What a great season by Inter! I was expecting more from them in the Champions League though. But this is still a great season considering the way they won the Serie A title.  Simone Inzaghi is really a great choice for Inter and I think they would like to continue with him for long years. Honestly I'm not expecting Roma to lose tomorrow. Most people would favour Leverkusen but I still think Roma won't lose home in the 1st leg. De Rossi's arrival has started to change things for Roma. They are stronger and especially in home matches I have really liked their performance so far. Even against Xabi Alonso's team I think De Rossi won't be losing already. But for the second leg I wouldn't have the same opinion. I already favour Leverkusen to advance to the final. But I just expect a tough challenge before that.  |

Athletic Bilbao have lost a lot of momentum for a few weeks. This was their 3rd match in a row in which they lost points. I have no idea how they managed to get a 1-1 draw home against Granada. I mean Granada don't have any chance left for getting out of relegation area if we look at it from a reasonable aspect. Athletic Bilbao shouldn't waste these chances if they want to qualify for the Champions League. Atletico Madrid will probably beat Alaves away tomorrow and deal a final blow to Athletic Bilbao home after that to finish their hopes. But the last minute goal must have devastated Juventus players anyway. Bologna and Roma are quite likely to get much closer to Juventus in the league standings now. I will try something and bet on the opposite of bookmakers favor in two of these matchups. One will be West Ham and the other one will be Roma. Milan - Roma should already be considered as a really close matchup though. Unlike the gap between their championship odds I see them having near equal chance. Roma are much better as you have also mentioned. Milan are a really challenging opponent for them here maybe but this time they have a bigger chance with De Rossi. Leverkusen are of course quite the favourite against West Ham on paper. However seeing them having big difficulties against Qarabag for some reason tells me to give West Ham a chance with a small bet. I'm doing this just for fun so let's see what happens. |

Yes there is no Italian team as of the quarter final round. Last season was really successful for Italian teams in the Champions League as you remember. There is a big performance drop when we compare these seasons. When it comes to the most attracting draw I believe it is obvious, Real Madrid - Manchester City. The majority of people would favour Manchester City to advance just as I think the same too. Real Madrid really need to play extra. If they don't get better than the previous round their end might be similar to the draw these teams had against each other in the previous season. |

Real Madrid are playing away against Osasuna tomorrow. Bellingham isn't able to play once again because of that red card. However this must be the last match to fulfil his punishment if I'm not mistaken. We should be starting to see him on the pitch as of their next La Liga matches. Real Madrid didn't have any issues against Celta Vigo without him. Osasuna are a tougher opponent than Celta Vigo on paper maybe but I believe Real Madrid can still continue to win. I don't know why Bayern Munich is making this mistake. Still, they are just waiting for nothing about the extension of the contract of Joshua Kimmich while this player had a good performance during the time when he was playing for Bayern Munich. The contract of Joshua Kimmich is going to end in 2025 and this player will leave the team soon if they don't give him his new contract. Maybe his bad relationship with Tuchel made Bayern Munich don't expect his contract.
