. And I think Wolfsburg and Real Madrid are favorite, but I'm sure enough to predict that they will win |

You could also pick the whole time handicap, +16 or 17, I think it is easier for them start on fire then slow down and close the gap, like GS did against the 76ers

I could expect Denver win by a small margin, but 19 points was beyond all my expectations

10 min is just the average, sometimes takes longer for bad luck or because there are just too many transactions, just wait and your transaction will be confirmed if you paid the fee

The big teams don't care that much about the Cup, so they will play worse and many surprises may happens because of this, I would be extra careful with bets
