Yes Real Madrid have won 14 Champions League titles until now. They are far away from their closest competitor which is Milan - 7 titles. This is a huge domination as a result and they would like to keep it that way of course. But this season showed us how much weakness they had in fact while they were on their way to the finale.

Manchester City stopped them halfway by a really hard hit. Real Madrid need to invest into their defense area as well. I understand how they care about their midfield and attacking line. They will need to bring a new player for the centre-forward position as well now. But in the same way we need to see a better centre-back transfer in my opinion. Gvardiol can be an option to go for but Manchester City might join the race too.

Aside from that Bellingham is about to join the team soon but Mbappe will have to wait for one more season. But when he also comes here Real Madrid can activate the unstoppable mode.

There is no rumour related to Osimhen for now interestingly. It is surprising to me because I would have expected at least a couple of top clubs to go after him right away. The transfer window is newly opening of course but still there should be some rumours normally. Especially while some top clubs are in need of a solid centre-forward.

And those opponents are Liverpool, Juventus, Inter and Atletico Madrid. All of them are normally teams seen in the Champions League mostly. But next season we will be watching Liverpool in the Europa League. This can be quite interesting. Sevilla are going to be in the Champions League maybe but they might drop down here again who knows.

It would be really lovely to watch a finale between Sevilla and Liverpool.    I think Liverpool would be one step ahead in that case.

Luck really was the biggest factor for Bayern Munich to win the Bundesliga title. Thanks to Dortmund's throw Bayern Munich still managed to make it to the title magically. But of course Bayern Munich board wouldn't be happy with the general look. Nagelsmann had the biggest share in this bad run of course but I can't say it was only him.

I won't put any blame on Tuchel first of all because he didn't have enough time to make the team become successful in the remaining time period of the season. I'm going to say that Bayern Munich didn't have a striker like Lewandowski which was one of the main reasons why they had big issues with getting proper wins in quite many matches. I hope to see them finding the one for the position this summer.

I really wonder one thing especially from now on. Will Manchester City be able to start a serious of Champions League titles? Or can they start to win this title by short breaks? However I feel like it is too much to ask from Manchester City for now. Because nothing is clear about how they will perform even next season.

Manchester City are normally not a winner team in the Champions League. They wasted their chances on the road going to the championship countless times. I still remember how desperate they were against Chelsea in the 2020/2021 season finale. They have finally put an end to this and won a title here but it wasn't easy either.

On the other hand I don't expect Guardiola to make changes in his system. He will always continue to do what he has known the best so far. So it might still be a very difficult run for them next time depending on how the other title contenders will perform.

Fenerbahce managed to win the Turkish Cup after a long break. Congrats to them!

The last time they won this title was the 2012/2013 season. It is a really huge time gap. Now there is only the Turkish Super League title duty left for them. Because they haven't been able to win that title since the 2013/2014 season as well.    There was a really big domination by Fenerbahce in this match. Batshuayi became the man of the match undoubtedly by scoring 2 goals. Basaksehir had even only 2 goal attempts in total.

By the way there were some rumours like Ali Koc wasn't going to watch this finale at the stadium. Was that really true? I didn't see him if he was there. And if he really wasn't then it looks like his absence helps Fenerbahce win matches easier. 

Barcelona looked like they had a great defending in the La Liga by conceding only 20 goals in the whole season. They could have even conceded less than that but they became relieved quite earlier about winning the league title so they started to care less about the remaining matches. However there wasn't the same look in the Champions League as they had serious struggles.

But now they have started to make the defense line younger. Because it wasn't the kind of a job that they would have done with old defenders like Pique and so on. I think the situation with centre-backs looks good for now. But I also agree that they had better sign a right-back especially. Because there is only Sergi Roberto there and they would have bigger difficulties in case of an injury.

When it comes to left-back there is already Marcos Alonso and Alejandro Balde is also a new internal transfer who is 19 years old. But if they don't want to continue with Alonso then they can look for a left-back as well.

Marseille are in fact a really solid team. Because they can get score contribution from every area in their lineup. Even the defenders have made a nice job about that. When it comes to their strikers Alexis Sanchez did a pretty good work with scoring 14 goals. But there is only one reliable striker in the team now and his contract is about to expire by the end of this month as well.

Marseille had better work on this situation. Even if they manage to extend Sanchez's contract they had better sign another younger and reliable striker beside him as well. This would keep the team very productive even in times of an injury.

There is another risk of a cancellation of another Grand Prix on the calendar. This time the Canadian Grand Prix might be cancelled due to wildfires around Quebec. It is said that a field of over 900,000 hectares has been affected by this situation so far. If these wildfires can't be taken under control soon then it is likely for us to witness another Grand Prix being removed.

Of course I hope that they can put out the fires as they are killing the nature. However I hope they can do this as soon as possible. Because there will be 2 races removed from the calendar already and no race might come into their place later in the season. Mason Mount is still a serious target for Manchester United now as it seems. But it is reported that Manchester United don't have any intention to pay more than 70 million euros. Mount's market value is 65 million euros already. They are expecting Chelsea to sell him for nearly his market value in this situation.

However I think this deal still would be great for Chelsea. Because Mount has come through Chelsea youth setup. Therefore this would be a very profitable deal for Chelsea anyway. Actually Mount was still prioritizing to listen to an offer from his team but Chelsea haven't made a reasonable offer so far. Manchester City were really having serious issues in the first half. Inter were really good at defending them and they prevented Manchester City from applying their usual game plan here. However this was only until the end of the first half I'm afraid. In the second half Manchester City started to be more effective and finally Inter gave a big space for them to score.

Rodri's goal was really by a clean shot to the corner. Maybe he isn't an attacking midfielder but we have always known him by his supporting the attacks most of the time. He did it again here and thanks to that Manchester City won the title as well.

I understand Inzaghi once again about why he doesn't choose Lukaku in the starting lineup in this kind of critical matches.    Because I think he is the main reason why Inter couldn't extend the match to extra time. Really, how bad header it was there! Right after that he wasted another chance just unbelievable.

I think Spalletti should have been convinced to stay somehow.

Losing Spalletti is one thing and the possibility of losing a player like Osimhen is another. If they continue to lose some of their crucial players they must sign solid players to fill their place in the same way.

I think signing Marco Asensio might be the right move for PSG. Because no matter what he is really a good talent. You must have seen his recent performances at Real Madrid. He started to make a really serious contribution with goals especially. But Ancelotti still didn't seem very interested and the board didn't seem eager to keep him either. Here we are and we see PSG about to sign him for free.

Yes this season has been a disappointment for Italian teams so far. There have been three Italian teams in all of the finales of big European tournaments. Tonight was really interesting. The first half was very boring for sure. But it looks like the teams waited to start all the action in the second half. It took Fiorentina only 5 minutes to answer West Ham. However Bowen's goal in the 90th minute was a shocker for Fiorentina. Despite a 9-minute stoppage time Fiorentina couldn't carry it to extra time.

Congrats to West Ham though! I think they deserved this title thanks to this effort.
