Arsenal için bu sezon tam istedikleri şekilde sonlanmasa da harika bir sezonu geride bıraktılar. Tabi ki sezon başında kendilerine ligde şampiyon olma gibi bir hedef koymamışlardı. Ama işler o noktaya kadar gelince ve sonlara doğru üst üste alınan vasat sonuçlar sonrası şampiyonluğu hediye edince moraller düşmüştür haliyle. Yine de sezonun genelinden çok memnun olduklarını tahmin ediyorum.

Yıllar sonra ilk defa Arsenal'i Şampiyonlar Ligi'nde izlemek oldukça keyifli olabilir. Tabi bu biraz da kadrosunu iyice güçlendirmesine bağlı olacak. Çok genç bir kadroya sahipler ve biraz daha sağlam oyuncuların getirilmesi hem ligde daha istikrarlı olmalarını hem de Şampiyonlar Ligi'nde başarılı olmalarını sağlayacaktır.

These attackers all are dangerous against any team Inter can face indeed. I'm curious about one thing which is whether Inzaghi is thinking of starting with Lukaku this time. Because there has been a significant level of improvement in his effort in the recent times. He started to score quite often when he had the chance just like in the old times.

But Inzaghi still didn't prefer him for a couple of matches. We saw Martinez - Dzeko duo in both legs of the Champions League semi finals. Lukaku can still enter in the second half of course. But I still feel like he can be really useful thanks to his physique as well. It is really not easy to bring him down.

Maybe Inzaghi likes to keep him like a game changer in the subs to have him on the field on the right time of a match. If Inter resist Manchester City for a long time then Lukaku's being subbed in would make a good impact.

Benzema is still a decent player indeed but I have big doubts about whether he still deserves the starting eleven. He couldn't take a big responsibility against Manchester City in both legs. It was totally the opposite version of Benzema we saw last season. Because in that season Benzema and Vinicius Junior were doing amazing things in the Champions League and played the biggest role in the title to be won.

Benzema can still remain in the team though but Real Madrid should absolutely bring a new younger and skilled striker for the starting eleven. Osimhen could be the biggest target for them. Because it doesn't look like they can go for Mbappe or Haaland this summer. Because of that they will have to choose the 3rd option for them which is Osimhen.

Many people are saying that Monaco GP is no fun and it should be removed. But FIA don't intend to take such action at least for now. It is undoubtedly the most difficult track on which you can overtake someone. When drivers take the risk and go for it they fail most of the time. Sainz damaged his front wing while trying that on Ocon in this race as you might remember.

The only overtakes we saw were like the ones under blue flags.    Ferrari messed it up again by the way. They made this wrong strategy for Leclerc before and it looks like they haven't learned their lesson yet. Because this time they killed Sainz's race due to bad pit timing. They had to double pit once again while the other teams were managing the situation professionally. What's wrong with Ferrari really?

I have looked into the odds and there isn't any change even a bit. Sevilla are still favoured @2.74 while Roma have odds of @2.90. It is so difficult to say one of them is significantly stronger than the other right now. Sevilla are used to winning the Europa League title so many times in last 10 years. I think this had the biggest affect on these odds.

Some feeling inside me started to tell me like Sevilla will be the one finishing the match happily but let's see. I think we are in a critical time for Mourinho as well. Because I think Roma would sack him if they make zero improvement this season. Not being able to qualify for the Champions League shouldn't be acceptable for Roma after adding some strong names to the team.

Messi doesn't want to extend the period of time in which everyone waits for him to state whether he continues with PSG or joins another team. In a couple of days it looks like Messi will make his final decision. He must be hoping to get an offer from Barcelona but it doesn't look like it will happen. Because they are still dealing with FFP rules in the La Liga.

On the other hand Al Hilal's offer is still valid for him. The offer is just insane but I don't think he will say goodbye to Europe already now. Messi's probable leave would weaken the lineup significantly after making a really nice effort.

It looks like there is positive news from Barcelona side. They have decided to go for a longer period of time with Xavi and he is close to a contract renewal these days. Honestly I must admit that I'm not surprised. Because there was a big progress this season. They won the La Liga title after a three-season break despite not being effective in the Champions League at all.

It is a good achievement by Xavi in the La Liga maybe but the current look in the Champions League should be fixed immediately. Because not only their fans but also the board would be more expectant in this tournament. Maybe there won't be an expectation to win the CL title but they will be expected to finish their group in a successful way at least.

Chelsea had this kind of a season before as well. They had even worse than this actually but they found a way to fix the problems and return much stronger later on. Now this is the thing Chelsea need to do once again. They have officially signed Pochettino on a 3-year deal finally. It is good to see them deciding upon their new manager without waiting for a longer period of time.

Pochettino can give some hope to the fans due to knowing English football very well already. Maybe his times with Tottenham weren't so much impressive but Chelsea have a bigger potential honestly. Besides Boehly must be ready to spend whatever amount is needed to make the team stronger and ready for the upcoming season.

I wonder if Pochettino would like to continue with Lukaku in the centre-forward position in case they don't continue with Felix. Otherwise I think they will be generous and make a huge offer for Osimhen.

There is such an insane fight for not relegating from the league right now. I mean even the 13th team in the standings are in danger of relegation which is unbelievable. There is only a week left to the end of the season. But to be more realistic it looks like one of Almeria, Valladolid and Celta Vigo are the most likely teams to say goodbye to the La Liga.

Valladolid are going on down-wind right now. Because they got a really solid win against Barcelona recently. Maybe they drew with Almeria later on but their latest form is better than the other two candidates of relegation. The disadvantage for Valladolid is that they are 1 point behind the others. They have no choice other than beating Getafe and I think they have the strength to do that.

Considering the fixtures of the others Celta Vigo seem the most in-trouble team on paper due to hosting Barcelona up next.

It is the truth that the scenario would have been much more different for PSG if they didn't have this kind of a powerful attacking trio. The total contribution level of Messi, Mbappe and Neymar combined was enormous this season. The total amount of goals they scored is many more than the half of the goals the team scored. Especially Mbappe and Messi took big responsibility in critical matches to secure the title for their team.

Indeed I agree with the opinion that the real problem has been with the management style of the team. I don't have any doubt that PSG will replace their manager this summer with a much more reliable one. I thought that it was a wrong choice from the beginning already. Because Galtier was a manager with zero experience as for big teams. It was a serious risk to take while they were trying to win the Champions League title on one hand.

There are many speculations about their new manager but let's wait for more reliable news to give us some ideas.

There was some extraordinary driving by Verstappen there in qualifying.    Maybe he has the fastest car on the grid now but indeed it isn't easy to just say that it was only due to the quickness of his car. There was some amazing skills by Verstappen especially in last sector and you can just see how close he was to the walls at every turn. He was definitely at the limit in this sector and made the difference there.

He couldn't show that much impressive performance in first and second sectors but was better in last one like always. Alonso was doing a much better job in those ones and he could have also take pole position if it weren't for Verstappen's unbelievable lap. By the way this lap time by Verstappen was even the improved version of Leclerc's pole lap in 2022 by 0.011 seconds.

I really don't understand this. You have one job to do which is a very comfortable one as well. You just need to beat Mainz which have already finished the season in their mind due to being aimless. But you still get a disappointing score against them. I was just shocked to see Mainz getting ahead by 2-0 in the first half. It must have been a big joke but it wasn't.

Dortmund seemed like they weren't aware of how important this match was for the team. I just can't believe how Terzic can't show the importance of the match either. People have praised Terzic until this match because of being this close to the league championship after 10 years. But all the image was gone for me after seeing this mess in the first half.

There was some attempt in the second half for a comeback but the second goal came so late that there wasn't time to score the championship goal. Congrats to Bayern Munich which deserved the title more after seeing this!

This season has been going on just amazing for Inter. Because maybe they weren't competitive for the Serie A championship but they made up for it in some other way. They won the Super Cup title first against Milan and a short time ago they added the Coppa Italia title to their collection by a good comeback against Fiorentina in the finale. There are two championships already for Inter and in addition to that they are in the Champions League final round which must be delightful for the fans.

I also agree about the opinion that the fans would still be happy about the effort Inter have made this season if they don't win the Champions League title as well. Inzaghi must have consolidated his place in the team more by this solid season.

Şimdiye kadar gayet güzel gidiyor ve başlamamın sebeplerinden birisi de oldukça övülen bir tarafı olmasıydı. Hikaye olarak özet şöyle ki; trafikte 2 tane kişinin "road rage" olarak adlandırdığımız şekilde birbirine girmesi sonrasında ikilinin arasında işlerin zamanla daha da kızışması ve olayların gelişimini merkez alan bir hikayeye sahip.

Komedi yanının da bulunduğunu ekleyerek oyunculukları da şu ana kadar başarılı buldum. Zaten Steven Yeun'u TWD'den beri biliyorum ve gerçekten başarılı bir aktör.

Dortmund are surely wininng this championship this season. Actually they are doing it in two days. Aside from that there is another advantage for Dortmund on this road now. They are going to play their match before Bayern Munich do. This is very important for Dortmund psychologically. Because if it was the other way around and Bayern Munich won then Dortmund players would have felt some extra pressure over their shoulders.

But instead they have all the advantage to use right in front of them. There must be just no way for Dortmund to lose points against Mainz home considering the current condition of Mainz in the league as well.

By the way, Bellingham is most probably leaving Dortmund as he is almost about to sign for Real Madrid officially. Because of that winning the Bundesliga title will be surely a special moment for him with Dortmund.

Maybe he can really sign for Bayern Munich. I see it quite probable because it is very sensible as well. As you know Bayern Munich have lost some serious power in the attacking line by selling Lewandowski. First people said that it wouldn't a big problem for a team like them as they would find a solution to that. They have brought Mane to the team with the hopes of quenching the need of a scorer like Lewandowski.

But this didn't help the team very much as they struggled in so many matches. There was clearly a need for a striker like Lewandowski again. At this point they are looking for a complete forward especially. Osimhen is one of the players having the features of a complete forward so it would be an amazing transfer for Bayern Munich. He is very young which is another good thing.

But they will have to be willing to pay a huge amount of money just for his transfer fee. If they don't see this as a big issue then they would join the race for him.
